Honestly, they don't even deserve one star.
The parking lot is always empty ... for a reason. The service is shameful! The employees aren't friendly and have an attitude like you're ruining their day when I fact the food can ruin your day. The chicken is drier than the Sahara desert so make sure you get a LARGE un-caffeinated (not in a good way) drink to swallow it down so you don't choke. The sides are garbage and cold. I have never been more disappointed in a Boston market before. They truly need to fire ALL of the employees and try to start fresh. I'd rather crawl on my knees through glass and rubbing alcohol before returning to this establishment.

Have not been to Boston market for a year or so, what I remember about it is not what I went back to this evening. Customers are not allowed dark meat unless they are a child. The white meat had very little flavor and it was more than dry. The side were put on my dish cold and no flavor. I think they had customers at one other table. But on there behalf they do a lot of carry out business. And to top it off the decided to sweep the dining room Right around our table, so if I was able to eat my food that ruined what appetite I had left.

It's the employees that made my experience unforgettably regrettable. They were inattentive, unprofessional, and not customer service oriented. I hope they have had employee turnover since my visit!

It was pulled out of a warmer and it was not crispy...it was soggy and horrible I haven't eaten here in years and wanted to try it basically because I was in the area. This was so disappointing. I almost threw it outta my car window. However the sweet potato soufflé was still awesome.. please work on your fried items. Thanks

Unfortunately I think this Boston Market lacks a lot more employees. Came here with some coworkers and our boss to have a Thanksgiving Lunch, plenty of parking available. Drive thru and take out orders are an option as well if you don't want to sit and eat in here. As we placed our orders most item's were available, warm and ready.. some of us had to wait for Turkey but not too long.. the line behind us got long very quickly and only two employees were working dealing with everything. So you can imagine there was a lot of annoyed customers, over the phone also.. My order was very simple.. quarter white with corn and mashed potatoes, pretty decent, the food was bland nothing too great nor bad. It's definitely a good place to order from if you aren't trying to cook dinner for the holidays, however since they get very busy the options are very limited even if you place it ahead of time. The establishment is pretty big, can use someone to clean, sanitize and maintain it better. There was a huge water puddle in the middle of the line where you order your food. Fountain drinks equal unlimited refills, I recommend the raspberry iced tea! The customer service isn't there due to the high volume but not enough staff.. also the staff wasn't wearing gloves when getting food, although they don't grab the food with their bare hands they still end up touching everything.. not a big fan of it especially when dealing with money and food. I wouldn't rush to come back any time soon.. perhaps drive thru better and on a less busy season !

Door dash asked if order was all accounted for, drove 8 miles heavy city traffic. Customer found half the order was not present. Boston market admitted they were out of some things but charged the customer anyway. Boston market would not refund the customer. Door dash driver and customer will never use this Bradenton, florida 51st Highway restaurant again.

Don't get side tracked like I did and forget your card. There were only two employees working the night of October 23rd. I am fairly confident on who used my card to stay at the Americas Best Value Inn on SR64 in Bradenton. I am not naming her name at this point until we have 200% proof. I feel bad for companies that have to hire thieves because they can't get quality people. Whatever happened to people being honest no matter what Pat grade they are?

They were almost out of dark chicken flys flying all over the food and sitting on it while standing in line. I told the guy I didn't want the bread flys were on it he said yea on everything GROSS why are they in a restaurant period that's closed in

They have a menu of dryed old chicken,Nothing is fresh and the workers are by far the worse in all of the restaurants on Cortez.I was there this afternoon and asked one of the workers for 3 pot pies and he explained we only have 2!!.,then I went on to ask him were they fresh!,and he stated right off the bat that they were not!!!.I told him that they should get there act together and stop ruining the name of the Boston Market's, since that is the only Boston Market between here and Tampa.It is truly disheartening not to be back in New York where they have a better respect to there patrons.This place will close if the attitude does not change and the food does not get made fresh.I would not recommend it.Fire the workers and the managers,and get fresh workers that care and have better attitude's....
