Unique and warm experience
First time going to Beam Kitchen and I really wasn't disappointed! Where to start … The place is incredible with original decoration and a warm atmosphere! The meal is exquisite and surprising. We were treated to a blind 5-course dinner, where the chef adapted to our allergens and diets. The taste combinations are original, local and seasonal products! We enjoyed the appetizer and dessert. And what about the atmosphere! A most generous and friendly service, a pianist who offers us a crazy concert. And the evening ends in apotheosis with customers all singing together and accompanying the pianist on the biggest international hits! In short, I recommend this restaurant and thank them once again for this superb evening!
Very disappointed
Very disappointed, it had been several months since we last went to this restaurant. The new management has limited the staff both in the kitchen and in the dining room, the result is no one to welcome you at the entrance, no one to accompany you to your table, the nice waitress does what she can, but she is alone, sometimes helped by the charming bartender. We don't make you taste the wine, we don't serve it to you, you have to ask for the bread, the water. The couple of managers wander around the room or behind the cash register without paying attention to the chaos. The manager leans on the bar contemplating the room while eating a piece of bread, the owner brings the bottles of wine under her arm. The wait was endless between courses, we arrived at 8:30 p.m. and left at 11:15 p.m.! When I commented on the slowness of the service, the manager did not seem affected and replied "I will inform management". The cuisine is still as tasty but there is no longer the conviviality that made the place magical, priority given to cocktails, very noisy atmosphere, background music like in a nightclub, hotel lounge pianist for old people. Wine list reduced to a minimum with first price €36. When going to checkout (€136 for 2 with a bottle) not a word of regret they let us go, without even offering us a drink to make up for the malfunctions, just a "see you next time", not at the height of the efforts of the cooks who deserve better than this room service which is not worthy of the quality of the dishes offered and the prices charged. We will not come back and will no longer recommend this place which was so friendly and professional in the past, during Arnaud's time.
A brigade of artists
Cocktails, good music, a lively rhythm. Thanks to the whole team and to Pauline, this new bartender who made the surprise seem like child's play. What more?
Great span following change of teams
Very disappointed with my 5th visit. We saw a change in both teams. No more precision in the approach to the customer, the follow-up and a clear drop in the quality and quantities on the plate. We waited 20 minutes for the first dish and over an hour and 10 minutes for the second. Big disappointment after a good start. Nothing is acquired

The more it goes, the less it goes...
Following the vision of the Chef, Arnaud, it is an inn concept, therefore, with a unique menu, a menu of sharing, of conviviality. However, what can we say about the “rickety” portions which are in no way suitable for sharing? What can I say, statements with many layers of reductions of juice, spices, flowers... which are difficult to feel because with 2 or 3 mouthfuls per dish, it becomes complex to discern. While I was one of the establishment's first customers and a fan, the more it goes, the less it goes with a bill that has difficulty passing. It seems that the Chef is looking for sophistication when he should be simpler, more authentic. And the service gives food for thought with the presentation, dishes where nothing exudes authenticity, instead there is conviviality but is reminiscent of a bad recitation learned by heart with always the emphasis on the sacrosanct "locavore", here " we respect our local partners”! Thank you: we were treated to a 6 cm burnt leek, but “local”. A lost leek on a beautiful plate with lots of “little dots” of “je ne sais quoi” juice to decorate. WELL DONE !! Just like 3 ravioli, swimming in broth, but be careful, in a very beautiful bowl (that makes the difference :-). Overall it's a real disappointment. All that remains is the place which is magical. Arnaud, STP, return to the sources of your concept, that of sharing, conviviality and happiness on the plate...

Delicate and subtle cuisine, a very beautiful room and dynamic and attentive staff. A very nice evening and people who are clearly passionate about their work!
Disappointing experience
Certain know-how in the kitchen, beautifully presented dishes. But incentive to choose on the choice of wines (white wine strongly recommended suggesting that the meal would mainly consist of fish). First price of wines at €38 (on sale at €7.40 at the property!) which did not satisfy us. Finally, we would have happily taken an aperitif if it had been offered to us, and even a simple glass of water from an unfriendly waiter.

Extremely noisy room, no wines under €40 For the dishes: good work on the flavors but the texture must be reviewed while pureeing and emulsifying from the first to the last dish The same dish from starter to dessert? some work and good products but a lot of things to review given the prices charged, particularly the reception.
A beautiful address
A blind, surprise formula in 5 courses. An appetizer, a starter, two main courses, a dessert. The tastes are there. The work is present. Creativity and originality too. A few minor flaws (if one seeks to criticize them) but which did not detract from the pleasure of the tasting. For a formula at €49, we are rather well positioned.

If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.
What happens if my bid expires unanswered? |
Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.

Anyone can help with payouts, support hasn’t been helpful at all. My funds cleared and I can only retrieve $50 usd a day with a $5 fee and a % per transaction. It would take so long and so much in fees. Thanks!

I am having a tough time contacting and elucidating a response from AT Support. I had a listing at 6pm, which was a mistake as the actual listing reservation was at 11pm. This got somehow approved by AT, and a customer bought this from me for 6pm. I want to cancel this listing and refund customer , but there is no way of doing this ! Banned from Resy for selling reservations- Do we have a rat on our hands???
I am new to this app and started off by selling a polo bar reservation and then quickly sold one more reservation. Not long after I received emails from Resy saying all my reservations are cancelled and I am being banned from Resy for life. How could this have possibly happened without a rat telling Resy that I sold the reservation. I need some advice on this situation and let’s catch the rat!

You can only deposit $50 at a time until you earn the “Sales and Low Refund Medal” I believe. Im new to this as well but the ability to deposit more money at once and increase your amount of listings comes with that medal.
