Great Disney Resort
Our stay at Disney's All-Star Sports Resort was very great! The resort has a great theme that could be seen throughout all of its spaces. They offered great benefits, such as early entrance and free transportation to all the Disney theme parks. The only thing that could have made the resort better was if they offered breakfast with their room rates. Overall, a really nice hotel that transmits the essence of Disney!
Be the first to ReplyGood Experience at Disney's All Star Sports
Our stay at Disney's All Star Sports Resorts was very nice! We loved the place, specially the pool, and the food and drinks tasted good. The only thing is that we couldn't easily communicate with Housekeeping to get our room cleaned. During the four days that we stayed there, our room was cleaned once. It would have been better if we had received that service at least twice.
Be the first to ReplyWonderful experience!!!
This hotel is beautiful!!! With themed areas for some sports. The restaurant is very good, with a lot of variety. The staff are attentive and always try to please you. We have stayed at All Star Music before. They are similar. The room we stayed in was excellent: cleanliness, comfort, decoration... everything was great! It had a coffee maker and minibar. There was also a "Hey Disney" device (like an Alexa)! Each day had a "good morning" given by a different character and at the end they left a beautiful farewell message. The children loved interacting with "Hey Disney" inside the room. We wanted a device like this in our house! We miss you already!!! The benefits of being a Disney guest are wonderful! It's really worth staying at a Disney hotel!
Be the first to ReplyThis place is simply MAGICAL
My family and I had a WONDERFUL experience at this resort! The room was very clean, the beds were very comfortable. We couldn't find our youngest stuffed animal toy, and it was our last day at the parks. We reached out to the Resort, and come to find out we had left it there, and they shipped it to us at no costs! Thank you:)
Be the first to ReplyA great stay at Disney World!
For being one of the "budget" hotels at Disney World, I had a wonderful stay here. My boyfriend and I came over the Easter long weekend and really used our hotel room as a place to sleep and get ready in the mornings as we spent all of our days at one of the parks. The beds were comfy, the room was spacious, and I loved the fact that there was a drink fridge so that we could store some small fruits and snacks that we bought while we were there. Our room was close to where the bus stops were so it made it easy to get up and go in the morning. The staff was wonderful and super accommodating, as well. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars and not 5 is because of the cleanliness of the rooms. They only clean every other day (which is fine), but I still found the bathroom to be a bit dirty after cleaning.
Be the first to ReplyI highly recommend conducting thorough research before visiting Disney.
Our family visited Disney with our two children, anticipating it would be tiring, but we underestimated just how exhausting it would be. We opted to stay within the Disney property for the perk of accessing the theme parks half an hour earlier than the public. While this early entry helps beat the crowds initially, it means waking the kids up at 6 am on vacation. The hotel rooms are quite basic and cramped, with small queen beds practically on top of each other. Additionally, the cleanliness of the rooms leaves something to be desired, as they're only cleaned every other day. The pools, though decent, are disappointingly cold with no hot tubs available. As for dining options, the hotel's eateries are reminiscent of a 1950s high school cafeteria, offering only fast food like burgers, fries, and pizza at inflated prices. Even a bottle of water costs as much as it does inside the theme parks. The lack of variety and quality in food options leads to high bills for basic meals, and the limited selection of fruit appears artificial. While Uber Eats is an option, it's also pricey and offers subpar quality. At the pool, there's only one bar with no waitstaff, so guests must fetch their own drinks served in plastic cups, with alcohol prices being exorbitant for the quality offered. The hotel's transportation service is free but could be improved with more frequent bus schedules and better lighting onboard. Overall, while Disney resorts offer convenience, there's room for improvement considering the high cost of accommodation and amenities. I highly recommend conducting thorough research before visiting Disney. Consider staying closer to better transportation options than just buses within the property. Stay updated on the latest apps for booking rides without waiting in long lines; during our visit, Genie Plus was the go-to option. Budget around US$100 for a family of four to skip the lines for attractions.
