Favourite Thai BBQ earns its name.
At the end of a three week trip, I arrived in Toronto to stay with the family. The Toronto Life best of list had just been released. We used this as a starting point to identify the type and style of food we were looking for. Easily accessed by subwa

Quaint and unassuming location! I thought I was at the wrong place for about five minutes before I realized it is hidden behind a coffee shop. Make sure to book reservations before coming as it is not a huge space and you may be stuck at the bar seat

Thai favorites is a cute little fusion restaurant nestled on buzzy Ossington street. I loved the concept of the restaurant with an open, airy, layout. Just note that you enter through a coffee shop, which gave it a hint of a speakeasy feel. I'd

We stumbled onto this restaurant and it was simply magical.
First of all, there are a dozen seemingly excellent restaurants on Ossington. From what I can tell, this is THE street for creative, excellent food in Toronto. (This has been confirmed by chatting up some local foodies). But we happened upon this d
Simply Delicious
This Bib Gourmand rated restaurant is not to be missed! Intimate dining room with dishes bursting with flavor. Make a reservation and enjoy! Highly recommend the ceviche, the grilled pork and the duck curry
Rating: 3.
5 I don't think it would be fair to really leave a 3 star review but it also wasn't a solid 4. This is a cute spot behind a coffee shop and really nice for date night. The staff were very friendly and the food was tasty. We got the ceviche

I felt like I was in some kind of elite club walking to the back through the coffee shop. This tasting menu was amazing. So much food. The best SALAD of my life. Spicy shrimp salad? Yes please. Everything was amazing and totally worth the price. Woul

Wow… absolute no words, I am deceased. This was the best meal here in Toronto whilst visiting for a week. The service, impeccable. The food, incredible. The service, immaculate. Come here and get the short ribs and the duck leg. You won’t regret

Came here since it's on the Michelin guide and was very happy with the service. The entrance is somewhat hidden so took me a min to find the place. I highly recommend the thai style oyster which is one of the best oysters I've had. The calamari salad

This is my new favourite Thai place in Toronto - no pun intended. Nestled at the back of a coffee shop, Favorites puts a modern twist on Thai cuisine. I tried the calamari salad which was forgettable though still inventive with ingredients like calam
Not the usual thai menu.
This place is great with some vegan options. The spring rolls comes crispy and warm. Couldn't tell impossible meat was used. The curry is so flavourful with perfect amount of spicy. It's hidden behind a coffee shop , got a great speakeasy vibe.

My new favourite restaurant in Toronto with really unique and interesting Thai fusion. There are lots of options for a pescatarian diet and the restaurant uses imitation mean (impossible meat) for a couple of dishes. Sticky rice spring rolls: 9/10
The food was very flavorful and well proportioned.
We did a chefs tasting menu for a group of five people, and we were completely stuffed by the end of the meal. The food that I thought was most unique that you can find anywhere else was the sweet and savory, veggie rice, paper dip, and the calamari
