La Boca Santa Fe Reviews
Replica of a Spanish Tapa Bar
Visited 10-29-25 with husband. We had grilled Roman artichokes which were outstanding! We shared a paella (for one but easily fed two). The most flavorful I've ever had. The right portions of shrimp, mussels, thinly sliced sausage, chicken and
Don't order the paella
OMG! And NOT in a good way. I had the paella. The only edible part of the dish was the shrimp. The mussels were like chewing rubber bands, the chicken was so dry, the sausage was more like sausage jerky. It was so hard that I couldn't pierce
good for tapas and pallella.
Meal needed more fish. Tapas were unique and all others were satisfied. My daughter tried the sherry flight. Waitress very informative.
Great tapas experience in Santa Fe
Reunion Lunch not far from Santa Fe Plaza with an old friend and his family. It was crowded & noisy--not ideal where conversation is important, but we managed and ended up enjoying one of our best meals so far on our long family & friends roa
May the odds be in your favor
We first tried this restaurant in May and had a delightful, delicious experience. We were so looking forward to revisiting this place with a guest. This time was a let down. The service was slow, the paella overcooked, the coffee tepid. We all needed

My husband and I went for lunch. Ordered 4 tapas plates one of which was a kale salad and another an olive/almond plate. Salad was small but tasty but it took so long for the others dishes to come out, including the simple olive and almond mix that
Excellent food and service.
We sat in their Taverna dining room in the back and they had a live musician starting at 7pm. His music was not too loud though I was not a fan of his tip jar hustle. Yes it can get pricey if you're big eaters and drinkers but it's such a n

Authentic Spanish Tapas????
The food was okay except we were interested that they were serving Jamon Serrano which is a type of cured ham made in Spain. Very difficult to get here in the States. So we wanted to try it and it didnโt seem like the Jamon Serrano we had in Spain

Good but weird food
Servings are small plates /tapas. Interesting but weird food. The outdoor ambience is very nice and the service is excellent. I ordered an April spritz and it tasted weird and the server happily took it off the bill.

Tiny gem
We had a great lunch here, but the restaurant is quite small, a little cramped table-wise, and I consider ourselves lucky to have gotten in when we did, considering we didn't have a reservation. We loved the cauliflower, kale salad, and spicy soup. T

Well I'm disappointed in this place.
It was written up as one of Santa Fe's top 12 restaurants and the reviews were great. James Beard chef, Michelin star ratings? Great service? We were sorely dissatisfied that the croquettes tasted bland and you couldn't taste the ham (tiny neglig

Good but not great!
We dined at La Boca a year ago at the 100th anniversary of Indian Market and weโre very impressed. I reviewed it and gave it an โexcellentโ. This time I can only give it an โaverageโ. It all starts with the details. Every single restaurant
Poor service and food to match.

Extensive wine list and very friendly server to help navigate the wine and food selections. Also great gin and tonics! Cheese board a great way to start. Appreciate that they were able to fit us in without a reservation.
Do not waste your money here.
Portions are very small and overpriced. Food took forever to come out even though it was like 3 slices of ham and 5 olives. Waitress took her sweet time serving and seemed to be attentive to only the tables inside. Poor excuse to call "Spanish c

Cozy spot with good food.
Yes, it may seem a bit random to be eating Spanish tapas in Santa Fe, but it's never a bad idea to have tapas and good wine. The boquerones w/ pan con tomate were solid, definitely get an order. The kale salad was a nice light bite that I actually

Let's say Peter has a great morning and decides to take his three friends to La Boca Santa Fe at 6 PM the same day.
He checks the restaurant's website and sees that no reservations are available. He then looks at the La Boca Santa Fe page on AppointmentTrader, but finds that there are no user postings either.
That's where the community-driven bid process comes in.
Peter can place a bid on AppointmentTrader, which serves as a reward for any community member who chooses to work on securing the reservation. AT then notifies experienced users who may be able to help.
Step-by-Step Process
1.) Setting a Reward (Bid)
* AppointmentTrader uses historical data to recommend a reasonable reward amount for securing a reservation - let's say $100.
* Peter really wants to go, so he increases the bid (or reward) to $200.
* At this stage, the reservation does not exist yet.
2.) A Community User Picks Up the Bid
* EternalAnt36, an experienced AT user, has a strong track record of successfully securing reservations and low refund requests, they receive a notification about Peter's $200 bid.
* EternalAnt36 picks up the bid, meaning they will now work on securing the reservation.
* Peter can now talk to EternalAnt36 for any questions Peter may have as EternalAnt36 user fills the bid.
3.) Finding the Reservation
* EternalAnt36 now uses their connections at La Boca Santa Fe to secure the table.
* If they successfully get the 6 PM table for four, Peter receives a confirmation that the reservation has been secured.
* If EternalAnt36 fails to secure the reservation, the bid is returned to the pool so another user can try.
4.) Payment & Protection
* Once the reservation is secured, EternalAnt36 receives the $200 reward which is credited to EternalAnt36's AT balance, where users manage their own funds and can withdraw via available payout options such as bank transfer, PayPal, or Zelle.
* Peter can now enjoy the dinner with his friends at La Boca Santa Fe!
* As with all transactions on AT, disputes and no-show fees are handled through the platform's community-driven resolution system. Users with a strong track record are incentivized to fulfill bids successfully, and community members can report issues to maintain trust in the marketplace.