Be the first to ReplyNice stay
Great place to stay if you’re on a budget and want to stay on Disney property. We prefer the deluxe resorts, but stayed here for a couple nights this trip also. It’s hard to not compare the two, so I feel more negative towards Sports than if I never stayed deluxe. The hotel is clean and you’re taken well care of. The rooms are small, but they have everything you need (minus a microwave but there is one in the food court). Beds, including the pull down, are comfortable. We were in the home run section facing the pool. We were far enough away that it wasn’t all that noisy from the pool though. The location was nice. A little far from the main section, but nothing too bad. We do enjoy the food courts of the values. They have much better options than a lot of the deluxes do. Although they don’t have a sit down restaurant, but we had two meals there and a mix of food and we enjoyed it all. Buses to the parks were good for us. Didn’t have any issues, although we also weren’t trying to use them in the morning or evening major rushes. Really the major downfall (even if you’ve never stayed deluxe) is the noise. The all star resorts (and values in general) are very noisy. Between the pools, the football field, and just all the kids/teens here in general it is very loud. We also heard our next door neighbors yelling at their kids multiple times during our couple days there. We would recommend this place, or we would stay, for budget purposes or if you plan on spending very little time in the room. It’s nicely themed, clean, convenient, and you get all the Disney perks.
Be the first to ReplyInspections and knocking when do not disturb sign up
The only pro I have is that it’s cheaper than most! The walls are soooo thin, we could hear our neighbors whole conversations not to mention their alarm going off 7 times every morning. Also confused by the resorts inspections every 2 days, waking us when having the do not disturb sign up. Multiple times they knocked to inspect and to see if we’d checked out hours before the check out time.
Be the first to ReplyRemodeled Rooms
All rooms are finally remodeled. Very nice stay. Out of the 3 All-stars this one has the smallest food court. Nice and clean. The pools are clean. We had an issue with our door not closing properly. We were told someone would come and look at it. They did not come within out stay. I would definitely recommend staying here.
Be the first to ReplyGood value Disney hotel
Stayed here 3 nights with my 12 year old twins. We really like it here but we always get a preferred room. This ensures the shortest walk when getting back tired from a day at the parks. Wish they had a couple of more food options but there are options. You do pay Disney prices for the food. All staff are welcoming and everyone says good morning or hello when you pass them. There are activities for the kids - most free but some paid near the pool throughout the day. Housekeeping is currently every other day but you can request trash and towel service every day by calling them. Cute Disney Alexa tablet now in the rooms.
Be the first to ReplyPerfect stay and what you need
In all honesty, you aren't in your room for anything other than sleep and a shower before you head to the parks or exploring. This hotel is a carbon copy in terms of rooms to that of the other All-Star hotels (we stayed in Music last year) and the theming here was much better and the scale of it much nicer, including the layout.
Be the first to ReplyWent the extra mile!
Melissa at the concierge desk went out of her way to help me get an urgent package delivered quickly. Thank you for going the extra mile and for your thoughtful and expeditious work! Beds are surprisingly comfortable. Disney bus was express to and from Animal Kingdom. So far exceeded my expectations.
Be the first to ReplyA decent stay
We stayed here for 12 nights over Christmas and New Year. It was a lovely stay and the hotel had great theming. For a value resort, we were really happy and would stay again for that reason however we have stayed in moderates previously and preferred those, which is why we’ve given this a rating of 4 not 5. The room itself was comfortable but perhaps on the small side for 2 adults and a teen. The pull down bed was a novelty and both beds were comfortable. The transport service was adequate. Buses ran roughly every 20 mins but were crowded. On a couple of occasions, multiple buses for other resorts came and went before one came for ours. The food court was OK after a day in the parks. The bonus was you can order to go so are able to eat in the comfort of your room. Overall, a decent stay.
Be the first to ReplyI expected better from Disney.
