Our waitress, Shalini was so accomodating and catered to our every need - even charging my cell phone! She made our experience even better than we expected.
Disappointing service
Went to see the great views over Singapore, paid for entrance and Aperol Spritz cocktail, were given bands and receipt of payment. Went to rooftop, amazing views went to get drink, said we needed token which we didn’t have as we were never given them. Made to feel like we were trying to scam them out of a cocktail, kept us waiting about 40 minutes, eventually gave us a cocktail, but they contained no alcohol, service of staff very unhelpful, venue for young, loud dance music, would recommend view but would not say this is right venue to watch light show and better off getting own cocktail if you do go. Disappointing last night to a fantastic trip in Singapore.
Incredible night
Our night at C’est La vie was amazing. I had booked a month in advance as it gets very busy so I recommend booking in advance. The food was incredible, the views were insane. I recommend that you book for 7.45pm as we were able to watch both the gardens by the bay light shows on our visit! Lastly our night was made by our waiter, mannan. He honestly went above and beyond to ensure we had a great evening and he is a credit to the restaurant.
Overall Great Experience!
We had a very nice overall experience at Ce La Vi last night! Assisted by Kenji and Carmen who were very sweet and attentive. Kenji offered to take photos of us and offered great recommendations. Also shoutout to reservations team for assisting me as I accidentally booked the club lounge instead of the restaurant. They waived the cancellation fee and allowed me to book the restaurant, which is what I originally intended to book. Food was all excellently prepared. Honorable mentions: - Pork chop was tender and moist. - Oysters were very fresh with a lovely soy mignonette. - Scallops were cooked perfectly, nice amount of spice from the nduja. - Asparagus risotto had very nice herby flavor Overall great experience and beautiful views of city and the sunset. Don't miss out!
Vice services at Celevi MBS sky bar
Been a frequent customer at Celavi. And I am disappointed that for such a high class place, there are vice services available. Whenever my friends and I were there, there will always be a few Thai ladies skimpily dressed… short dresses and almost exposing their boobs. They will just be standing there with their eagle eyes, scanning for potential customers. They will order rheir drinks but just stood there preying for customers. This is unacceptable and should be reported to the police. It is not a one time incident. Everytime we were there, they are there.
Go for the view but not the service.
We decided to come here to see the view and also have a couple of drinks. As it had been raining we were shown into the lounge where they had literally just opened the outside part so we were able to grab a seat quickly and easily. The seating area was very nice and the overall vibe was enjoyable. The cost of entry was redeemable against our drinks, ensure you buy a drink that totals the value of the entry ticket otherwise you will loose out on any leftover balance- whether that is general policy or just happened to us I don't know. Sitting and sipping our drinks while looking at the gorgeous view was amazing and a fantastic experience. We stayed for one more drink, and would have stayed for more but the staff weren't particularly welcoming or friendly. Overall the customer service was probably the worst we have experienced, no one smiled or really seemed to want to engage with the customers. The two ladies taking payment on the front desk were very helpful and friendly, as was one of the security guards but that's it.
Busy but worth it.
We have been through Singapore a number of times but never done the Marina Bay Views. Thanks to Trip Advisor tips I booked the restaurant. Good move! We arrived early and went for drinks at the Sky Bar. Busy but managed to find a table. Great view but drinks expensive. We watched the sun set. Lovely. Our table time was 7.45. Team were friendly and efficient finding us a fantastic view table overlooking the gardens sea and lighted golf course. Service excellent. Food wonderful. Best scallops I have ever had and the Halibut tasty. Gill had prawn toast which included crab and lamb chops. Good value for money as well so worth booking for both view and food. Wine expensive as usual but you can’t have everything.
Great views but be prepared to wait
Amazing views from the 57th floor across Singapore and the SGD 30 charge is redeemable at the bar so is a good price. However if you can’t secure a table be prepared to wait a long time for a drink. I almost gave up and others around me did, looked at the view and went. All it needs is a few more people behind the bar!
