Not worth the hype.
We made reservations days in advance for a table of five and we had a 3 year old with us. When we got there at 7:30 pm they told us children are not allowed after 6:30 pm. We had no idea and after a few words back and forth they did accommodate us w

Charming French Restaurant in the Marina District
Take the time to utilize the antique lift from the ground level to the dining area. Glass and wrought iron, just beautiful. Just a warning, the walls are bare so sound is reflected and amplified. There was a large group on the opposite side of where
Best to Avoid
We had heard online and anecdotally from acquaintances that this was the place to go in Atlantis for a nice dinner (even more than Nobu). This was inaccurate at best. The atmosphere of Cafe Martinique has the feel of something nice, but the food ve

Never again on our agenda
We visited this restaurant many times prior to its closing and then reopening. We looked forward to a return trip over our 2023/2024 stay at the Atlantis. What a disappointment. The New Martinique did away with so many of the signature dishes that
Overpriced and very medium service....
Overpriced and bad service, and food was mediocre at best.....go to Graycliff instead for a wonderful experience.
Date Night
Having had a great experience with a tasting menu at another restaurant, we decided to give cafe Martinique a try. We were last at the restaurant maybe 8 or 9 years ago. It was a very rainy night but we were quickly seated at the bar for a tasty cock
A charming venue for a light dinner
Walking into Cafe Martinique felt like walking into a place of warmth and comfort. For me it had a New Orleans type of feel. We went for a light dinner that consisted of the mushroom soup a nicoise salad - both done to perfection and ravioli - that

Cafe McDonalds
We have been dining at Cafe Martinique for the past 10+ years as it was the premium restaurant in Nassau. Tonight was extremely disappointing. The cocktail bar is utterly disassociated from the restaurant with no service concept. The pianist, w
Very disappointing
We read the reviews and were expecting a nice meal. We definitely didn’t get that. When we we’re waiting to be seated, a family left and didn’t look happy. The the hostess took us to our table. After we sat down, we noticed that there weren
Wonderful Food, Needs some work on execution
The food was delicious. The staff is friendly, professional and attentive without being over bearing. The service was well paced. Lost a star because my lamb while well seasoned was bit undercooked in the center. The mashed potatoes was SOOO salty
DISAPPOINTED
I was so looking forward to eating here. I love french food. What a disappointment. First let me say the service was great and ambience was nice. The food not good. I don't even know how to describe onion soup. Burnt broth with stale cracker in middl

Really, did not want to leave feedback, but had to...
Since the new chef was hired, and menu changed, this place lost its sole and heart. It is nothing like French. I been to France. It is not even a Carribean twist French. No matter how you call it, or want to twist it, it is not a restaurant food

This was the one resaurant we visited at Atlantis that did not rush us through our dinner. The staff was excellent as was the food. It was the highlight of our dining experience.
Feeling & taste of France in Bahamas
My husband and I were pleasantly surprised at our experience here. You felt like you were in a French restaurant in France. The design elements from the French looking elevator to pictures on the wall were perfect. Even though the restaurant is in a

Let's say Peter has a great morning and decides to take his three friends to Café Martinique Paradise Island at 6 PM the same day.
He checks the restaurant's website and sees that no reservations are available. He then looks at the Café Martinique Paradise Island page on AppointmentTrader, but finds that there are no user postings either.
That's where the community-driven bid process comes in.
Peter can place a bid on AppointmentTrader, which serves as a reward for any community member who chooses to work on securing the reservation. AT then notifies experienced users who may be able to help.
Step-by-Step Process
1.) Setting a Reward (Bid)
* AppointmentTrader uses historical data to recommend a reasonable reward amount for securing a reservation - let's say $100.
* Peter really wants to go, so he increases the bid (or reward) to $200.
* At this stage, the reservation does not exist yet.
2.) A Community User Picks Up the Bid
* FluffyStar64, an experienced AT user, has a strong track record of successfully securing reservations and low refund requests, they receive a notification about Peter's bid.
* FluffyStar64 picks up the bid, meaning they will now work on securing the reservation.
* Peter can now talk to FluffyStar64 for any questions Peter may have as FluffyStar64 user fills the bid.
3.) Finding the Reservation
* FluffyStar64 now uses their connections at Café Martinique Paradise Island to secure the table.
* If they successfully get the 6 PM table for four, Peter receives a confirmation that the reservation has been secured.
* If FluffyStar64 fails to secure the reservation, the bid is returned to the pool so another user can try.
4.) Payment & Protection
* Once the reservation is secured, FluffyStar64 receives the $200 reward which is credited to FluffyStar64's AT balance, where users manage their own funds and can withdraw via available payout options such as bank transfer, PayPal, or Zelle.
* Peter can now enjoy the dinner with his friends at Café Martinique Paradise Island!
* As with all transactions on AT, disputes and no-show fees are handled through the platform's community-driven resolution system. Users with a strong track record are incentivized to fulfill bids successfully, and community members can report issues to maintain trust in the marketplace.
