This was more than just dinner. It was a dining experience - the Whole Plate Short Rib. Every bite was just bellissimo!
Hands down the best beef short ribs I ever had! OMG! The food, the service, the staff, the ambience, other patrons. Excellent.
Be the first to ReplyGo for the Seafood Tower
Had to try this spot by David Chang as I’m a big fan of this talented chef. I no longer eat meat or chicken so the gorgeous cuts of beef were not an option. My husband and I shared a Grand seafood tower worth every Penny. It was pricey but you’re in Vegas and you want to eat well. Got the bing (flatbread) with butter and honey, yummmm. The bucatini which I say pass. Very oily and salty. And broccolini also salty and very garlicky. Passed on dessert. Place is expensive and best to go with a big group to share. They gave us a beautiful table and service. Will try again but with a bigger group.
Be the first to ReplyGood but pricey
Very good restaurant. Options are simple but cooked well. It is a bit on the pricey side and you will have to book in advance, but you get what you pay for. Not a bad place to impress someone or stepping out for a classy meal. I would go again

This is my second time to visit Majordomo and it consistently turns out as one of my absolute favorite meals. Great food. Great service. An amazing experience!

Majordomo = MajorFOMO if you saw my pictures of our dinner there this past Saturday. It tickled every tastebud on my tongue and made my quarantine belly happy. I think we planned it out pretty well, stay at Palazzo where Majordomo is located so that just in case you eat too much you can sleep off your food coma and then come back downstairs when you are ready to win/lose all your money again. Appetizers: - King Crab 1/2 LB: SOOO GOOD we decided to get another one mid-meal. It came with a tarter sauce and butter, served chilled. - Bing Bread, Butter and Honey: I really love the sweet and savory and Bing Bread just melts in your mouth Entrees: - 12oz Skirt Steak with chimichurri: Cooked to perfection (medium rare is how I like my steak prepared) so tender and juicy. The chimichurri was perfect to pair with the steak. - Grilled Striped Bass: so flavorful! Sides: - Macaroni with truffle: This was amazing, not too cheesy not too oily. Truffle was optional topping and our server was excellent at upselling. - Mushrooms: Yummy! Service: It was excellent. Attentive, friendly and always clearing our table and clean! Thank you guys. Safety: the restaurant asks that you wear your mask any time you leave the table. Tables were spaced out nicely and felt safe. Unfortunately we had no room for dessert... I wish though! I will definitely come back and visit again.
Be the first to ReplyFantastic food!
We each had the $75 price fix menu. The salads were large, very fresh and delicious. We both had the Chilean Sea Bass. Amazing!!! The dessert of fresh made ice cream topped it all off perfectly. It was the best meal we had this trip. We will definitely be back and have already recommended it to people we know and people we met at the casino.
Be the first to ReplyMeh, go elsewhere.
We have a daily room credit to use during our stay and limited options, so we hit up Majordomo for happy hour snacks and drinks. At half price, the snacks were overpriced. Nothing tasted fresh. Except the bing. The bing pancake (let’s call it what it is) was tasty. It’s Vegas, so I’m pretty sure you can find somewhere better to go! The service was pretty good, I’ll give the staff props for that. Although, since we sent most of it back on plates at the end, and indicated it was meh when asked, you would think they may have pried further. Which they didn’t.

