Disappointed
Nothing to say about the very pleasant staff. On the other hand, menu at €36 with disappointing reservation plus the choice of dish, duck fillet replaced by a leg and then a leg a little light for my taste. I advise against...
KINDNESS ON THE MENU
For the third time we went to lunch at the LA SAPINIERE restaurant where we were received with extreme kindness by the hostess... We are happy to return to this simple and warm restaurant where everything is super good from start to finish. the end... Unbeatable value for money... What more can I say... Go there with your eyes closed...

Very good, friendly family restaurant. The dishes were delicious and we were very well served with even a surprise for our wedding anniversary. We will come back with pleasure.
A little disappointed compared to my last visit
Certainly the staff is friendly but for 38€ and from experience I expected better The starter was OK but the sea bass was overcooked and the dessert farandole was disappointing in terms of taste. Moreover, when we said that we would have wine as an aperitif and for the meal we were given the choice between 1 Côte du Rhône and 1 Côte d’Auvergne! No menu which was also offered at the table next to us Passionate about wine, I was rather frustrated I put the average because I had already been here and rather satisfied each time Hoping it’s just a bad day that happens!

What was expected to be a good day with a good lunch in a friendly setting turned out to be a fiasco. I had booked specifying La Sapinière restaurant and my annoyance was great when I was refused entry! The person who made the reservation simply failed to tell me that they only served groups. I was directed to their second establishment, the Hôtel de la Poste, but we didn't like the menu at all, so we didn't go there. I find it deplorable that an establishment of this quality behaves like this! So everyone be careful!

Beautiful area. Very friendly staff and perfect service. We came twice and were not disappointed. We will definitely come back, we really liked the place!

Services, presentations and flavors of dishes in total disagreement with the price of the menu which is 48 euros. From experiences we hoped for another level. In conclusion, very disappointing!

Prepaid Reservation Fee

When you sell a reservation that has a prepaid fee AT takes a commission on that fee. This doesn’t really make sense because it’s an expense the seller incurs not part of the profit that is shared.
For example:
Carbone NYC fee to book table for 2 is $108.88
If you sell it for $200 on AT you get $140 from them.
Your net profit is $31 and AT collects $60 in fees.
It would make more sense not to charge commission on the upfront fee as this creates a disincentive and results in higher costs for buyers.

Agreed. Ultimately not addressing this month after month is clearly resulting in a drop in certain venue’s rankings & sales.
