They try to scam you to pay more
Shocking experience on 18 Aug 2023! Ordered the €63 chilly seabass fish for two... and then the waiter told us they don't have a seabass in a suitable size for two people and ask us if we'd like the seabream instead. We told him it's a very similar fish and tastes the same, so we don't mind. When the bill came, the seabream was €450 !!! How do you go from €63 to €450?!!!!!! I'm not some oligarch that doesn't care about money. At no point the waiter told us the price was going to be different. It's such a shame as up until the bill came, we thought it was a good night, the music was good, the cocktails were good etc. We even liked the waiter up until that point, he seemed very nice and friendly. And his English was good enough therefore there was no misunderstanding. This was a deliberate attempt to deceive us. We then spend 45 minutes arguing with the waiter about the bill. I was not going to be tricked into paying some crazy money for something that was never mentioned to me. The maître d' (manager of the restaurant reservations) in the end sorted it out. She was very good and she understood the situation. The situation has been quite stressful and it's put a negative spin to our holiday in Turkey. Seemed to us that they were trying to scam us to pay more money. I added a photo of the final receipt (correct one).
Stunning view, outstanding food.
On our recent stay at Mandarin Oriental Bodrum we were so impressed with our first dinner at Lucca we decided to go every night. Stunning views and excellent fresh Mediterranean cuisine and a great vibe.
Very disappointing food
Very disappointing food experience . They definitely should replace their chef. Fish was frozen. Nothing what we ordered were tasty. Bodrum is on the sea. How dare to serve frozen fish . It’s not enough fish in the sea ? Plus it was too overrated .

Thank you for the question, if a seller is working on answering your bid, you cannot cancel it until their time is up and the bid is released back to you. The full amount of funds then go back into your AT account. Typically a seller has 48-72 hours to complete the bid.
