The food and service was excellent here.
Great location for pre function! The drinks were great we had Moscow mules and the special margarita. My brother said it was the best Reuben sandwich he ever had.!

We came here with our oldest son before going to a nuggets game for my sons birthday. We got their early hoping to have time to walk around the stadium a bit and be in our seats for the start of the game. We got sat right away and definitely made it before the big pre game rush. We ordered our food and then waited and waited and waited. We didn't see our server again so we asked a busser to find our server or a manager. He looked around and couldn't find either. We waited more. When we saw another server walked by, we asked if they could check on our food and an eta and tried to order a drink refill from them. They also couldn't find our server or manager. Finally, our server showed up and said she had forgotten to put our food it. By this time, the game had already started and we still had no food. The manager showed up finally and was extremely drunk. He pulled a chair up to our table and sat down with us and asked how our night was. We explained what was happening and then he started chit chatting with my son, who just wanted to get to the game. The manager wrote on the back onmf a business card saying "buy these three nice people dinner on me" and then left. We didn't make it to the game until halftime, and then had to spend time looking for something we wanted to eat at the stadium, wasting more time from watching the game. Extremely disappointing for all of us, especially my son.

As the name will lead you to believe, Brooklyn's is in fact right next to Ball Arena. That is it for the positives. You'd think that the restaurant outside the stadium would have better food than the stadium. You'd be wrong. Instead of ordering the bland fish and chips that tasted as if the chef was doing a cooking challenge where they had to make it blindfolded and without the use of their hands, just go buy some nachos inside the stadium. If you aren't going to a game, I dunno why you'd ever come here.

Brandon was our server and I highly suggest you ask for him if you have the chance of dining here. He diffused a difficult situation and made our experience here filled with the highest level of customer service. Extremely pleased and impressed with the service, food, atmosphere and assistance. So I've been coming here last 11 years i work at ball arena and come to eat and have a beer,tonight i went there first time in months to have beer n food and a bartender steve who I barely know says im 86 out of there for a tab I suppose forget to pay 2 years ago 2021,i said my brother from vegas said he picked up tab n paid effty tip to the server but i paid a second time next time i went in there 2 years ago and threw down my cc again again tonight for 3 rd time which he refused and banned me forever,mind you ive celebrated avs n nuggets since then , this guy steve humiliated me and belittled me in front of coworkers and patrons of mine... ps i work lemonade stand at ball arena and have been professional to the owner many times and only talked highly of staff at Brooklyn's

I struggle to give any place such a low rating but
I struggle to give any place such a low rating but something's gotta give. The location is great if you're going to an event at Ball Arena but this place feels like a Chili's. The drinks were weak and the food was definitely microwaved. It was pure chaos when we went after a concert. We were told to find a table but then were never served even though some guy with a gray hat was walking around asking other tables around us if they needed anything. When we were finally served, the woman was super nice but it wasn't enough to save the night. They should turn this place into something else or get better food because it's lame. When out-of-towners talk about Denver having a weak bar scene, this place is definitely one of the reasons why.

This place was awful.
My beer had things floating in it. The bartender when told just looked at the beer and threw it in the trash can. She still charged me the $10 for the beer that was undrinkable. The place had a bad smell that made us decide not to eat here. Bartender pressured us to fill out the receipt because her shift was over. She came she came up to us and told us that the other staff was nicer than her and still accepted a tip.
The food is mediocre at best.
They were out of several menu items. The wait staff is slow and indifferent. I am confident the doors remain open only because of the crowds at the Ball Center.

The biggest pro to this place is that it's right next to Ball Arena, so if your heading to any kind of event there, this is going to be the most convenient place to grab a bite and a drink before heading into the arena. That said, it's basically your standard pub fair, food is just okay , no wow factor, but if you're a drinker they have a full bar and lots of beer... We took a high top on the main floor and while the server was friendly and pretty quick, the area we were in had lots of little bugs flying around - fruit flies? Also, for such a massive bar (2 different levels) you would think the bathrooms would be bigger, the main floor women's had a couple of stalls.

Was great by staff and bar guests with good natured smack talking, and I embraced it and gave it right back. Good service, fun staff, busy busy for game night. Came back after the game (we won) and had more food and drinks. Solid night, great walking distance from our hotel. Would def recommend. GKG

Definitely make a reservation, especially if you're planning to visit during any event at Ball Arena. They were PACKED, but service was good. Good took what seemed like an eternity to come out and wasn't all that hot the prices aren't accurate if you Google their menu.
If you're looking for low quality cold food.
This is your place. The service was terrible. I had to remind my server twice about my drink. The wings were cold. My server said he would give me a discount. I never got the discount. The ambiance is loud. My server's name was Brandon.

Seriously amazing for how many people that they have to push through the bar and restaurant it's next to the Pepsi center so it's usually huge crowds kind of an older restaurant neat building pretty waitresses some of the bartenders didn't do the best job on my old fashion and some really hit it out of the ballpark the girls did really well with my old fashions when they made them and the guys not so much but I still give this place five stars because of the volume of people that come through and the food was really good!

As we walked in no one was there to find us a seat (people were sitting it seemed a long time before us and then left) a waitress who was off shift saw us prior to using the bathroom came out and came to us and sat us quickly (even while off shift) our waitress attended to us as soon as we sat! We only had wings & drinks and the wings came out quickly as well and tasted great! Drinks we strong and for this I gave my rating because of our experience,
Literally the worst service I've ever had.
Event at Ball arena tonight, stopped there before and after (proximity to the arena) and terrible on both trips. First go, 5pm took us almost 2 hours to get 2 drinks and one round of food. After show, I watch a server runInto a guy, knock his drink out of his hand and then yell at him and his girlfriend as he's trying to clean up the spilled glass and get it out of the servers way. To their credit, management showed up and told her to chill... but the servers are absolutely terrible here. ,

* ElaborateHouse74 picks up the bid, meaning they will now work on securing the reservation.
* Peter can now talk to ElaborateHouse74 for any questions Peter may have as ElaborateHouse74 user fills the bid.
3.) Finding the Reservation
* ElaborateHouse74 now uses their connections at Brooklyn's At Ball Arena Denver to secure the table.
* If they successfully get the 6 PM table for four, Peter receives a confirmation that the reservation has been secured.
* If ElaborateHouse74 fails to secure the reservation, the bid is returned to the pool so another user can try.
4.) Payment & Protection
* Once the reservation is secured, ElaborateHouse74 receives the $200 reward which is credited to ElaborateHouse74's AT balance, where users manage their own funds and can withdraw via available payout options such as bank transfer, PayPal, or Zelle.
* Peter can now enjoy the dinner with his friends at Brooklyn's At Ball Arena Denver!
