Great Exprience At Hard Rock Atlantic City!
I really enjoyed our stay at the Hard Rock. The check in was fast and we stayed on the 38th floor. The room was very clean with great views. enjoyed the evening at Council Oak Steaks & Seafood. The Casino was very clean and vibrant. Will definitely refer people to this hotel

Great First Visit
We visited The Hard Rock Casino last week and had a great time. Great location, great food (the Mai Tai at The Sugar Factory was AMAZING !!) and just an all around fun two days !!
Been here before & Loved it! Not so much this time
Loved the ambiance, the staff the things to do in and around Hotel, what I didn't like was the bathroom cleanliness. Just felt sleeved. Can put finger on it , but it was just ugh! Look , I've been here multiple times, everyone has an off nite! I will definitely be back!

I had a great meal at the Hard Rock Cafe and the staff at the Cafe were very friendly and helpful. They even took the Time to recognize one of the patrons with Birthday wishes.
Disappointing Experience with Hard Rock Atlantic City's Reward Program
As a loyal player and Icon Reward member at Hard Rock Atlantic City, I am compelled to share a recent experience that has left me deeply disappointed and frustrated. My intention is to alert future players about some troubling practices regarding their free play offers and rewards program. In January, after incurring significant losses, I was tiered up to Icon member status. Subsequently, I started receiving enticing free play offers and gifts, which initially seemed like a fair attempt to offset my losses. However, as soon as I started winning with the free play, things took a turn for the worse. Despite following the rules to the best of my knowledge, I received a warning the first time I started winning, and another warning followed soon after. On my recent visit, I discovered that my account had been frozen without prior notice or clear explanation. This was after a two-hour drive with my wife, expecting to enjoy a pleasant stay that was ruined by this sudden and unjust action. Upon inquiry at the rewards desk, I was told that a third-party data gaming company responsible for the offers had frozen my account. When I asked about the threshold required for play through the $160 free play offer, I was told I needed to play through $1,000—a figure never mentioned before, nor documented in any guidelines or fine print. The lack of transparency and the inadequate training of the rewards desk staff made the situation even more frustrating. They seemed unaware of the specific rules and thresholds, and their inability to provide clear information left me feeling misled and undervalued as a customer. To add to the inconvenience, I was informed that I would face difficulties checking into the hotel, which solidified my decision to leave immediately. This experience not only wasted my time but also left a sour taste after having enjoyed many good moments at Hard Rock in the past. I strongly advise Hard Rock to be upfront about their operations concerning rewards and offers. Clear communication and transparency are essential to maintaining customer trust and satisfaction. Freezing my account for 90 days without prior warning or clear guidelines is unacceptable and has severely tarnished my view of their loyalty program. Given this experience, I am unlikely to return and would rather take my play to Caesars, Ocean, or Borgata MGM, where the rewards programs appear to be more straightforward and fair. Future players, be cautious of the free play offers and ensure you fully understand any requirements to avoid the same disappointment I faced.

has the potential to be great if a few improvements are made. I limited my play time due to poor winning percentage. Been patronizing hard rock for years an have never won there. The service is not that great either.. free play is non existing as well as comps

Monday at the Hard Rock Atlantic Coty
Excellent two day stay allows enough time to use the spa and indoor pool. Kuro, Harvest Buffet, and the Hard Rock Cafe were all excellent choices. This was a midweek stay and showed no signs of limited services. Recommended.
Good getaway
Nice stay at the Hard Rock. Staff were nice and professional. Rooms were clean. Casinos were bright and the temperature was comfortable. We had fun and enjoyed our stay.

Prepaid Reservation Fee

When you sell a reservation that has a prepaid fee AT takes a commission on that fee. This doesn’t really make sense because it’s an expense the seller incurs not part of the profit that is shared.
For example:
Carbone NYC fee to book table for 2 is $108.88
If you sell it for $200 on AT you get $140 from them.
Your net profit is $31 and AT collects $60 in fees.
It would make more sense not to charge commission on the upfront fee as this creates a disincentive and results in higher costs for buyers.

Agreed. Ultimately not addressing this month after month is clearly resulting in a drop in certain venue’s rankings & sales.
