We had such a great dining experience here that we came
We had such a great dining experience here that we came back the following night. The serving staff was attentive and charismatic both nights, and the food was amazing. What we loved is that the food was clean, farm to table, and they didn't use seed oils in their food. Everything was delicious; the shrimp cocktail was seasoned and unique, the octopus dish was fantastic, chicken was great, veggie and potato sides were perfect, and they had a super tasty pasta dish. Vegas certainly did not disappoint when it came to dinner! We will definitely be back next time!

We're staying on-site at the Bellagio, so my husband and I went there for dinner. There was no wait, and we immediately got waters and drinks. Service was impeccable, ambiance was wonderful; I had ample opportunity to people watch. The food was delicious: salter and pepper shrimp, hanger steak, and ribeye. The only reason it is 4 and not 5 was because my hanger steak, which is said to be prepared medium rare, was raw on one end. I was full anyway and most of the steak was prepared well, I'm also not really bothered by that sort of thing, so I never mentioned anything.

This restaurant has an eclectic menu, with a variety of healthy foods! The restaurant was beautiful and surpassed my vision. We were celebrating our anniversary and wanted something in our hotel so we decided to give this a try. We made reservations on open table the same day and there were plenty of reservations, probably because it's hidden. We were sat at a table immediately and then after a couple minutes, I was brought a single rose, which was so sweet and brought a nice touch to the atmosphere! We started off with the harvest naan bread, which came with three sauces to dip with! They were all delicious! I ordered the fish off the specials of the day - wolffish! I'm very picky with fish but this was amazing with curry and saffron rice! They even brought us a crème brulee to top it off! Delicious food and amazing ambience!
Be the first to ReplyThis was our first time at this restaurant and everything
This was our first time at this restaurant and everything was great. We had a reservation and still had to wait about 15 minutes to be seated. The pork chop was delicious and juicy. I switched my veggies for potatoes. My hubby had the salmon, which was a lil under cooked. I didn't like it but he eat it. It felt like I was eating fish , it was slippery.

Saturday evening. Had the asparagus soup which was the highlight of the dinner......also had a grilled salmon dish that cost nearly $50 and was straight out terrible and tasteless, how do you mess up a grilled fish? Also had a couple of vegetarian sides which were ok. Overall, below par food and very expensive. I do not recommend this place, there are plenty of other good, expensive restaurants where the food is amazing.

My girlfriend surprised me to this restaurant and I loved it. It's beautiful and it's yummy! Very "earthy" feeling and so calm. I was very impressed by their kitchen! The service was great, good was delicious and I loved they have excellent choices for "mocktails" as well as vegetarian options. We shared the mushrooms (delicious), the naan bread (hand made, warm and perfect) and the pressed potatoes (I don't like mashed potatoes) but let me tell you... it was amazing!! My girl had the roasted chicken, very good and the sauce was delicious with a kick to it. I had the roasted vegetables, wished they had some spicy on it but just personal opinion, the flavor was fantastic.
Be the first to ReplyYucks service.
Smelled really bad too. Stuffy people serving stuffy people. Host was coughing all over the place.
Be the first to ReplyFood, service, and atmosphere were all excellent.
We had three dinners at different restaurants in the Bellagio and Harvest was our favorite.

Didn't have a reservation, but they took us back no problem in just a few minutes. One of the best restaurants we had in Las Vegas!!

After unexpected delays, we were in need of a very quick turnaround to make the O showing at 7pm. Chich (sp?) stepped in and let us know which menu items would be ready in time and wow, was he right! We were out in less than 30 minutes and the food was phenomenal (Chef Mike hooked us up)! We'll be back for sure!
Be the first to ReplyWe were celebrating a weekend out without the kids.
We love "New American" type food, and Harvest was excellent. We realized there is a large amount of overpriced food in Vegas, but Harvest was worth the price. We were trying to get in a quick meal before a concert, and Harvest was great, and fast, with awesome customer service. "Mannie" checked up on us multiple times during our service, and everything was great. We truly did an "eat and run" scenario, but we will definitely return for a longer, more relaxed meal in the future.

