Every aspect of our visit was perfect.
Was able to get a reservation about a month out. The appetizers were great. We had the bang bang shrimp and calamari, a wedge salad and French onion soup. Much was shared and thoroughly enjoyed. The menu has plenty of options for dietary preferences. I do not know about dietary needs. Our server, Charlene, was extremely attentive to our table of 8. She listened to orders and recorded special requests, like sauce on the side, medium rare and well done. Her recommendations were spot on. Most of our party ordered seafood items, which were all amazing. Teens ordered the burgers and loved them. Desserts were key lime pie and cheese cake. There is a chocolate sampler platter on the menu. It was wonderful. I would definitely return for a special occasion. Our reservation was 4pm and by the time we left the restaurant and bar were very busy. The space is lovely inside. Lake view during dinner was lovely, despite the rain. Try to reserve a lake view table, if possible.

Made a reservation for a Thursday evening at the end of March. Probably made it 2 months in advance, so be sure to get your reservations in early! Everything was wonderful. We were sat quickly, our server was attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. For appetizers, we got a half dozen oysters and the arancini. Both were delicious. I wanted the lobster ravioli for my entree however it came in a red pepper cream sauce. I don't love red pepper and red sauces, so I asked the waitress if they could do any type of white cream sauce and she said she would talk to the chef. It came out PERFECT and was delicious. My boyfriend got the halibut with potatoes and broccoli and ate every bite. We ended the evening with espresso martinis. We were there just over 2 hours. Didn't feel rushed. Everything felt timed well. Our reservation was for 7, and it was so nice to see the sunset over the water during our appetizers as well! Really nice place especially to celebrate a special occasion. I'd definitely be back in the future.

I would give it 0 stars if I could after my experience last night. To arrive 2 mins late and be treated so rude and disrespectfully is beyond me. I was basically told I would have had 15 strict minutes to order apps and food because the kitchen closes at 9p. Mind you, my reservation was for 9p, and there was one for 915p that I could've chosen so how is that even possible... I told the guy "Jay" who I recently learned is the owner; that I'd eaten here plenty of times late and never had this kind of issue with the kitchen or the service for that matter. I also told him the hostess has a nasty attitude, she was wearing way too tight tacky pleather pants, but rolled her eyes at us as if we weren't "good enough" to even eat there. He came over and completely disregarded my concerns and proceeded to give us the same exact look the hostess did like we were "LESS THAN' He even stated to me " I've never seen you before" and that we expect our customers to arrive on time. SO I GUESS THE GRACE PERIOD & SIMPLY HUMAN DECENCY IS SELECTIVE TO ONLY CERTAIN PATRONS! GLAD I SEE HOW YOU REALLY FEEL ABOUT MY PEOPLE COMING OUT THERE. WE'RE NOT WANTED AND I'M UPSET I EVER SPENT A DIME THERE! NEVER AGAIN! Thank you for making my son's birthday experience so memorably racist..!!!!
Disappointment
We have waited for a very long time to have dinner here. Unfortunately, we were somewhat disappointed. Service was excellent and the menu (and specials) was very nice. Our meals were brought out and were tasty. They were not what we expected in terms of quality. Couple that with what I feel were high prices and you understand my feeling. We probably will not return. The view of the lake was wonderful. Desserts were ordinary.

Japanese Wagu Beef is a rare treat.
Lucia's is the only restaurant (that I know of) in Western New York that offers imported Japanese A5 Wagu beef, usually both filet mignon and rib steaks. During the Covid Pandemic my girlfriend got filets for my birthday as takeout. I had not had Wagu beef since I visited Japan years ago. The beef at Lucia's was perfect, melt-in-your mouth, delicious. When we returned for dinner more recently, I had to have the filet again. It was wonderful; cooked rare as I ordered and accompanied by sautéed mushrooms, asparagus, and whipped potatoes. It's very expensive, but worth it.

