My relatives and I came to feast on steaks to celebrate my late birthday because they were on a vacation. My uncle decided to take all of us to Bourbon Steak because they have fantastic ribeyes and he loves coming here on special occasions. The ambiance was upscale with really good service from Thomas. He was so knowledgeable on all the cuts of steaks that were being served. Fantastic experience and meal! Will definitely be coming back to try the other options + seasonal items them have. Tomahawk: Oh my gosh. This was the best tomahawk I have ever had in my life. Came with three parts: eye, cap and short rib I believe. All of them were really good n distinct in its own way. If i'm not mistaken, my favorite was the eye. It was so flavorful and tender. They also grilled it so perfectly: medium rare ofc. High quality beef for sure duh. It was also 28 days dry aged. 10/10 This was an off the menu item. It's the beef trio tasting thing that came with an American Wagyu, Japanese Wagyu and Delmonico. The American was my favorite. Good crust. The Japanese Wagyu literally MELTED in my mouth. Pure butter. Delmonico was good but couldn't compare to the other ones. 10/10 : The shrimp was so fresh and juicy. They were so big and fat too and the cocktail sauce was tangy so it just elevated the whole thing by like 10. This was so good. 10/10 I can eat a bucket of this. : Free trio fries. There were all fried in duck fat and were all seasoned differently and paired with different sauces. My favorite was the yellow looking one. It was like mustard but thinner and more sophisticated in terms of taste. 8.5/10 : Ordered the cobb salad I believe as a starter and it was so refreshing and the dressing complimented the vegetables well. It went really well with the shrimp cocktail. : This brioche bun came as a starter and it was literally so buttery, soft and light. It's truffle season apparently so it was infused with truffle and had the perfect amount of flakey sea salt on top. Hands down one of the best free brioche buns I have ever had. It's so decadent. I love. 9.5/10 - As for the dessert we got the beignets and this chocolate cake thing. Beignets were mid, it was way too dense for me. However, crème brûlée slapped. The chocolate looking thing tasted like a fancy snickers bar, but I was not a fan of the ice cream. They also gave us a banana cake. My relatives loved it because it had a salty and buttery taste to it but I wasn't a huge fan.
