This place was great.
My brother has never been to Vegas and he's a HUGE Gordon Ramsay fan. So this place was a treat to him. All the food was exceptional and very much worth the price for the experience. Ambiance is "London" and very dark but also such a fun and creative take. I love that aside from the food there is effort in the experience. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the waiters aren't that great unfortunately. My brother has Down syndrome and he's very self sufficient but when asked "still or sparkling" he replied ice water the waiter made a face of utter disgust as if it were forbidden. I didn't like that and then the other waiter that helped us came back with the check and said "I'm surprised it went through!" It was such a gut wrenching horrible feeling because what about us made it seem like it wouldn't and why would that be your comment? I would go back for the food but considering there's so many other places that offer exceptional dining I'd be open to try something else before going back.
Be the first to ReplyMy recent visit to Gordon Ramsay Steak during a concert
My recent visit to Gordon Ramsay Steak during a concert week in Las Vegas was an unforgettable culinary journey. As a previous patron of Hell's Kitchen, I was thrilled to experience Chef Ramsay's steakhouse for the first time, and it did not disappoint. Upon arrival, we were promptly seated with our reservations and treated to delectable homemade bread accompanied by an array of butter seasoned with pink salt--a luxurious start to our dining experience. The bread melted in our mouths, setting the stage for what was to come. Opting for the pan-seared salmon, I was treated to a symphony of flavors. The salmon, cooked to perfection, was elevated by the velvety kabocha squash purée, zesty lemon caper relish, spiced pumpkin seeds, and fragrant coriander. Each component harmonized beautifully, leaving me thoroughly impressed. My date opted for the famous beef Wellington, which was as visually stunning as it was flavorful. The tender beef enveloped in a flaky pastry was a true testament to Chef Ramsay's culinary expertise. For dessert, we indulged in the sticky toffee pudding--a sweet and decadent treat that left us longing for more. It was the perfect conclusion to our meal. What truly elevated our experience, however, was the impeccable service provided by our waitstaff. They were friendly, professional, and efficient, ensuring that our every need was met with a smile. In conclusion, Gordon Ramsay Steak exceeded my expectations in every way. From the exquisite cuisine to the outstanding service, it's clear that Chef Ramsay's commitment to excellence shines through in every aspect of the dining experience. I cannot recommend this establishment highly enough--truly a must-visit for anyone seeking an exceptional dining experience in Las Vegas.

Staff was patient and professional. Very pricey, but worth every penny!

You will spend some money but it will be worth it for the experience. The food was amazing and our service was impeccable. Wife and I got the tasting menu for both the food and wine. We tried things neither of us ever had before. The Beef Wellington was so good. At the end we had the Sticky Toffee. It comes with ice cream shaped like a stick of butter. It was a perfect ending to a perfect meal. Wish I could have met Gordon Ramsay that night and told him how much I enjoyed the experience and that I use some of his techniques and recipes.
Be the first to ReplyI had to try this place at least once.
Exceptional customer service, clean, one of the best mules I've tried so far. I don't think the stake is worth $130. I think you're paying for the ambience vs taste of food. The salads are tiny and you have to pay extra ($$) for sides. Walked away -$400 for two people. We did not get desert because the stakes are large. I'd won't be eating there again. Bar area looks exactly like the dinner area where there's a 20+ wait list.
Be the first to ReplyWe had excellent service.
Our server was attentive and personable. I had been looking forward to the Beef Wellington all week. Unfortunately the beef was so incredibly SALTY that I could barely finish half of it. Had to pile on the potato puree with each bite to be able to counterbalance some of the salt. I've had Beef Wellington at one of his other restaurants in Vegas before and it wasn't anything like this with the salt. Very disappointing. To be fair, the sticky toffee pudding was delicious.
Be the first to ReplyThis ambiance of this place is phenomenal.
Right in the heart of the Paris hotel, it was perfect. Our server was extremely attentive to our needs and the chefs table was an added bonus. For an extra $50 you can sit right in front of the kitchen. It was awesome to view the chefs at work while you're enjoying your meal. The food was excellent, but not worth every penny. I love Gordon Ramsey, but $400 for an appetizer, steak, chicken, and 2 sides is not worth it. All in all, we enjoyed our food and time and would still recommend any Gordon fan to go!