Except stunning view of city, nothing else is great about this place
This place takes customer for granted, service is poor and place gives no warm feeling, if no reservation then feels like a queuing for a lottery ticket Food is just average, view is fabulous, once a frequent visitor now I don’t look forward to come to this place
Ce la vi and their employee Mr. Kalai Made it super amazing
Amazing views, great service especially by Mr. Kalai. He was extremely courteous and went truly out of his way to give us the best experience from getting us a fantastic seating on a very busy night to adjusts smiling and ready to help and take care.
A rip off
I was very disappointed and underwhelmed with this experience. I had read many reviews stating save your money visiting the viewing deck and go to the bar. They charge double the viewing deck price prior to getting to the bar. It is over crowded with not enough seating. They continue to sent people up without table space or seats . You can then use the admission fee to buy food and drinks which are over priced and they add tax and service charge but the most annoying this is you have not access to the viewing deck and because of the design of the bar and over crowding the views are poor. Save your money and just visit the viewing deck.
Great setting made better by great staff
This is a fabulous vantage point high above Singapore city, but my visit there was made super memorable because of the friendly and genuinely welcoming service by Win. It was a busy evening but Win went the extra mile to make sure that a solo traveller felt comfortable and in good company.
Don’t waste your money
This was the most disappointing experience. There was supposed to be a dress code what a joke. Never seen such scruffy bunch of people allowed into the bar. One man looked like he should have been trekking. The place was untidy too
Ce la vi experience
The views were amazing and the staff were accommodating to every request that we had. Would definitely recommend this place to any visitor. There was a special waiter called Roz who was helpful and made our experience pleasant.

Occasion Spoiler- Saved by reservation manager
We had booked an dinner evening for birthday occasion. Despite asking for viewing table in special request form, it was denied during the visit. Lady at reception was rude. We checked tables with view outside , they were empty but she said subject to availability. After lot of back forth got it by reaching out to manager and he understood the importance of event. I have seen similar reviews here, all reflect to poor customer service. Don’t go with any expectations, it may turn out to be spoiler. Lady at reception on 57 floor needs behaviour training. I doubt Celavi is really looking into the feedback here. A good customer experience matters a lot and people do see review before turning up. Hope they listen and improve to accommodate ppl request for special occasions. Thanks to manager who saved the day for us.
Ce n'est pas la vi!!!!
I recently visited this restaurant for my birthday dinner, which I had booked one week in advance. I specifically asked the staff if it was possible to view the water and light show from the restaurant, and I was told that it was indeed possible. However, when we arrived 30 minutes early and asked the staff again, we were given conflicting information about where we could see the show. We were then directed to the sky bar, where we were told that we needed a ticket to access the observation deck one floor below. This information should have been communicated to us when we made the reservation. Unfortunately, this was just the beginning of our disappointing experience. The food was flavorless and not worth the high price we paid for it. It was particularly disappointing since we were expecting a special meal for my birthday. All in all, I have to say that my experience at this restaurant was underwhelming. The staff gave us incorrect information about the show, which caused unnecessary confusion and frustration. Furthermore, the food was not up to par and did not justify the high price we paid. Had I known that this would be my birthday experience, I would have preferred to stay in my hotel room and order takeout. I hope that the restaurant takes steps to improve their communication and food quality to ensure that future guests have a more enjoyable experience. Until then, I cannot recommend this restaurant.
Disaster if you plan to celebrate special occasions
My wife and mother came to celebrate their birthday and anniversary. Unfortunately what I paid for the celebration dessert with the greeting did not come to their table as planned. Surprise lost. I had to ultimately ask her when she had received her dessert and was so embarrassed. I immediately Informed the manager but only a reply came saying apologies for the inconvenience. I read so many bad reviews before booking. Still I believed. Even the initial conversations via WhatsApp was a disaster. ..." main food portions are so tiny too. Absolute rip off. It has certainly died down vs how it was.
An average experience that costs a lot.
It was OK, however not worth the price. Although we booked well in advance, we were sat at a table with the least views, despite others being free. The service was polite, although mediocre overall. The food was average, with much better available elsewhere. We expected better; shame.

