The host team accommodated more than 20 people well beyond 1 hour after closing time. They also made delicious vegetarian options so no corner of the team was overlooked. Food was delicious and ambiance was upscale with full bar. Exquisite collection of wines and even some scotch.
Be the first to ReplyUnquestionably the best meal I've had in years.
Server was friendly and timely. Owners Nick and Sarah were present and spoke to us. So much enthusiasm for their craft. I was blown away.

Went to Gaetano's for Sunday Brunch and it was absolutely delicious. Hubby had the eggs in purgatory (wild boar with poached eggs) and I had spaghetti carbonara (imported guanciale) also had appetizer of meatballs. so delicious! The service is impeccable! The owner, Nick Palmieri is hands on and so personable! Give this place a try! You won't regret it
Be the first to ReplyThis place was really really good.
I had the stuffed salmon and wife had the fettuccine Alfredo and both were extremely delicious. The servers are awesome. Alfredo was our server and he was incredibly friendly and always made sure we had everything we needed. One of the best Italian places I've visited in Las Vegas.
Be the first to ReplyWill definitely return to this restaurant.
Homemade pasta, fresh ingredients and attentive staff. Absolutely terrific. Put it on your list of places to go

We enjoyed every thing there down to the coffee. Real Sicilian food and ambience. Your going to thank me.

It will change your life. Great restaurant for everything from pizzas while watching football, to an intimate dinner for two.

We went on the coldest night of the year because we just wanted some comfort food. Ambience was more on the romantic side but they did have a little bar and a bunch of guys were sitting there. Service was excellent the gentleman who served us was there since the beginning with his father, he claimed Food was also excellent and they make their own pasta. Unfortunately, I won't be back because they decided to charge me for my hot water with honey and claim the honey was very exclusive per the owner Nick.. But they never told me. It might sound petty, but I don't like surprises , especially in a tough economy eating out is actually a privilege nowadays

What really blew us away is that, when we exited the restaurant, our car was just pulling up to the front door. Somehow, the Valet knew. It was awesome! Very impressive. We arrived about 15 minutes early but were seated immediately. Arnold is an excellent, absolutely top-notch, waiter. Totally professional. I had a glass of Pinot Grigio with my Burrata Salad but asked for Arnold's help in choosing a red wine to accompany my entree. After ascertaining which red wines I like, he made a recommendation. When it arrived, I didn't love it; but I swirled it, let it open and, by the time my entree arrived, it was the perfect wine to pair with the Pappardelle Filleto. I've never had a Burrata Salad. Hubby and I shared it; it was very tasty. The bus person gave us two empty salad plates when he brought the Salad. But he left it to us to divvy up; to move to our individual salad plates. Not an easy task for people whose hands shake. Arnold knew that we were going to share the salad. He or the bus person should have offered to do that for us; or just do it. Hubby had Veal Parm and enjoyed it very much. Hopefully, he'll enjoy it tomorrow as well. The Spaghetti, however, didn't have as much sauce as he would have liked. I loved the Pappardelle Filleto and am looking forward to eating it tomorrow. The owner walked around greeting seated guests, including two drive-bys at our table. No, he shouldn't stand and yak but he could slow down a pinch. I felt that he couldn't wait to move on to the next table, not allowing us time to swallow so that we could answer his, "How is everything?" Take a beat. Our experience tonight was so good that I've already booked a table for our wedding anniversary in February.

Everything about this place is top notch - service, food, ambience, quality, drinks. You are treated like family at Gaetanos!

This place is definitely a gem. Service was excellent and everyone was friendly. Will definitely be going back. Great vibe as well!!
Be the first to ReplyThe food was amazing and our server, Kyle, was the best.
He was very accommodating and professional. He made sure we were taken care of. I highly recommend this restaurant.
Be the first to ReplyWe arrived for the happy hour on a Sunday.
Place was empty and the bar was 100% reserved, all empty seats available, but we couldn't sit in any of them. What would you do? We left and they lost our business forever.
Be the first to ReplyCaesar salad was excellent.
We had the lobster raviolis and chicken park. Both was very tasty. Service top rated actually the best we had in a long time.

I just moved to Las Vegas and this was the first local restaurant I tried. I went for Valentine's Day and had a great experience! We were seated right away which is always nice when you have a reservation. They were so busy it took a little bit of time for our server to get to us, but once he did, it was great. Our server was full of personality and had great recommendations. The only downside, was he was almost too quick. My husband asked which drink to get and he very quickly responded, wrote it down, and walked away not giving my husband time to confirm the order. It was also difficult to flag him down, but it was especially busy so it was understandable. We were offered complimentary warm bread. And were served our drinks. My husband got the old fashioned which he raves about. For our meal we got-Mushroom Truffle Soup- this is VERY STRONG in truffle flavor, so be sure you like truffle before committing to it. It was tasty, but certainly an acquired.Fried Artichokes- I LOVE a good fried artichoke. They were thick pieces and not stingy at all. They were just the right amount of crispy and the lemon aioli really topped it off well.Filet Parpadelle- This was the highlight! The pasta is made in house and you can tell. This meal was packed with flavor. If you're looking for comfort food, this is it!Vodka Penne- Vodka pasta is one of my favorite foods ever! This was tasty, but did not taste like Vodka pasta. It was heavy on the marinara. It almost tasted like a marinara forward pink sauce. It was still good, but be prepared that it's not quite Vodka pasta.Lemoncello ricotta Canoli- this was my first time trying a canoli. I was a little unsure to try it because of the lemon, but it was really tasty. The outside was flaky and the inside rich and creamy. The lemon flavor was there, but not in your face.Overall, I would recommend this restaurant. It is a bit of a drive for me, but I do look forward to returning in the future.