We carefully chose this place to celebrate our Anniversary (3/9) dinner with our daughters. The hostess and employees seem very cordial. Up until we were greeted by our waiter (with zero personality). I made mentioned of the special occasion and proceeded to place our drink order. We placed our order, the meats arrived first, without our side orders. Since our waiter was nowhere in sight we asked another sever to kindly check on our side dishes. They didn't arrive until we were half way done with our steak... so disappointing! All the while folks around us were receiving their side dishes. Our waiter finally came by and I express my disappointment in the service. He didn't seem to be bothered one bit, instead offered to comp side dishes, as to appease us for his lack of attention. I don't think I will ever return to this establishment. We were celebrating an important occasion and it certainly didn't feel special. Definitely not worth the hype or price.

We couldn't have asked for a better meal. I would highly recommend going will go back next time in town.

I recently went to Las Vegas for a quick trip and decided to visit Gordon Ramsay steakhouse in the Paris hotel. I made early reservations when it first opened because everything after 430 booked up pretty fast. First off, the service was impeccable. I ordered the filet mignon with a side of asparagus and mushrooms. The steak was amazing super tender, cut like a butter. The asparagus was hard and crispy and had a great flavor to it. The mushrooms were in a nice glazed balsamic sauce, which were absolutely amazing as well. Overall, this place is very expensive, but well worth it with my steak and two sides with one beer it came out to be $250 including tip if you're looking to splurge I highly recommend this place.
Be the first to ReplyI planned this reservation for my wife's birthday three
I planned this reservation for my wife's birthday three months in advance at Gordon Ramsay's Steak in Paris (Las Vegas). It's a restaurant she's always wanted to experience and we both look forward to it. However; with having a reservation set, we still had to wait between 10 to 15 minutes to get seated. Didn't think much of it, thought the slight wait would be worth it with the food. Nope, unfortunately it just got worse. As this was my wife's birthday, you would think they would provide a complimentary champagne or a small cake for the high tier price you're paying. Negative! Nothing was offered for one's birthday. Last year's we went to Gordon Ramsay Hell's Kitchen and they provided both a small glass of champagne and a small cake. It's the small little gesture or appreciation to one's birthday that makes a good impression and for the night to feel special. The food was ok, nothing spectacular. Beef Wellington was salty. Pricing is way too high. Our waiter was nice and friendly. Guess that was the only positive side of things. Now that we've experienced this, we definitely will not be going back. Just left a bad taste in our mouth. Sorry Gordon, this was just not it. Hopefully this reviews helps others make a better wise choice.

We had a birthday celebration here and preserved the tasting menu. The setting is classy, service was great, and food was delicious. We loved the unique touches on each dish, and the brown butter sticky toffee pudding exceeded expectations. You pay for what you get here; we would not visit but for special occasions. When you do visit savor the moment.
Be the first to ReplyA pretty good restaurant, but didn't think it was worth it
A pretty good restaurant, but didn't think it was worth it at the price point. This is a very dim restaurant and the music was a bit loud. Got a bottle of pellegrino, the Drifter drink (whiskey and ginger-knob creek), asparagus, Land and Sea Beef Wellington ($161), and the sticky toffee pudding. The Drifter was strong and quite tasty. Bread was soft and flavorful, especially with the sea salt butter. Asparagus side was ordinary. The land and sea beef wellington came with lobster, 2 scallops and a large pieces of foie gras topping one of the beef Wellington halves. The beef was cooked perfectly and the pastry was crispy. But it didn't have that much flavor, which was disappointing, though the sauce helped. Foie gras REALLY helped make the wellington much better. Lobster was fine but nothing special. Scallops were excellent; they had a bit of a caramelized crust and were super tender. Sticky toffee pudding was excellent; the ice cream was shaped like a stick of butter, super cool.My waiter gave me a good drink and dessert (he advised against another dessert) recommendation and was witty. Overall, this was quite good but not really worth $300 for me; I expect more at this price point. Also this was a very fatty meal and I felt bloated afterwards haha. I liked Cote in NYC better at a fraction of the price point.

