A show. It's been a long time since I've been surprised like this. We loved it. Very good techniques, innovative recipes, flavors from less to more in a great menu. Splendid elaboration. Too bad they charge you for water. Proximity water. 7 euros couple. One...strange thing? Abusive? Incomprehensible? Business and that's it?? Why?? Everything else, very good

The last time I had gone to Gallina Negra was in 2020, in Carmen, and when they offered a la carte menu instead of a set menu. I really wanted to go to the new place and try the new proposal, with more personal treatment and more sophisticated cuisine 💖 🌞 They have a Repsol solete. 🏡The restaurant is very different from the previous one, much more elegant, it literally makes you feel at home. You ring the doorbell, they open the door very kindly and you enter a hall, then you go to the American-style living room with the kitchen next to it. They cook literally 3 meters from your table. 💁🏽 ♀️Capacity for approximately 10 people. Personal treatment, super attentive and friendly. Its cuisine is based on seasonal products, mainly differentiating the summer and winter seasons and with a progressive transition in spring and autumn. 🍽 They offer 2 menus: cowards and chickens (6 passes for €57 without drinks) and golden eggs (9 passes for €68.50 without drinks). We opted for the first menu and the truth is that the quantity was perfect, 5 savory dishes and 1 sweet to finish. 🥬For starters, they bring you a pickled red cabbage to whet your appetite and without being anything like that, it was delicious. 🌶🐟 Semi-cured tuna with roasted pepper, along with Harissa sauce and chickweed. Super fresh and smooth, we liked it a lot, although perhaps we lacked a little power in the sauce. 🥦🍅 Spinach with pilpil and pericana. A very different and surprisingly rich mix. 🦑🍠Cuttlefish lasagna with onions with sweet potato pasta. I loved!! With a very powerful squid ink flavor! 🥓🥦Vichyssoise with flame-roasted leek, picana nut, vinaigrette and bacon. 🐟 Pickled tuna cheek, with sea fennel. It fell apart just by looking at it, and with a very powerful sauce. We loved it 🍄Nougat ice cream with black garlic and mushrooms. WOW. My favorite without a doubt. I didn't think I would like it when I mentioned the 3 ingredients, but every bite was a gift 💖 💰It cost us about 70e pp with coffee afterwards and a bottle of wine for 2. We would pay it again without a doubt. Counting the days until it's winter and trying the new menu again...💖
Exceptional
Today we dined in heaven, while on earth, an experience we had not enjoyed in a long time. Thank Javier the chef and Sandra the head waiter for taking us to a universe of flavors, textures and contrasts. I can only say THANK YOU for offering us original but correct, tasty and balanced dishes, the same as always but at the same time innovative. My advice: reserve and evaluate yourselves.

I went for my second time, the first in the new place in the cabin, which, by the way, impressed me with how cozy and original it was. I couldn't say which dish impressed me the most. I recommend it. It's worth going to without forgetting the attention and kindness and sympathy. who attended to us
Fantastic evening
From the moment you ring the bell and walk in the door, everything was fantastic. A room with an integrated kitchen, large tables with good separation, a quiet place in short. The service and food were perfect, dishes carefully prepared and very tasty. Many memories of French cuisine even in the details and in the excellent Burgundy we drank. In short, a restaurant we want to return to.
Upset
We went to the black chicken on the recommendation of a friend with whom we usually have the same tastes. Excellent treatment. The place is very original, peculiar (I'm more classic, but it was well done). However, the food disappointed me. They were all warm or cold dishes. There were none that surprised us by flavor or presentation. Eye! They weren't poorly made, they just weren't to our taste. In short, very bad quality/price ratio in our opinion.

A little disappointed for the expectations created. It claims to be a restaurant with an elaborate menu, but it needs a lot of work. Quality/price I do not recommend it
Unforgettable. They ask me for a hundred characters but one word is enough. Phenomenal.
Mixture of Flavors, a different experience. It provokes you to get out of the “box”. All in a minimalist and tasteful environment. Delicate.
Delicious food...a great evening
Had a great time with beautiful dishes with delicious flavors. At our request, delicious wines were served with the dishes.
