OK but not really not extraordinary
Not the most enjoyable food, it was a regular fare nothing out of ordinary we ordered four dishes and Thali as well. Certainly on the spicy side. Bit expensive as well.

Tandoori Chicken and Lamb Curry Vindaloo are out of this world! Best Indian restaurant in LA Service is very friendly and all our dishes were terrific!
Be the first to ReplyBest Tikka masala we've had!
The naan was wonderful and the Chicken Tikka Masala was the best ever! To top it off, we got our food lightning fast. The service was impeccable. If we lived anywhere near here, we would return often.
Be the first to ReplyAlways worth trying South Indian food here
The restaurant offers quality Indian cuisine specially Kerala dishes. They have ample seating and quality service. The taste of the food is good and if you are ordering South Indian dishes, they are the near authentic stuff you can get in Los Angeles. Always worth a try if you carve for Indian food. They are a bit pricy.
Be the first to ReplyDelightful Southern Indian Food & Outstanding Service
We loved the samosas, dosas, utthapam, and eggplant masala. Delicious food with friendly, speedy service. Felt like we were sitting in someone's home. We ate there twice in 3 days. Would have gone again but it was time to go home.

Great tasting menu. Clean and COVID-protected environment and service. Wonderful service. Shrimp masala, fried fish and Kadley curry were all great. Vegan kitchen was separate for your piece of mind too. Nice folks!
Be the first to ReplyAverage Kerala Cuisine
When we arrived at the restaurant, you will be greeted by photo frames of famous Indian personalities who have visited the shop. The ambience is nice and the staff were very welcoming.
However, though they claim to serve Kerala Food, the food seemed to be a fusion. Some food tags on the buffet counter (like the ice cream) was not available. In this case, the food tags should not even be displayed in the buffet counter.
This is limited parking outside the shop when we reached and we had to wait about 20mis for a lot; but that could be due to the peak lunch hour.
My new Indian place
Large and humming Indian restaurant. Reservations seem essential. Had lamb vindaloo, chicken tikka marsala, samosas, and more. Everything was wonderful. Service was more than friendly. Special place and highly recommended.
Be the first to Replyfriendly and unpretentious
Service was very attentive. This place has received wildly enthusiastic reviews; it does attract a largely Indian crowd, so I may not have the most discerning palette, but Indian food is my favorite and I was not as enthusiastic as the reviews I had heard. Still, I have no problem with recommending this place.
Be the first to ReplyNot impressed
Came here from a recommendation from Mindy Kaling- I was expecting a lot. The issue wasn't with the ambience or service- it was the food. It wasn't spiced or flavored well, some things honestly tasted stale like the biryani. The gobi Manchurian looked like it was filled with food coloring.. again wasn't impressed at all- the food wasn't good. Also, it was really loud and packed with a lot of groups.

Having read the reviews and seen the ratings this place gets from the LA Times etc i was expecting more. Range of traditional vegetarian foods and meat dishes. Tried the Veggie Thali and some of the chicken. Our waitress was just lovely, couldn't have been nicer although she wasn't 100% up to speed on the menu ingredients.
There were plenty of customers from the Indian sub-continent which always reassures me. The place itself is nice enough with a recent refurb. So why wasn't i impressed? Its the food. Lots of choice but what we had just wasn't that special, didn't taste that special, wasn't created in any interesting ways, wasn't presented in an interesting way. So - Ho Hum is what I say - there are many other Indian restaurants who do a better job.