Our server Daniel and his assistant were very attentive and always available. The food was spectacular. We have already decided to come back on our next visit. We started the meal with a shrimp cocktail and ended up needing to get a second one. It was that good. My girlfriend had the pork chop, and I had the ribeye. Both cooked perfectly and a generous size considering Vegas. We didn't have room for desert (2 shrimp cocktails will do that ;-) ) but we will be sure to try one next time.Thank you to Daniel and the entire staff.
Be the first to ReplyGood, but VERY expensiveFood - We had the Salt and Pepper
Good, but VERY expensiveFood - We had the Salt and Pepper shrimp for a starter. It was tasty, but very similar to something you'd find at a 'casual dining' Asian-fusion restaurants. It was $27, the same dish somewhere else would be less than half that. For our mains we both had the Filet Mignon. They were excellent, easily one of the best steaks I've eaten, though, at $61 without any included sides, very expensive. For sides, we ordered the Brussel Sprouts ($16) and the Crushed Potatoes ($14). They were good, but I honestly make the same or better at home, I was particularly unimpressed with the potatoes, they were thick and under seasoned. Dessert was a Creme Brûlée and a Chocolate salted caramel brownie (I think). As with everything else, very good, but expensive for what they were.Service - Excellent. Our waitress was every attentive as was her assistant. The food came out quickly and hot. Ambiance - Nice. It felt like the fairly standard Vegas restaurant. It was fun to watch the chefs in the open kitchen.Price - Be prepared for sticker shock. Two drinks, one starters, two steaks, two sides, and two desserts set us back $300. It was a good meal, but except for the steaks, I've had the same flavors and quality at other restaurants for a fraction of the price. Overall, I'd give the food 4 stars, but for the price they charge I have to drop it to 3.
Be the first to ReplyBest meal we've had in Vegas.
We were staying in the Bellagio so it was convienent. Turned out to be our best meal, super fresh and flavourful. Highly recommended.
Be the first to ReplyHarvest is a very nice restaurant.
The staff is nice. The decore is nice. The service was mostly good. Minus a few hiccups but I will have to say it was over priced. The food was okay wasn't the best specially for the price. It's a farm to table and I did feel like things were very fresh. The hanger steak was fatty and I didn't love that but the side salad that came with it was great. The filet mignon gave my husband food poisoning or it could have been the pork belly wraps we weren't sure. I tried it once won't be going back anytime soon.

I have been to this restaurants at least 2 times in the past. The service has always been excellent. The food is very diverse and has many options. One thing to remember is that it's in the Bellagio, so the prices dont seem be match with the small tapas portions. Their see bass is such an amazing dish. The pork belly wraps are also great for sharing. I usually come here to splurge leaving a bit hungry and then get a large pizza at the cosmopolitan hotel next door. The ambience is super chill and very classy. Reservation is recommended.

***During COVID-19 Visit*** For starters, DO NOT COME HERE!!! You've been warned! We don't discuss the food, but the issue is with their so called customer service. It is NON existent! The lady (red dress with long black hair) who was in charge of us took forever to bring our bill and in the beginning while taking orders, she looked inconvenienced when we asked questions instead of assisting us. Then the individual who brought the food to us would give us the death stare whenever she walked by our table. I get it; you're busy. However, it's not a reason to make your customers feel uncomfortable. We're grown adults trying to enjoy the ambiance, but it's difficult to do that as if you're under a microscope. We will gladly NOT come back! For a restaurant with an expensive price tag, you'd think they'd know a thing or two on proper customer service.