We were fortunate enough to book a last minute reservation on Valentine's Day weekend and stopped in for a visit while in the area. We were greeted so kindly by the hostess who instantly made me feel incredibly welcome. We had no wait and were given an amazing seat with the best view of the lake. Our waiter, Thomas, was also very kind and attentive. He offered us suggestions and outline the specials of the evening. We started with the bang bang shrimp. These are amazing. We also ordered crab cakes, and the pork belly. My husband enjoyed the pork belly, but I would probably skip the crab cakes next time and stick with the bang bang shrimp. The drinks were good and strong as well. For our entrees, we had the lobster ravioli and the filet mignon. I really enjoyed the lobster ravioli, and found the serving of lobster was plentiful. Our server suggested adding extra on the side, but it was not needed. I did add on brussel sprouts, but they weren't seasoned well and tasted lackluster. My husband enjoyed his filet immensely. He paired it with a side of truffle fries which were delicious. We can't wait until our next visit. The food was awesome and worth the hype.

When first walking in - this place is as loud as a Chippewa bar, which was a giant turnoff to me. We did get seated in a slightly quieter area for dinner. Bang bang calamari was legit. Oysters a bit of a let down. It took the server 15 mins to bring some hot sauce. Chopped salad was not chopped. It seemed more like a salad bag from Wegmans with dressing added. Served didn't bring bread until well after apps served. Menu was not accurate for my dish, and mains took almost 2 hours to come out. Will not be back.

Amazing food no matter what you are in the mood for. It is always so tough to decide what to order since everything is amazing at every visit. Their lack of reservation availability speaks for itself. Great ambiance, attentive serving staff, experienced bartenders. They just nail every aspect of a great establishment.

The only unfortunate part is how far out the reservation requests are like months. I don't know if it is just that popular or it's just a weird system where they let other people bump up the list. I will say the food is very good but I don't know if I would go out of my way to say it's the best I've ever had. I would love to try it again, great view of the lake driving up and everyone working was very pleasant. I would recommend it but unfortunately it may take awhile to get in.

The service was excellent, the waiter was knowledgeable, pleasant, attentive and personable. The food was fantastic. The salads - beet for him and fried goat for me - were huge and should have been shared. He had the crab pasta dish which was also an enormous portion and very rich. I had the small filet which was cooked perfectly and there were choices of sauce. Mashed potatoes and perfectly cooked green beans came with the filet. We took portions of each dish home. There was a wonderful dessert menu but we were too full. We did not have a reservation but got there at 4:00 and we were seated.

Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.

Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.

Am confused about the payout restrictions. Have nearly $1k sitting, wanted to withdraw some and am surprised to see I can only withdraw $50. If i have to do this everyday I’ll end up paying over $90 in fees just for withdrawing via ACH which doesn’t make much sense to me. Has anyone found a way to get a question answered? From what I can tell there is no way to get in touch with anyone that works at/for AT. Other than the occasional admin posting a consultation offer here and there they are non existent. A lot of people have the same issue I have where we cannot cash out earnings. I cannot get my warning medal removed even though I am under the threshold. Sad to say but seems like AT is holding up everyone’s funds currently. I accepted a bid for a popular restaurant in Los Angeles only to receive a phone call shortly thereafter informing me that the reservation had been canceled due to it being listed on AT. I of course need to subsequently cancel the reservation on AT but get this warning that my status will be negatively affected for doing so. My money is being held hostage! Can you please remove my refund medal as I am below the 11% threshold and should be able to withdraw my full daily amount now? I have been teying for a long time to get a reply on this. Major issue for people looking to do good/right like you ask and make positive sales. Being able to access earned revenue is critical and not getting any reply is very concerning for your sellers. Lot of other people having the same issue. Once below the threshold you should auto remove the warning medals.

I find this strange as you would think that sell through rate should reflect more on AT not marketing their site well enough to generate sales. Banned from Resy for selling reservations- Do we have a rat on our hands???
I am new to this app and started off by selling a polo bar reservation and then quickly sold one more reservation. Not long after I received emails from Resy saying all my reservations are cancelled and I am being banned from Resy for life. How could this have possibly happened without a rat telling Resy that I sold the reservation. I need some advice on this situation and let’s catch the rat!