Birthday trip to Las Vegas.
Made a reservation and waited a little more than 5 minutes before being seated. The atmosphere was excellent. Felt very comfortable with the spacing of tables. Before dinner cocktails were excellent. My cocktail was complimentary. The Tingly Lamb with Bing bread appetizer was excellent. I had the Wood grilled Salmon. Perfectly grill, with a crispy crust. I don’t care for Chinese Cabbage, but this garnish was seasoned and prepared to be tender and very tasty. My husband had a clam dish that he said was excellent.
We didn’t have dessert, but if we had 2 more people at the table the donut dessert would have been a must.
Be prepared it is pricey, but worth it.
Amazing Short Ribs!
The honey butter bread, seafood app, and the short ribs were excellent! You could even cut the short ribs with a fork. Definitely recommend the family style short ribs.
Be the first to ReplyHorrible Service at these prices?
We waited for 15 minutes and no one approached our table. The busser went to get someone in the kitchen. There were at least 4 staff members standing in front of the kitchen door and no one wanted to lift a finger so we left. Horrible service.
Be the first to ReplySave the money, eat at Chili’s
We were seated in a room that reminded me of sitting in the front row of a rock concert. The sound was deafening. My colleague mentioned to the staff how loud it was and we were told “the food is louder, you won’t notice.” My tinnitus noticed…
I ordered a margarita to try and help take the edge off. What I was given was a martini glass filled with some sort of citrus abomination. A lukewarm Costco pre-made margarita mix tastes better.
The food was fine in that it wasn’t anything special. We ordered a beef rib for the table. The presentation was great with it being carved table-side. The rice cooked in the fat was solid, but it came out 10 minutes after the rest of the food.
If I would do it all again, I would save about $450 and eat at Chili’s. The food would be the same, the drinks would be better, and you won’t get an “unsafe noise level” alert on your watch.
Perfect celebration dinner!
My husband and I were blown away by the service, food taste and quality. They were so accommodating for my gluten free, dairy free needs as well. Fantastic atmosphere and outstanding food and service! BRAVO!

Absolutely Amazing Meal! Recommended by the Staff! Awesome hospitality too. The Servers know their stuff. I can recommend this as an excellent place to dine. I will return.
The Staff knows what to recommend based on your taste. I was very impressed. The staff is very engaging as well.
If you are looking for great meals and great service this place exceeded my expectations.
Elegant Dining with a more casual atmosphere
Started with the Bing bread, cross between a pancake and naan bread, choice of multiple spreads; honey and butter, crab, lamb and foie gras. The cauliflower was also really nice. The table enjoyed the family style short rib, carved table side with fat trimmings returned to kitchen to make a tasty rice dish. The meat was tender and very flavorful. Completed dinner with the Major Doughnut, the bananas, ice cream and sauce were great, I wasn't crazy about the Krispy Kreme doughnut, tasted almost stale. Lawrence was an excellent server and knew the menu well, was helpful with suggestions
Be the first to ReplyPerfection on a plate
The food was perfectly prepared, the seasoning was spot on and the service out of this world.
The table ordered some Bing Breads with a variety of dips - a perfect start to a memorable meal. I started with the bluefin tuna Crudo - absolutely delicious. I had the smoked prime rib and mushrooms for my entree - a perfect choice. For dessert I ordered the Major Mess, the sweetness of the meringue was nicely balanced and a suitable ending to a outstanding meal.
I will be back
Luscious flavors throughout
From start to finish, this was a winner. Glancing at the menu, it is easy to be put off by pricing. We were a group of 6 people, friends plus my mom. The service team was spot-on. Cocktails and a shrub were very balanced, and the smoked old-fashioned was a show! The bing pancakes made us all forget the diet. The votes went half and half for crab dip vs chickpea. We got talked into the spectacular and tiny bit spicy lobster boil. The pickled onion rings and mixed veggies were small but mighty.
The highlight was DEFINITELY the short rib plate. Although it came with all of the Korean condiments, listen: you don’t need any of it. You don’t even need a fork. The perfect smoke and ultra-tender meat was carved tableside and there are three bones but no “bad” pieces. It is worth every penny. You should reserve early and maybe not even take up a seat if you’re not going to have this. The topper as you are commenting that you can’t eat another thing is the beef-fat fried rice. Omg. Once that’s done, we gave into the peer pressure of the banana flambé. It’s like Krispy Kreme and Bananas Foster had a baby, and here you go. You’re welcome. This is a a fine meal, and the hidden location and understated menu descriptions really keep it buried treasure. IYKYK.
