Horrible service. Management absolutely no help. Ordered takeout Friday. My husbands credit card was not returned after I paid the bill. I call today, Sunday, to pick up the card. I did ask the waitress that answered why I wasn't called as they had my dining rewards phone number when I placed and picked up the order Friday. She said it wasn't something they do. Then told her I was on the way to pick up the card. I called back and asked her to have the credit card at the hostess stand, as I want to limit my time in the restaurant due to Corona Virus. When I arrived she asked for my husbands ID. She didn't say in our earlier phone conversation I would need it, for returning the card, or I would have brought it with me. Also, I explained to her he is asthmatic, limiting his exposure to the public, which is why I had his card Friday and paid for the meal with it. Then she called the manager, and he wouldn't return my husbands card either. I have no problem showing ID, if she would have told me it was necessary for returning his credit card, then I would certainly have brought it with me. As of now, Bonefish still has my husbands card. He'll put on his mask and gloves later today, putting his health at risk, to retrieve it. Shameful. Will never go back, the shame of it all, is that if the manager would have checked my dining rewards account, not only would he have seen I'm a long term customer, but often pay with my spouses card. Will never return or recommend this location.
