Don’t bite off more than you can chew
Great disappointment. As flamenco lovers, and having been to several shows throughout all of Spain , we made a reservation to experience a little bit of Madrid charm. We found this experience online sounded like a great option. Not cheap however having the two experiences in one ticket we thought it was worth it. We made reservations for the 6:30PM show. We arrived on time at 6:15, we were not seated until half an hour after. The place was crowded. We were sitting in a place with no good view of the show. Waiters kept passing us by, giving service to other guests . It took about 15 minutes or more for a server to finally get our order for drinks and maybe another 15 minutes to get them. I ordered cava , so not challenging at all however, they did not let the bottle on the table and they didn’t have time to be paying attention to notice when our glasses needed to be refilled. As for the food…my husband wanted to get the best tasting option and I was settling for the one in the middle. However, the waiter said will not be a good idea to get the biggest menu because they were close to turning off the lights and of course the lights went off right after he said that. We didn’t finish eating with light. We couldn’t enjoy our experience. Don’t get me wrong. Food was good. I believe that the place was just definitely oversold and they should admit the people that they are able to take care of them like a Michellin restaurant normally does. Artist were fantastic, unfortunately not able to enjoy the show as we expected…
Be the first to Reply2023 Michelin Dinner Overrated Experience. A classic Tourist Trap. Maybe this was a great place before they got greedy.
Overrated 2023 Michelin Star Experience. Show was great but dinner service was terrible. We booked the so called “2023 Michelin Star” dinner at 6:30 pm and arrive 15 minutes earlier, and we waited about 30 minutes to be seated on table. The place is very small at the entrance you can see several pictures of International celebrities that have had dinner in this place such as Harrison Ford, Benicio del Toro, etc. so we thought this place was going to be a worth it experience but the problem is that for such a small place with limited personnel attending the hundreds of people you will not get attended not even as a regular non-Michelin Star or recommended Michelin place. The waitresses were kind and tried their best but they couldn’t keep up. So we had our dinner first dish at around 6:55 and had to rush eating because the show started at 7:30 and the lights were going to be off. My friend ordered a Sangria (never my best choice even in Spain but that’s me) and they served a Tinto de Verano, my wife ordered a bottle of Cava and I had a Boulevardier which was decent except the ice cubes were already melted because it took forever to arrive to my table. I couldn’t ordered the “Menu de Degustación” because it was late when the waiter came and he said there was not enough time for all dishes so I went with the “Menu Alegría” which was “Happy” only on the name as the food was sadly served few minutes before it got dark so I had no idea what I was eating. Overall the flamenco show is fantastic but so many people in there, I wish I could take a picture to post it. There was just no way to enjoy it. The guy next to us was so tight on the limited space that we asked him to move his chair as he was back to back with my wife. The place has like an “L” shape and on the room we were there was about 100 people, I counted between 4-6 people per table and there was about 12 tables and some them had like 8-10 people. I have been in so many flamenco shows in Madrid , last year I went to 5 in the 2 weeks I was there. So I can say the show was great but not a place to enjoy. I don’t recommend it at all.
Be the first to ReplyA very enjoyable evening
Reserved a 6 pm dinner and showtime. We were seated 2 tables from the stage. It was awesome to be so close to the performance and nice to be done with dinner before the 8 pm show. The 4 course dinner was very good, however we didn't think it was quite Michelin star rated. Recommended wine selection was excellent. Of course the dancers were the stars. Just amazing emotion through movement, expressions, sounds, color and costumes. I had never seen flamenco before and it was a kind of ballet to me. Very enjoyable evening.
Be the first to ReplyA fun, but expensive experience.
I booked this particular venue to see a specific dancer (Paula Comitre) but she was replaced by someone else the day of. The food was all around exceptionally but also expensive. I chose the wine pairing for 3 wines/45 Euro and it was really the better option for variety. The place is small but not every table has good views - mine was partially blocked by a 30+cm wide beam. It seemed like a place that wealthy business travelers go to more than anything. If you want the Flamenco experience in Madrid you can probably do better.
Be the first to Replynice show
show was really good ,performers were amazing, all of them, but food was not,i recommend to have dinner before or after you go to see the show ,that again is pretty good

