Lunch at Atmosphere
I had the pleasure of being served by Neelam. From the moment I arrived, Neelam was attentive, courteous, and professional. Her recommendations from the menu were excellent and she checked in regularly to ensure everything was to my satisfaction without being intrusive. The service was prompt and efficient, and Neelam handled special requests with ease and a positive attitude. Highly recommend asking for her if you dine there—you won't be disappointed!
JUST AMAZING🤩
I dinned at Atmosphere today. It was the most breathtaking restaurant in Burj Khalifa. You can see all Dubai view all around, all so beautiful. It was so elegant restaurant . I admire the vibes in this place. Drinks amazing, food delicious. I also had amazing pictures from restaurant . Highly recommended to visit!!🤩
An exquisite anniversary meal
We booked approx 1 week before visiting via website. Good entry directions, friendly and helpful staff at both reception areas. Shown to our table, initially inside but was moved after being informed of a cancellation. No mention of costs as per previous reviews. Lovely wine and non alcoholic cocktail. We had the scallops and beef consommé to start, then chicken for main, and creme brulee and the extravaganza for desert. All the courses arrived timely, beautifully presented and waitress very knowledgeable about each dish. Lovely atmosphere and lighting, not overcrowded and lovely view. An incredible experience we will never forget, and came in cheaper than anticipated at £320. Would recommend to anyone I knew
poor service amazing view very expensive
The afternoon tea was booked to celebrate a special birthday. We chose the menu before we arrived and opted not to pay extra for window seats. So six of us were crammed onto a table for 4 which restricted movement of another group nearby as well as us. There were empty tables i asked if we could move to a bigger table and was told there would be an additional cost so we declined- this place is expensive already. Manager came and said we had to move due to access issues and moved us to window seats. Hostess came over and went through different menu/cost details stating we had to pay extra and had a min spend due to where we were sat. I disagreed which then ruined the special birthday. We did get the menu we wanted at the cost we had opted for. Unlimited tea does not apply - we got one drink each we asked for more tea from waiters who then went and told hostess - who ignored our requests. A very uncomfortable experience and ruined birthday experience. Food was lovely but scones were tiny size half normal size. Food served very slowly then at 4pm we were told they were closing and we needed to get a move on I would not recommend.
Best way to experience Burj Khalifa
Best way to experience Burj Khalifa and the view is by having an afternoon tea in Atmosphere. Our waiter Ali is very nice and helpful. Ali has a good eye for taking photos too. We took the La Gourmandize afternoon tea using the entertainer app and we paid only half price. I highly recommend this tea and experience.
Bad experience!
Bad experience! and the staff not at all welcoming. The receptionist told us we couldn't enter with open shoes and they left us waiting for “I don't know what”.Furthermore, we never saw the information about shoes. After managed ourselves with suitable shoes, we finally entered. They decided about our table : in the center of the room. When we asked to sit at a table with the view (that’s why I booked the restaurant!) we have received an obviously negative response with the justification "we are fully booked”….the place was half empty, and no one arrived! The only positive note is: one amoung the waitresses who, having noticed that we were in the center of the room while those with a view were empty, kindly made us move. Honestly, the food wasn’t exceptional, but not bad. For being the highest restaurant around world I had great expectation.

Atmosphere is the awesome place to visit at Burj Khalifa and all the staff here are very kind, supportive and helpful specially Ali who assisted us and given the best suggestion to try.Every is awesome here food,view and ambience 😍😃
Romantic atmosphere
I recently took my wife in the atmosphere and i would say that every dirham spent was all worth it! From the food, resto’s vibe, staff, everything has been amazing! Perfect to have a romantic date with your loved one

We have experienced amazing dinner. The food was delicious, signature cocktails were tasty. I would like to thank hosts and waiters for their treatment. The service is excellent. I recommend visiting this restaurant at least to enjoy incredible views! 😍 I’ll definitely try breakfast option to enjoy sunny Dubai ☺️

Wonderful! My parents are visiting and we have wanted to go to Nobu Malibu for years. I tried getting a reservation myself but it was next to impossible. So glad I was able to buy a reservation on appointment trader for a decent price!

I was veeeeeerry skeptical that this would work, particularly at a restaurant as hard to get into as Nobu Malibu, and it was perfect! We had lunch outside on the patio and it was fabulous!

Ok at this point I've attended a reservation purchased on AT by a friend and sold a reservation personally. Both worked pretty smoothly, nothing sketchy about it. A few areas for improvement including a way to more directly communicate between buyers and sellers, but the app always seems to be in development. AT customer support is really(!) responsive and helpful too if you have questions!

It can be under your name or a name you choose! Some reservation offers already include the AppointmentTrader Transfer Service which will transfer the reservation in to your name. If its not included you can add it on after buying the reservation for a small fee. One thing on that though: As many reservations become available at last minute, taking a reservation in someone else name is quick and great for privacy. Most reservations on AT are listed with a virtual phone number, so all you need to do is present the phone number at the hostess stand and you are good to go!

Does anyone know how AT plans to handle cases where a seller is quitting the platform but has a sell through rate <25%? The error message I got said to fill more bids or find other ways to increase the rate.
Is AT really going to block sellers from withdrawing their money? Especially revenue made before the sell through rate was introduced??

Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.

Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
