Terrible Service & Food
Dear Pep Lorenzo & Team, I hope this message finds you well. This morning we had breakfast at your hotel and I would like to bring to your attention a few issues regarding our experience. While my family and I have been regular breakfast guests for the last few years and are usually very satisfied with your service - this morning’s experience was beyond comprehension and has unfortunately left an extremely incompetent mark on your brand. I fully understand that mistakes can happen and have utmost respect for discrepancies in communication between waiters and kitchen as well as challenges in management. However, I also believe for a hotel that charges almost 1400euro ++ per night, basic hospitality training for your staff would be not only be expected but integral to the success of any business - even charging 1/4 that amount. Moreover, one would also expect senior members of the team to know how to appropriately deal with challenges and complaints with a satisfactory resolution there and then. Here are just some of the experiences I am referring to: - Waiter did not know the difference between a poached egg or a boiled egg. This got rather embarrassing as this mistake was repeated a few times - One of our orders was served to us wrong 2 times after sending it back to the kitchen - Avocado on toast, one of the most common breakfast dishes ordered worldwide, was served on a side plate. Anyone would do a better job in their own kitchen. - The gluten free bread was terrible - so cheap. As one of the most common food allergies in the world one would expect something slightly more decent. - Your manager asked our friend on the way to the bathroom, how her breakfast was, she said terrible and the manager asked no further questions, just smiled and took no action - When I brought this to the attention to her and later your duty manager, it was clear that neither had any understanding, nor training in how to deal with such a situation Personally, I won’t ever be visiting your hotel or any Bvulgari hotel again for that matter. However, I trust that you will take my concerns seriously and take the necessary steps to address them with your team.
very poor management / worst breakfast
simply i am by now convinced that bulvarı doenst care about their clients as they know they are a brand and they are full anyways so the customer feedback or satisfaction is any priority. i personally just gave another chance today to bulvarı - and on my birthday what a mistake - and they ruined the morning. probably everyone decent and trained is off during this eid break - the waiter had no idea about the menu, even they wrote word by word the order they still made mistake, they don’t know what is a poached egg what is a boiled egg .. they bring the order in side dish plate, some plates with salmon for the lemon some didn’t .. worst gluten free bread - by far i mean in probably the region - and they have the audacity to keep going and not mentioning even that we are not happy to the manager .. i mean the team probably were full of interns and of course they could have done nothing when they have no manager / leader and obviously no SOP. also there is a bird problem, we didn’t mind, the bird flies in but i got worried that they were going to hurt the bird .. they had no idea how to handle this birds who pooped behind me - see the photo - and the mosquitos .. i mean wow … wow .. and then we paid 775aed for this breakfast .. where we got stressed, pooped kind of on, left hungry as we all wanted to eat more but didn’t order anymore, and eaten by mosquitos.also when i mentioned this to two ladies at their reception in the restaurant, one of them kept smiling - was so surreal - and the other one just didn’t talk about this or didn’t come back to us and said anything. it’s incredible. wow. - thank you. we are not coming back.
Best hotel in Dubai
Bulgari Dubai fulfilled every expectation. From the moment I was picked up from the airport by their car service (prompt and friendly), to the room with the beautiful beach views, clean, beautifully furnished. The room food service delicious, the vibe of the hotel lively. A shout out to the hair dresser there as well, just so good. The level of service and personal care was beyond any expectaion. Caring, personable, friendly, and genuine. Mr. Murillo took every extra effort to make sure all my needs were met. He sent me a very generous Bulgari chocolates box just because! Truly a memorable stay on every level. They are paying attention to a level of service that is exceptional. Their beach area is cozy, beautifully appointed, and just gorgeous.
A lovely experience worth repeating....
Very nice experience.... I purchased from the Bvlgari store several times. Shams al-Din welcomed me very much. He was cooperative, welcoming, and helpful to the fullest extent. Where I bought Azza perfumes and he helped me with the choices.... I recommend visiting the Bvlgari store in the Bvlgari Hotel and going to Shams Al-Din to purchase and assist with the service.
IFTAR in II cafa
Bulgari hotel my best hotel iv went to it but today i went to have IFTAR in II cafa the service was poor, and no one assisted us except Mr. Dior and the manager Mrwan. He ignored us what we wanted, and what we need. & my feed back thats am not happy at all because I didn’t see the attention to help the guest .. before last year i came to Yacht club to have the IFTAR it was really the best IFTAR iv have it the best service & the best management

This was one exceptional experience!! We loved the cozy, yet lavish atmosphere in Bvlgari yacht club! The view is phenomenal, the staff is highly attentive and well trained, extra points for Ayoub! Perfectly complimenting the luxury hospitality level! We will return!

Drive an hour to visit beautiful place yarch club lounge, been here many times But service tonight was special, new lady called wiwit was so friendly Will came back soon 👍🏻 the food are delicious The drink was amazing, and not forget the view are standing

Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

Hey @EvocativeFold67, welcome to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.
What happens if my bid expires unanswered? |
Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.

This app is a catfish and overrun by people programming “bots” and algorithms. It makes it frustrating for someone not well versed in this to have any movement. I thought this would be a fun side hustle, but unfortunately it’s become like any other “side hustle”. Don’t waste your time with this crap. Not a question, just a suggestion.