Be the first to ReplyWasn’t what we expected.
We were told this is the best Flamenco show in Madrid. If that is so, I would hate to see the worst! It was NOTHING like we expected. First off, they cram you into tables so close together that you are continually getting bumped and pushed all evening. The food is gourmet, with small portions and is overpriced (fortunately we were able to split a meal since we had the 9:15 seating and are not used to eating that late). The waiters are scurrying around all evening, obviously overworked and understaffed and not very attentive and regularly block your view. The show was disappointing and consisted of way too much chanting and clapping. The dances were one single male and female mostly dancing alone on a small stage. Their toe tapping skills were impressive, but not much other than that. Don’t expect fancy costumes and flowing dresses. The colors were mostly black with subdued patterns. The show lasts exactly one hour. Order quickly or you will get your food after the show starts and be eating in the dark. Dinner prices start at 50 euros for a 3 course meal.
Be the first to ReplyAmazing Food; amazing performance
This is perfect night out that in Madrid that everyone who can swing it should do. I highly recommend booking the dinner and the show. The Michelin stared restaurant was our single best meal in Spain (and that's saying something). You choose from a variety of fixed menus that give enough flexibility that everyone should find something that makes them happy. Service is very formal but also quite attentive and feels right for a restaurant serving food of this caliber. I'm not really into dancing or shows normally, but the talent and passion of these performers comes across so strongly that you can't help but be mesmerized.
Be the first to ReplyMagnificent service and trickster show
What a great night we spent at the Corral de la Morería restaurant, and what a live flamenco show we enjoyed. At our table we chose some menus that we thought were of a very high gastronomic level, and that together with the selection of wines that Rubén offered us with each of the dishes made it a night to remember. When you ask me about my visit to Madrid, I will tell you about this place and its magnificent service and its deceptive show.

My night in Corral de la Moreria was amazing! The staff is so nice and the place is really cozy. The waiter Francisco was very kind during the service. Of course, I also loved the show!!
Be the first to ReplyAmazing show, good food!
Enjoyed our dinner experience. Pro- loved the authentic atmosphere and location. The show was amazing and the desert (French toast) was out of this world. Mid-Food was good we opted for the multi course option, but for the price we would’ve been better off sticking with desert and wine, or a la carte. Con- seating is tight (typical from our experiences at other location) we were second table from the stage, and the first table to the stage was literally touching the stage. A few times during the dance, her dress whipped the people in the front, once knocking over their empty (fortunately) wine glass. It was obvious they were not happy with the situation as they kept reaching for their glasses at various points. All in all we would come back again, but request specific seating and only get desert.
Be the first to ReplyDon’t be late
We were running late 10 min and unable have our entire meal. The tickets said the doors opened at 1900 so I wasn’t that worried and thought perhaps they had us meet there early. Not the case. We purchased the 5 course meal but only got 4. We were seated right up front though, I don’t know if that was because we were late or not.

My family and I went to this place and it was fabulous. The restaurant is cozy and the staff is very charm. The waiter Francisco made us feel like in home.
Be the first to ReplyVery good gastronomic
Excellent cuisine in every sense. A delicate treatment, perhaps not for all audiences. Low temperature cooking that respects the product. The show was good and the staff very polite and attentive.
Be the first to ReplyGreat experience
We were in the gastronomic restaurant with 1 micheling star and we take the super premium pairing, based in sherry wines. It was marvellous. The michelin star is well deserved. The experience is very recomendate

Fabulous experience housing in Madrid. They have been some very beautiful and intense days. Highlight the flamenco show, of a very high level by the artists. Surprising dinner and winery. Recommendation and wonderful treatment by Santi. Logical the Michelin star.
Be the first to ReplyNice first visit cultural experience
A worthwhile cultural experience, we enjoyed the 60 min show and a drink. The performers were fantastic and, while not exactly, what I imagined, we were all glad we had experienced this once.
Be the first to ReplyGreat Show!
We loved our experience here! The talent was impressive! Our seats were near the stage so we had a fabulous view. We would not have wanted to sit near the back. We only had drinks and no dinner. It was a memorable experience for us and we are so glad we came!
Be the first to ReplyUnique, delightful cultural experience
My husband and I enjoyed the Flamenco show with drinks last night. We arrived around 20 minutes before start time and were seated immediately. We had sangria and red wine - both delicious.
Show started shortly after 8 PM and was a very unique, delightful experience. The atmosphere in the crowd was fun, cheerful.
Others enjoyed dinner, and their food looked really good. Would recommend for first time visitors to Madrid like us.
