Be the first to ReplyAlways the same: excellent
And we return once again. And as always: Excellent. The biggest fear I have about returning to restaurants I loved is that they won't be as good as I thought the first time. But if the fifth time the impression is the same, it is necessary to congratulate Christian Villa. Long live Bouchon

People working there were very nice but the service just average and the food ordinary. The bread was excellent as was the butter. Snails were ordered and served cold. Not a good feeling in the mouth. Had to return them and they were returned extremely hot and bathing in a parsley butter sauce. Not impressive to look at nor was the taste. The duck was ordinary but the sauce was excellent and the fries were ok. The mousse was a disaster as was the English cream Will definitely not do a redo
Be the first to ReplyGuess you really need to like French food
The rack of lamb, the French onion soup were excellent. The filet mignonette was meh and overpriced. The tuna steak was fine. Not going back.
Be the first to ReplyMediocre at best.
Mediocre at best. Dining room is cramped with tables where it’s even difficult to walk without bumping into someone. Floor appeared to be so greasy that my shoes almost slide while walking. Food was nothing spectacular. Service was mediocre, we get there and they’ve asked us about five times in ten minutes if we were ready to order. Waiter was more like a lecturer than anything else. When they brought the card machine he purposely asked me to “choose a tip amount”…. I thought 15% was too much for the service we got but there were no other options beside 18, 20% etc. I asked for a doggy bag and I was admonished not to wait too long to eat the leftovers …… Otherwise they could go bad…. I was like WTH…. But sure enough, the following day I had to throw out the “salad” …. Which was only lettuce. Entree portions were small and overpriced. I could go on. But I won’t be back.

Very nice place, very good food, the server Géorgios has been adorable with us, very smiling and very professional . The owner Christian came to discuss some words with us which was very friendly.
Be the first to ReplyA Delightful Lunch
We were wandering about downtown Cocoa Beach, searching for a restaurant to try. We found about 40 or so, each offering a specialty of one type of another. We saw Le Bouchon, which was recommend to us by our VEBO host (who also recommended seven or eight others). The resto has an authentic Parisian bistro vibe. We had a table open to the sidewalk; more or less outdoors indoors. The service cold bot have been better. Attentive. Wanting to please. We ordered a bottle of wine; a tad on the pricey side, but restos have to rely on wine sales to keep the doors open. (OK. Beer and liquor sales, too.) We split an endive salad not knowing how large it might be. We each had half and we each could not finish. The full-size portion would likely require a pick-up truck to deliver. No complaints about that! I followed with a tuna steak accompanied by tomatoes. The tuna was great, but the tomatoes seemed to be the type grown to not be bothered by transportation; kind of hard and not much taste. My wife had the escargots and loved each one. Altogether, a delightful spot in a delightful spot.
Be the first to ReplyGreat Atmosphere...Food Subpar
I DID NOT HAVE A FULL MEAL. However what I did have for lunch was the Escargot and a Caesar Salad. I wanted to get the Mussels or the Charcuterie Board but the Wine list was a disaster! Some arrogant French & Italian restaurants think their country has the best...well we are in the U.S. Offer a few affordable wines! Waitress suggested the St. Emilion for $18 a glass! I would have bought a bottle if I was enticed by something! Caesar was a Vinaigrette dressing with no Anchovy. Escargot had NO GARLIC and no Butter! I am close to being an expert on French Cuisine and this was a disaster. I did not complain but I hope the owner sees this. Most Americans probably wouldn't notice...but I got the Escargot for the Garlic & Butter, and the Caesar for the anchovy flavor...NOTHING. Great bread and service and the atmosphere was great with the French music. If I went to an American Restaurant in Paris would all the Wines be American? NO !
Be the first to ReplyCharming spot, great service, terrific food
Our family dined here while I’m vacation in Miami. First, it was nice to have an excuse to check out charming Coconut Grove. Next, the restaurant is decorated in a traditional charming French bistro style. The food was great with generous portions at a good price considering the portions. The staff was lovely with the chef making the rounds to the tables
Be the first to ReplyA great walk up to restaurant
Recommend making reservations to this excellent French restaurant. I went here with two co-workers. We were pleasantly surprised by the Chef who stopped by our table. I had the Chicken Fricasé, it tasted succulent. I ate the whole pot, well worth the money and time spent. We went for an evening stroll afterwards to walk off the chicken. I will come back and bring my bride.