Great views from on top of the towers at marina bay sands good quality cocktails and nice vibes only downside was 2hour limit on table and it’s hard to get times you want at weekends
Nice view
Note that there is a restaurant, a bar and a night club, which each have a separate reservation. I would not recommend the club; the restaurant is ok but food is a bit disappointing considering the price. I would recommend to only go to the bar which also has the tables with the best view Place can be very windy.
Great views from the SkyBar
Iconic place to visit. We booked a table at the SkyBar which allows you 2-hours to have drinks and light appetizers on the rooftop. Thankfully we got seated at a table on the side so we had a beautiful view of the Supertrees, Cloud Forest and City skyline. There is no access to view the hotel’s infinity pool (sadly) - you have to be staying at the hotel to see it. There is an option to book a table at the rooftop restaurant but I don’t believe you can see the pool from there either.
Dissapointing
My partner and I found the experience quite dissappointing. Overall the service was very average, too many people approaching our table instead of one person looking after us. Had several dishes dropped at the table without the waiter even stopping to say what the dish was. We had the set menu on christmas day and it was hit and miss. The Beef tartare dish was the highliught and the chicked dish was the extreme low being barely warm when it was served to us and very bland and dry. Overall a disappointing experience considering the cost of the evening, wouldn't ever recommend a friend coming to this venue. We felt as though the price inflation due to the venue location and view was over the top and not backed up by quality.
TOURIST BAIT
Don’t let this nice place fool you, THIS IS NOT A FOOD RESTAURANT. We ordered 8 plates, and their only decent one was their french fries. The rest where totally disgusting. Gotta admit the presentation of each plate was very nice (great for Instagram marketing). But the taste was total garbage. We didn’t had more than 1 bite of each of our plates. It was to a point that the waiter kept comming and asking why are you not eating anything. They basically took all of the plates exactly how they brought them. I give them a 2 instead of a 1 because the ambiance for night and day drinking. Food wise its DISGUSTING. Don’t throw away your money here at their food. Go eat some nice sushi or noodles somewhere else and come back for overpriced drinks.
For the view and nothing else
We booked for the lounge not knowing exactly what it was, impossible to have proper info neither on website nor on WhatsApp. They never fully answered my questions. In any case you can't go to Singapore without having been to Ce la vi because the view is so beautiful. The atmosphere right from the counter was impersonnel, busy and not welcoming in my opinion. For a night starting at 10:30 PM it costs 300 S dollars and then you can eat and drink. The food at the lounge was nice especially the wagyu beef. The view is beautiful. And we danced until 3am. We went there on a Thursday and it was crowded.

1.) Setting a Reward (Bid)

* Peter really wants to go, so he increases the bid (or reward) to $200.
* At this stage, the reservation does not exist yet.
2.) A Community User Picks Up the Bid
* FluffyStar64, an experienced AT user, has a strong track record of successfully securing reservations and low refund requests, they receive a notification about Peter's bid.
* FluffyStar64 picks up the bid, meaning they will now work on securing the reservation.
* Peter can now talk to FluffyStar64 for any questions Peter may have as FluffyStar64 user fills the bid.
3.) Finding the Reservation
* FluffyStar64 now uses their connections at CÉ LA VI Singapore to secure the table.
* If they successfully get the 6 PM table for four, Peter receives a confirmation that the reservation has been secured.
* If FluffyStar64 fails to secure the reservation, the bid is returned to the pool so another user can try.
4.) Payment & Protection
* Once the reservation is secured, FluffyStar64 receives the $200 reward which is credited to FluffyStar64's AT balance, where users manage their own funds and can withdraw via available payout options such as bank transfer, PayPal, or Zelle.
* Peter can now enjoy the dinner with his friends at CÉ LA VI Singapore!
* As with all transactions on AT, disputes and no-show fees are handled through the platform's community-driven resolution system. Users with a strong track record are incentivized to fulfill bids successfully, and community members can report issues to maintain trust in the marketplace.