Writing this from the lobby waiting for my shuttle to fly home as I can't wait to sleep in my own bed with no ear plugs. I needed them every night of our 16 night stay here. Tissue thin walls mean you can hear flushing toilets and other people using the toilets. You'll also be able to hear kids stomping past your room like miniature elephants. Don't forget the massive groups of youth sports groups chanting outside your room early and late. We had the joy of them squealing in their rooms at 2AM on our last night here. I get it's Disney and I didn't expect silence but I didn't expect noise at these levels. I couldn't relax here and I was envious of the guests at moderate resorts we visited on rest days from the parks. Their food offerings are so much better. The food here is coated in either oil or sugar and we chose to go visit other resorts or even the McDonald's down the road to avoid eating here. Not to mention the expense of it. So, being exhausted from lack of sleep and a lot of walking in the parks you'd think we'd be able to nap in the day right? Wrong. We were not informed of random security checks they do of your room. Doesn't matter if you have a sign up. I'm not bothered that they do checks, it was not being informed that annoyed us. So, every nap I tried to have was interrupted. Thank goodness they didn't interrupt me in the tub. When my partner told the woman I was sleeping at one of the occurrences she just seemed annoyed. Can't imagine how annoying it'd be if we had a toddler or something. Transportation to the park was great. However, the buses that go to all the all star resorts get pretty packed. Pretty sure my partner and I got sick from one of the overcrowded buses. It's such a shame really, the room was lovely and the theming is awesome. Bed was super comfy and shower was great. I wouldn't stay here again though. It's put me off staying on Disney property all together. I'd say I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, not just us as a couple wanting some peace and a break from work. I can't imagine trying to keep a sleep schedule with children here. We feel like we need another holiday now to recoup the lack of sleep we got here.

The All Star Property is very nice. Beautiful property / grounds throughout. If you are in one of the back buildings from the main area it is a bit of a walk. The pool is very nice, not heated. There is no hot tub. There is a baby / toddler wading pool. They do offer a moving by the pool at night, that was very nice to view. The rooms are newly updated. They have barn doors that separate the bedroom / sink area and then the bathroom - tub / shower from the sink area. The beds are very nice and comfortable. The murphy bed was unexpected, but, it is nice to have up during the day to make the room feel larger. There is a coffee maker and small fridge in the room. The rooms / walls are very thin. We heard toilets flushing or showers / tubs running all night long! I don't know if the pipes were right next to our room or what but, you can hear everything it seems like.

Great resort to stay. The room is spacious. The bed and pillows are very comfortable . Plenty of outlets for charging devices. Plenty of towels. Very close to the buses. Also, close to the food court. An absolutely great room and resort. Great service. Highly recommend!
Be the first to ReplyGreat for Disney - but I'd pay that bit extra and stay at a "moderate" in future
We've just got back from another trip to WDW - I've personally stayed offsite (years ago) and in the last 5 years I've been 3 times and stayed at each of the All Stars. There's nothing really to criticise about this hotel - it's exactly what you'd expect from a budget Disney resort and does EXACTLY what you'd expect. You get all the perks of a Disney hotel at a low-ish price. It's fantastic for getting to Animal Kingdom and Blizzard Beach - sub 10 mins for both. HS and Epcot are around 20 mins and MK and Disney Springs seem a bit further. These times don't include waiting for a bus which could take 20 mins, the walk to the bus stop from the room (10 mins) and the walk from the bus stop to the resorts (all Stars are the furthest away). Hotel is clean, the rooms are big enough and the facilities/pool great. Food wise there isn't much choice - a quick dining canteen which we used a handful of times. Coming from the UK, we've always had the mantra it doesn't matter what hotel you stay in when you visit Disney as all you use it for is a bed for the night. We've preferred to use extra money on dining and experiences in the parks. However this time, we could only get a booking for All Stars for 10 nights - given we had a 14 day Disney ticket we decided to stay 4 nights at a moderate resort - we stayed at Carribean Beach and oh my gosh I cannot explain the difference it made! Having better dining options at the hotel was amazing (even the mug refill options are significantly better), and the kids had actually healthy meals rather. The pool was brilliant and so much better than All Stars with slides etc. But the best part was location - being so close to the skyliner ( we were in Jamaica) was amazing as it took 5 mins door to door to get to HS, and around 15 mins to get to Epcot. Next time we go we have already said we will spend the extra money and do a moderate rather than budget as it honestly was worth every extra penny.
