The food was outstanding - though dessert was disappointing.
Ambiance was perfect. Waitress was unfriendly.
Be the first to Replyit's suspicious how cheap they make their food on the menu.
It's all gourmet food and it's so cheap.; I wonder Y ?

Ate here for the first time and it was fantastic! Absolutely wonderful service, fantastic food, and delightful ambiance. Truly appreciate the free valet parking too. We had the elk and the salmon which are scrumptious!
Be the first to ReplyAbsolutely worth the hype for one of Santa Fe's fine dining
Absolutely worth the hype for one of Santa Fe's fine dining establishments. The setting is just idyllic - Cute adobe style building on canyon road with the coziest interiors, dimmed lighting, lit fireplaces, and INCREDiBLE art pieces to marvel at, so good that I had to walk around the restaurant to see the others. Service exceeded all expectations, beginning with complimentary valet service. Our waiters were very knowledgeable and professional, quick with the service and always checking on us without being bothersome. Depending on how busy the night gets, they sometimes only have one service earlier in the evening. We came on Monday night at 6pm and by time we left around 730 all the tables were full. Reservations are a MUST. Food is absolutely outstanding, with a robust menu it will be hard to choose. The special appetizer was a pasta with braised pork that was a perfectly sized portion for one. I wish they offered it as an entree. We also had a Wasabi Cesar Salad with freshly made croutons that are crispy on the outside but soft on the inside. I'm not exaggerating when I say it was the best salad I've ever had - so good that I will go back just for another. For my main, I enjoyed the Elk Tenderloin which was served medium rare on a bed of cheesy, bacon mashed potatoes and some veggies. Amazing! Elk can be quite gamey but the flavor was quite soft. Overall an excellent, dare I say must-eat experience not to be missed.

The atmosphere was beautiful. The service was fantastic. I don't have a single negative thing to say. Above all else, the man doing the valet made our entire experience memorable. He was kind, informative, and thoughtful. Even had our seat warmers going when we got in. Highly recommend!

Beautiful restaurant! We were welcomed warmly and treated well from the hostess to the server. They did such a great job making us feel pampered and appreciated. The food was great, I had the shrimp entree with rice cakes, and my friends had the Elk steak and items from the vegetarian tasting menu. All were cooked perfectly and delicious. We had a blast and will definitely revisit when in Sante Fe.

I had some issues but the manager resolved my complaint. Highly recommend the elk tenderloin.
Be the first to ReplyGreat for a special occasion.
The ambience is extraordinary and the food is to die for. Very expensive, but this is the most famous restaurant in New Mexico.
Be the first to ReplyVery expensive but very good quality.
Nothing bad on the menu but be prepared to shell out a hundred dollars or more for one person

An amazing fine dining experience with the utmost attention given to customer care, food selections, and flavors. The food was spectacular, as was the service provided by the wait staff. We went to celebrate our 20th anniversary and feel like it was exactly what we wanted, a meal for the ages. We will remember it always.
Be the first to ReplyTop notch dining in Santa Fe.
I tried the elk steak, tender and delicious and for dessert a whimsical"apple" beautifully presented and when we tapped on the candy shell it revealed a delicious mousse inside. Plan ahead and get reservations early if you're visiting soon. It's pricey but for a special occasion, so worth it. We're going next week!
Be the first to ReplyOne of the best restaurants I've ever Eaten at.
We had the lamb and shrimp entrees and lobster bisque and pear salad as starters. Topped it off with the apple. The move was dipping the grilled cheese from pear salad into the lobster bisque. Amazing
Be the first to ReplyGreat service, tasty food, fine wine list.
Enjoyed our meal but while the kitchen has skills and talent, wished they embraced local flavors and paired it with their techniques and service. Worth a visit but once you're through the door you could be in NYC or LA or SF and the Santa Fe flavors and specialties are not represented.

A friend & I visited this restaurant in the fall when traveling. Service & food were top notch! Staff was friendly & ambience was very nice. Will definitely recommend to anyone visiting Santa Fe
Be the first to ReplyI think they have real gourmet food.
Service is very good too. Patio seating is very nice. After walking along the gallery street, we had perfect food, make a wonderful day.

We dined at Geronimo during the Santa Fe NM Wine and Chili Fiesta. We had not been to the restaurant for several years, but it was as good as ever! The meal began with glasses of complimentary champagne. A first-class touch! We ordered martinis from the craft cocktail list, and both were delicious. We shared the Wagyu beef carpaccio appetizer, and it was every bit as good as it looks. Next, we shared the endive salad, which was amazing, especially the dressing, a sweet onion vinaigrette. Our entrées included the green miso sea bass, as well as the beef tenderloin and frites. Both entrees were delicious, a journey of culinary fantasy. It was a great night, so we had two desserts! The meyer lemon crepe was crazy good. We also had the collapsing green apple with sorbet. Difficult to explain, but amazing on the palate.Service was outstanding as always, attentive but not intrusive. All in all, a fantastic meal and a great evening. We'll be back ...