Two of us ordered the $95 filets with two different sauces, the other two of us ordered beef Wellington, sides of broccolini, lobster & Mac & cheese, French fries, the onion soup and double appetizers of Wagyu burgers. Also ordered two specialty cocktails & an ice tea. Wow. Where do I begin? Ambiance was nice,-very comfortable seating to share a meal with friends....cozy. Wall & ceiling art pieces were interested and sound level was not bad. Our server was friendly, upbeat & knowledgeable but there were a few obvious problems: we only saw him a few times because each course & drinks were served by different workers and this is where the problems lie. 1. Four of us at the table, three rolls were delivered, 2. The onion soup was never delivered, 3. At $95 per steak, I expected a top notched cut of meat. It was good, but not worth anything near to $95. 4. My husband ordered the peppercorn sauce on his steak, I ordered the chimichurri sauce. The steaks were delivered with the same salty tasting sauce but we thought, "oh well...". In the meantime, the French fries with four small cups of dips, broccolini, and lobster Mac & cheese were are dropped at the table. Half way through our steaks, our original server returns to check on our meals. We asked him about the steaks' sauces and he tells us that, "0h, that's a reduction sauce" they put on their steaks. Why in the world would you add this if customers are paying for a specially made sauce??? 5. Guess where our ordered sauces were hiding? On the plate with the French fries! No worker ever said a word to us... Very disappointing, to say the least. Don't waste your hard earned money on this place.
Be the first to ReplyAmazing experience - from the food, ambiance, and service.
The beef wellington lives up to the hype and pairing that with a glass of red wine was just incredible. I can't wait to come back and try the other dishes!
Be the first to ReplyHigh expectations.
Currently watching Ramsay's show Next Level Chef and applying his comments to his restaurant. Salmon overcooked and lacked flavor. A sauce or marinade would have been nice. The rest of what was on the plate was useless. Barely any puree. Cauliflower undercooked. The branzino however was raved about. Two guests ordered the highly anticipated beef wellington and were underwhelmed. Basically nothing else on the plate for the price. They liked the onion soup however don't like cutting my own lettuce. Other appetizers cost prohibited and not that interesting. Martini was good. Luckily the waiter offered a taste of the wine he suggested against what I ordered. Didn't like his suggestion and went with my original order. Overall, you are paying for the name and the hype.

The entrance is very nice as it is a representation of the Chunnel from London to Paris. As the restaurant is located in the hotel Paris in Las Vegas. The JIDORI CHICKEN BREASTconfit marble potatoes, thigh meat croquette, braised baby leeks, chicken jus beurre monte was very good. The steak was so tender. The lamb was excellent. Great experience and waiter was great. Will visit again on next trip to Vegas.
Be the first to ReplySteak was delicious.
Service was great. Somehow we ended up with the same booth as the previous visit last summer which was a nice surprise. Mac and cheese is the best.
Be the first to ReplyOverpriced and disregarded an onion allergy.
We told our waiter about a serious onion allergy as soon as we sat down. He made sure the steak dish was fine, but regretted to inform us that the bread has onions in it and our slider app also had crispy fried onions on the bottom. We found both of those out the hard way after a bite. Disappointed to say the least. The booths are nice upstairs though, definitely quieter than the first floor.
Be the first to ReplyThe Good: The food was very good.
The beef Wellington was good. The Bad: They made us wait 30 minutes past our reservation time (party of ten) for seating, then put us upstairs in a room with another group of 14 men celebrating a bachelor party. They were unapologetic about the delay (advised me that others were extending their stay). The bachelor party group were loud, cheering, hooting, hollering, while we were trying to have a business dinner. This was my third time dinning at this location and second with a large group. Sadly likely my last. Too many quality options at this price point to tolerate the above.
Be the first to ReplyThe service was amazing, the drinks very good.
The worst steak my mother and I have ever had. It was very tough, lacking in flavor. I did not send back unfortunatly. Don't waste your money!

Everything perfect, service on point, place ambiance was excellence. They didn't have broccolini, unfortunately at this high scale restaurant you expect to do not get the unfortunate comment of " we ran out of that" . My steak was an experience overall the food was fantastic, great job.
Be the first to ReplyBy far the single best meal I have ever had in my life.
The American Wagu sliders is the best slider I've ever had. The beef Wellington exceed expectations. My waiter Oliver was great. I can't wait to go back to Vegas and eat their again.