Ordered to go as we were sitting in the Sports Book all day watching March Madness. The food was pretty slow coming out. The bartender was friendly while I was hanging out waiting for my order. The food was decent, but not something that I would make a point of ordering again or recommend.
Be the first to ReplyOrdered the Seabass they gave me a piece of fried skin
Ordered the Seabass they gave me a piece of fried skin (seriously just skin) it's not Seabass 1 inch thick - it was only Skin !!!If I was the waiter I would've been so embarrassed to put that in front of the customer I really don't know how this restaurant stays in business or how the General Manager keeps his job serving Something like thatps don't order the fish
Be the first to ReplyFirst dinner in Vegas in a couple years.
Found this place online with Farm to Table concept. Open kitchen so you could view everything. Attentive service! We made reservations and were able to adjust them quickly when some of our party were running late (probably easier on a Thursday). Food was excellent. Extensive wine list, but I got a mule. There goes Dry January lol. Had tickets to a show after, so worked out perfectly.
Be the first to ReplyI've been to Harvest exactly two times now and each time
I've been to Harvest exactly two times now and each time I've been so impressed. The only problem is that as a local, I don't like coming to the Strip so while I would come more often, I really can't. It's so delicious though and so worth the effort (if you aren't an anxious ball of nerves like me).The first time was a more than a few years ago. I went on a first date that was so terrible, I had thoughts about pulling my phone out, pretending it had rung, just to have an excuse to leave. The guy was a chef and so excited about eating here that he ordered my food for me (guys don't do this on a first date, especially if your date is also a chef). When the GORGEOUS dessert cart came by, he dismissed it before I could order, which let me tell you made me want to get violent and was soul crushing, given that I'm a pastry chef. In spite of this, I stayed, because the food was excellent, the ambiance was lovely (that open kitchen is beautiful) and I got to say hi to Hubert Keller (a famous French chef). When I saw the Voltaggio brothers were hosting a pop-up in Harvest, I knew I had to come back. Same amazing ambience and service. I mean the service here... *chef's kiss*!!! It's not stuffy but it's absolutely fine dining. You will not want for anything. Obviously, the menu isn't the norm but you will still be treated like a VIP and have an amazing night, no matter when you come in. And if you get to see some of your favorite chefs, well that's just icing on the cake. Or caviar on the mac salad. Whichever you prefer.
Be the first to ReplyI saw in the paper the Voltaggio brothers were doing a take
I saw in the paper the Voltaggio brothers were doing a take over of the kitchen for the weekend. I immediately made a reservation; they are my wife's favorites and they don't have any place close to us. I didn't know where Harvest was in the Bellagio but we found it easy enough. This review is for the special weekend We got a 5 pm reservation and turns out this is when they open. We arrived 15 mins early and waited outside for them to open. They had the special menu posted so we reviewed it and started to form a plan. When they opened we were seated immediately and at a nice table with a view of both kitchens. My wife was thrilled because she could see Michael and Bryan. We had no idea what to expect, I had thought they would design a menu and send it in but they were in the kitchen, working hard making the food. Very impressiveWe started with the caprese salad and macaroni salad. The caprese salad was awesome, they designed it to look like a tomato! It was a ball of mozzarella cheese in pomodoro sauce with pesto. It was so delicious and creative, like art workWhen my wife ordered macaroni salad, I wasn't sure we needed it but I was glad she did, it turned out to be one of my 2 favorite dishes. It was made with sea urchin cream and had blue crab meat in it and topped with caviar! It was salty and creamy and so goodFor mains we got the ink orecchiette, the wood roasted branzino and the goat cheese ravioli. For sides, we got the hay roasted potatoes and truffle risottoThe ink orecchiette was out of this world. It had calamari rings on top and was in a calamari bolognese sauce. It was salty and so good. My other favorite dish by far The goat cheese ravioli was in an egg yolk pudding and out of this world delicious. They were small, not like most places where you get 4 giant stuffed pieces, these were tiny cheese filled pockets of yumThe branzino was a half fish, bones and with the tail. It was cooked in a brown butter bone broth and served with a sea bean pesto. Fish was cooked perfectly and was very tasty. The sea bean pesto put it over the top, added a whole new level of flavorThe hay smoked potatoes were really good. A selection of different tiny potatoes with a nice smoke to them. Reminded me of cooking potatoes in a campfire when I was a kid. Truffle risotto was amazing, so salty and creamy with that nice truffle taste. For dessert my wife got the cannoli which came with pistachio ice cream. She ate the pastry and I wolfed down the ice cream. It was out of this world. Best pistachio ice cream I've ever hadPortions were good for having a tasting, and we tried a lot. Michael came by the table and spoke to us for a minute but they were both working hard. Was impressed to watch them work. We will have to come back and try Harvest when they have their regular menu, as the restaurant itself was nice, love the open kitchen so you can see the chefs work
Be the first to ReplyGreat atmosphere.
I'm not quite impressed with food. Best dish we had was roasted vegetable. Halibut was dried and too salty.
Be the first to ReplyLoved our experience at Harvest.
Tried bone-in ribeyes with mash and mushrooms. Service was great too. The open kitchen is beautiful and so is the restaurant. We were happy to find a restaurant serving high quality meat in Vegas. Just wish they included at least one vegetable side with the entree.
Be the first to ReplyWe had dinner there yesterday evening.
Although the food was good, it was a very bad experience with a party of 10 people with 4 kids running around the table snd everyone yelling snd speaking very loud. Terrible experience. When the price tag is expensive, you would expect some serenity it decency. The yelling and noise from these people was horrendous. The manager should have asked politely to keep it down. Definitely did not expect this from this establishment.