Be the first to ReplyFirst time back since the pandemic, still fav All Star resort
This was our first time back at the Sports since before the pandemic and it remains our favorite of the All Star Resorts. We were pleasantly surprised to have stayed in one of the renovated suites (building 4) while our friends still had an old room (building 1). There are renovations still happening so some of the parking and other areas were closed. We had to park super far away from our room as most of the parking around our building was closed. Our room was updated like the Pop Century rooms so everything was new and nice. My boys love this hotel's theming, the arcade and the food court and like all Disney on site hotels the convenience is the transportation to and from the parks. This was the main reason we chose to stay here.
Be the first to ReplyGreat Budget Option
We stayed at All-Star Sports on our most recent Disney trip. It was a short weekend trip and I knew we wouldn't spend much time in the room, so we saved some money by staying at a "Value" resort. It's Disney, so the theming is great, everything is clean, and the staff we interacted with were all wonderful. We did have some trouble with the outlets in our room: there weren't any close to the nightstand for charging our phones, several of them were so loose that our chargers didn't fit in snugly and kept falling out, and the bathroom outlet shut off constantly. My other gripe is that while the room was very clean, it had a terrible smell, like someone had smoked in there and they had dumped strong chemicals everywhere to cover it up. The only meal we ate there was standard Disney breakfast fare (no complaints though!) and we did enjoy some time at the pool. I've previously stayed at the All-Star Movies resort and liked the theming and room we had there better, but if you're planning to be in the parks all day and don't have time to take advantage of resort amenities, then I think All-Star Sports is a great option.
Be the first to ReplyBudget Disney hotel
This is a great budget option if you are looking for an alternative to one of the premium resorts which Disney has to offer. Great location, with free and regular shuttle access to and from the parks. The furthest being Magic Kingdom (a short 10 minutes) and the closest being Animal Kingdom (5 minutes) The rooms are spacious, clean, full of all of necessary amenities such as hairdryer, coffee machine, fridge, body wash, shampoo and many of the rooms were recently renovated which gave them a fresh and modern feel. The staff are friendly and helpful. My only observation/recommendation would be for them to ensure they properly refrigerate medical fridge items. After a day we requested to change rooms due to a connecting door and volume and had to pack up our luggage/ fridge items and store them with luggage services. During the time the fridge items were with luggage services they had been properly stored . however upon return to the new room my medical fridge items were left outside of the fridge on the table. I would have expected the staff to realise that fridge items (including medication) should be stored in the fridge. This was disappointing, especially after emphasising the importance with both reception and luggage services. On arrival we were initially placed in the American football section of the hotel. Whilst walking to our room, we had to make sure to carefully avoid upwards of 50 kids playing American football on the field, dodging multiple footballs that were flying towards us. We understand that this is a family friendly hotel with lots of kids (and adults) excited about their holiday. Turns out that these large groups of children were as a result of a flag football competition. Apparently the hotel hosts lots of big groups for local competitions so I would bear this in mind before booking the hotel if you don’t like large groups. Unfortunately, because the large groups weren’t supervised, they were banging doors and running away and shouting until gone 11:30PM at night. We were moved to the tennis block which was much quieter and put our stay back on track. The shop on site is convenient, and has the basics such as food, medical supplies, and merch. Overall, I would recommend a stay here but I would make enquiries with the hotel as to whether there are any large groups staying before you book your trip. J
