Very bad
Disappointing. staff not adequate for the catering service. We went for dinner to enjoy the fish couscous. Presented cold, very salty, with the watered down broth that tasted like everything except fish broth, then the busiate dish with clams and amberjack was an unspecified batter without the flavor of clams or fish, dishes that we partly left and pointed out to the waiters. Arrogant and pedantic owner, who after I paid the bill (exaggerated for what the dishes were) I pointed out that I expected better than watering down the fish broth, replied that everything was fine for him. If you want to go, change direction: you could eat better when it was still a tattoria. Now that they claim to be a restaurant, they shouldn't even be included among the restaurants listed in the various search engines.
Good but not much
Just been with my family. It's a place I go to 2-3 times a year. Today, I can see that the quality is always good but over time they have significantly reduced the quantities and obviously increased the prices.....I would add that for more regular customers (I know he understood from the greetings) I have seen more generous portions
Good products, little else
7 people for lunch. We ordered different first courses but in the end almost the same dishes were served, offering the same type of pasta, regardless of the choice made at the time of the order. The products used are of good quality. In general, the presentation of the dishes was not to our liking, as there was an excessive inclusion of mussel shells where it would not have been necessary. When paying the bill, we encountered an error which we fortunately noticed. In conclusion, a place that offers a good quality of products, but a poor level of attention towards orders.
How to feel uncomfortable…
Nice place but unprofessional staff! We were brought the bill before asking for it as it was 11.15pm on a Friday evening, telling us that they were closing. Cleanly they asked us to hurry! With the bill we paid the minimum was to have the education not to rush us! Decent pizza without salt. Defrosted dessert in the microwave (cheesecake) and made into a pudding again because they were in a hurry to get us out. Negative experience.
Surprisingly excellent
You know the scenario; you’ve checked in to a cheap n cheerful near the airport to catch an early flight out. Usually set miles away from anywhere decent to eat. Well , if you find yourself doing so near Palermo, make sure your accommodation is near Cinisi as this Pizzeria is something else. We opted for pizza; I had red shrimp and sea urchin. My wife opted for seafood. Both were delicious. Proof of quality was that it was packed with locals. Staff friendly. Atmosphere relaxed. Food value for money. Recommended.

We were last night with another couple of friends in this restaurant, welcomed at the entrance by a smiling collaborator who accompanied us to our table, previously booked, the decor was sober and after about 15 minutes the maitre d' was advising us on the dishes on the menu, a pleasant evening without long waits, staff always attentive and smiling at our every request, well-presented and delicious fish-based dishes, washed down with a local wine. To conclude: courtesy, speed and good food, the business card of this place, we will definitely return.

By chance I find myself having lunch in this place unknown to me; the friendliness and professionalism of the staff combined with the fish-based delicacies that we were able to taste made it a pleasant surprise. I will definitely go back.
Rich menu at Vitina
The added value of this restaurant is certainly the courtesy of the waiters. Good food. Perhaps the times need to be improved as they do not allow, due to the speed required in consuming meals (probably to allow the second round of reservations to be seated), to benefit from that climate of conviviality that one usually hopes to experience when going to dinner out. Noisy place even if in the new version it is more captivating. Special mention for the risotto with prawns and stracciatella and for the mussels with gorgonzola and for the very fresh and succulent slice of amberjack. Ask for the fresh fish of the day. Good desserts.
Unpleasant
Unfortunately, like all businesses, they are born, grow and then decline. Inadequate, rude, opinionated dining room staff: they take your dishes off the table before consuming them. When ordering the order you must specify whether a dish you want to share or not otherwise the second courses arrive with the first courses and if you point it out they will tell you that it is your fault for not telling them before. Quality/quantity/price ratio......questionable.......some time ago it was exceptional, today it is no longer...after all, they make more pizzas than cooking. Sin.
Try the pasta with clams, the octopus salad, the sweet and sour fish caponata.
I've known this place for a while and every time I go with friends, family or husband we are always very satisfied. Every dish is delicious and very fresh. The pizza is also very good. If you want to make a good impression this is the right place. Advise!

If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.
What happens if my bid expires unanswered? |
Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.

Has anyone found a way to get a question answered? From what I can tell there is no way to get in touch with anyone that works at/for AT. Other than the occasional admin posting a consultation offer here and there they are non existent. A lot of people have the same issue I have where we cannot cash out earnings. I cannot get my warning medal removed even though I am under the threshold. Sad to say but seems like AT is holding up everyone’s funds currently. Very scary and makes me wonder….Please reply if you read this admins and can help. Tried every way possible to get in touch

I accepted a bid for a popular restaurant in Los Angeles only to receive a phone call shortly thereafter informing me that the reservation had been canceled due to it being listed on AT. I of course need to subsequently cancel the reservation on AT but get this warning that my status will be negatively affected for doing so. I've reached out to customer support about this several times with no response, not sure what to do in this station. Hoping someone can advise.

I have a prepaid reservation, but I'm allowed to transfer that reservation to others for a price that I set (up to the total price I paid).
For selling POSTPAID reservations, do I charge the buyer the full amount of the reservation when transferring? And then the buyer pays something on top of that (which is what is listed in the AppointmentTrader listing?)
Major Issue for Seller
My money is being held hostage! Can you please remove my refund medal as I am below the 11% threshold and should be able to withdraw my full daily amount now? I have been teying for a long time to get a reply on this. Major issue for people looking to do good/right like you ask and make positive sales. Being able to access earned revenue is critical and not getting any reply is very concerning for your sellers. Lot of other people having the same issue. Once below the threshold you should auto remove the warning medals.

Just wanted to put this out there as I find it quite weird. AT will hold money if your sell through rate is to low. I find this strange as you would think that sell through rate should reflect more on AT not marketing their site well enough to generate sales. It seems weird to punish sellers for listings not selling.

Banned from Resy for selling reservations- Do we have a rat on our hands???
I am new to this app and started off by selling a polo bar reservation and then quickly sold one more reservation. Not long after I received emails from Resy saying all my reservations are cancelled and I am being banned from Resy for life. How could this have possibly happened without a rat telling Resy that I sold the reservation. I need some advice on this situation and let’s catch the rat!
