Recently came back here for dinner with friends.
And still confident to say a solid spot for Thai food. I tried their squash fritters for the first time and they were really good. Crispy and flavourful, with a tangy flavour dipped in their plum sauce. It's a great stater to share with every

he pad gra pao was not that memorable to me and felt like it could have been spicier. I enjoy Thai food, but feel that Pai is a lot better.
So good we had to return
We felt lucky to find this little gem of a thai restaurant during our vacation in Toronto. Beware, it's packed on weekends, so you may have to wait a bit for a table, but it's worth the wait. Food was excellent and the service as well - eve
Food was excellent! Service was also great.
I liked how customizable the heat levels were. Only negative may be the volume, but can't really control that.
This was our second time coming to Khao San.
The first time, my husband and I arrived about 35 minutes before closing and were thankfully and graciously seated. We were not rushed out, instead greeted kindly, given the opportunity to order drinks (we stuck with water), and menus promptly. We or

PAI for those who don't want to have to reserve a month in advance. I've been to both several times and I'll be honest, they're on the same level. Prices are reasonable and flavors are great. Expect 30 min plus line during weekend
Not impressed.
We ordered six items off Uber Eats. Medium spicy is too spicy. Shrimp and seafood side was too fishy Beef was of terrible quality Fried rice was mush We got the street fried rice and the pineapple fried rice - very gross aftertaste Crab Rangoon
Khao San Road serves solid Thai food.
The portions are large, the ambiance is nice, and the service is quick and efficient. I like how you can customize each dish with your choice of protein. There's sometimes daily specials as well. The only con is I found it a bit salty, but I thi
The Best Thai in the City (maybe the world!)
The Pad Thai here is the best I have ever had. We have been going to Khao San Road since their days on Adelaide. Their noodles are superb. Unbeatable. Just the very best. If you do go on a weekend, be prepared for a 30 min wait. However it is
Good Thai food in downtown Toronto
We ordered garlic chicken as appetiser, main dishes green curry chicken and chicken pad ra Phrao. We asked for mild which I thought was perfect for me. Food was good. Only wish they had WiFi. Waitress said they had no WiFi.

Disappointed
This location is in the heart of downtown (financial district). The print in the menu is faded and new menus are needed. Since it was my daughter's birthday, I was so looking forward to have some quality time with her and enjoying her birthday d

Wow. We got the pad gra prao and pad see ew and both were very good. The pad gra prao was definitely a favourite. There was a wait to dine, about 25-30 mins but not too bad for a Saturday night. One of my go-to spots in the city now.

We were blown away by the food we had. Seriously good! Only reason we didn’t give. 5 was the server over charged us and refused to change the bill. So silly as a great meal turned bad because of him. Otherwise very good

Good evening find. (After 9 p.m.)
Table available for 4 after 9 p.m. We wanted to change the burgers/fries. We didn't know Thai cuisine but the waitress guided us a little. We had 4 different dishes (noodles, Thai curry, fried rice). You have to choose your meat (or tofu/vegetables)
Bland Thai
Tried their papaya salad and garlic shrimp. Their penang and redcurry. The chilly used was a bit too much took away the enjoyment of the meal. Although we asked for less chilly I assume its the way it is. Couple of people in our group couldn't take i