We LOVE this place!!Our good friends took us here when we first moved into the area 6 months ago. Great wine list, and Nick is the man to help you with ANY recommendations. Service is always great but my fav is Austin. Such a great vibe and always a delicious experience.
Be the first to ReplyFor our date night I had decided we should try somewhere
For our date night I had decided we should try somewhere new and had read good things about Gaetanos. Let me tell you, it did not disappoint. We had a 5pm reservation and got to be seated as they opened. Upon being seated, Arnold came over and introduced himself. He gave us a minute to review the menus while my delicious Peach Bellini was being made. Once he came back and told us the specials, my boyfriend was in a conundrum as multiple sounded good. Luckily Arnold was filled with expertise to help him out.The bread basket came out first and was delicious. For appetizers, I had the fried artichokes which were what I was the most excited about and they were DELICIOUS! The lemon aioli served with them was fantastic. My boyfriend had the mussels and was shocked at how many he got. He was so glad he chose the mussels. For dinner I had fettuccine Alfredo which is my go to. The portion was large so I was able to have them box it to go. My boyfriend went with the veal chop special and it's been three days and he's still talking about it. We are now signed up for all the reminders so that we can go when it's on the menu. He said the Veal Chop was the best he's had and the Parmesan risotto was a perfect side. For dessert we had the NY Cheesecake & Flourless Chocolate cake. Both were delicious and the perfect way to cap off the evening. Arnold took excellent care of us. The wait staff in its entirety was splendid and our waters were never empty. It was also cool to see the owner walking around and mingling with tables. This was our first trip to Gaetano's but definitely not our last! Great job everyone
Be the first to ReplyOur party really enjoyed our meal at Geatano's.
The service was excellent, as was the food. The Old Fashions we drank were excellent also. We had one of the best Old Fashions I ever had. The setting was beautiful, but the parking was crowded. It's not the restaurants fault. They have valet parking, which I didn't realize.I look forward to another fun and exciting meal. Thanks.

We went there on a weekday with a large group and they were nice enough to accommodate us last minute. The group opted for a 3-course meal and it was delicious. The best part of the meal was their dessert platter. Highly recommend if you are in Henderson area.

What a hidden treasure! Family owned and operated, the service and experience was phenomenal. Everything we ate was prepared with care and had a beautiful presentation. The cocktails were were excellent, wine list very decent and prices reasonable. It was our first time but certainly not our last!

My friend introduced me to this restaurants and I have been a fan ever since. Their meatballs are to die for and their lasagna is nothing short of extraordinary. They also sell alcoholic beverages to go and the Manhattan cocktail along with the old fashioned are great. The portions are big and the food hits the spot for any Italian food cravings you might have.

Service was absolutely stellar, even on a busy Saturday evening. Â From the Hostess to the Busser to our Waiter Angel, service was excellent. Â One of the Owners came by and greeted us briefly, just long enough to wish us bon appetit but not long enough to interrupt.Angel helped me select a wine and we ended up buying a bottle for three of us; it was a better deal than individual glasses. And it was a good wine; went well with Italian cuisine even though it was a Pinot Noir. Â Ostensibly it was an Italian Pinot. Â Whatever, we enjoyed it and it paired well with our meals. The Calamari Fritta comes with fried zucchini. Â They were good although the portion wasn't large. Â Our friends enjoyed their appetizer of Artichoke Hearts. The table gets a bread basket and olive oil and Balsamic vinegar in which to dip the bread. Â I would have liked more than two 'bread' choices. Â Some of my favorite restaurants include a raisin bread in their baskets; I always grab that right away.I had Penne Arabbiata which was excellent. Â Absolutely excellent. Â Great flavor, spicy but not so spicy as to cover the flavor. My friend said that the Chicken Piccata was very good but she would have preferred it to be more lemony. Â I like my Chicken Piccata to be very lemony as well so when we return, I'll stick with the Penne Arabbiatta. My husband said that the veal was tender. Â He and I will both be having Italian leftovers tomorrow. Â Can't wait. The water glasses were kept full; Angel topped off our wine glasses regularly. Â We were able to get a handicap parking spot immediately in front of the door but I did notice that the restaurant offers valet parking. Â Just something to keep in mind. Â I am confident that we will return in the not-too-distant future. Â The food and service were both excellent. Â The prices are, I think, fair. Â We had one Peroni, one bottle of wine, two appetizers, four entrees and an Espresso. Â The total bill, including tax and a 20% tip, and using a $30 coupon, was $196. Â I don't think that's unreasonable. Â I wouldn't want to spend more but that averages out to $49 per person.

We finally tried Gaetano's, I saw many recommendations for this restaurant and a friend said it was their favorite. Â I'm so glad we did, it is one of the best Italian restaurants we've been to, and my favorite here in Henderson. Â I had the Mezzaluna Ravioli and loved it, ate every bite. Â My husband had the Chicken Piccata and it was one one of the best he's had. Â We went with friends and we all really enjoyed not only the food, service was outstanding, atmosphere is very comfy - we all plan on returning! Â So thankful we finally tried it - just wished we'd tried it sooner.
