Mon Ami Gabi Las Vegas Reviews from The Last Year
My husband and I began a lovely date night at Mon Ami Gabi.
It was my first time in Vegas as an adult, and our first stop after checking in to our hotel. I wasn't sure what to expect from Fake Paris, but ended up really enjoying it. First, the restaurant is very cute. We sat near the windows so we could people watch. They don't have any cooling on their patio, and we had early reservations to accommodate our show, so stayed inside. Our server, Brenda J., was friendly, efficient, and possessed an impressive wealth of product knowledge. We started with the warm baguette and it was delicious, especially with butter and the carrot salad it was served with. Next, we shared the classique steak frites and a Cesar salad with chicken. Both were fantastic. We finished with profiteroles and a Cafe Gabi for me and another Old Fashioned for my husband. We didn't love the profiteroles- they were okay, just didn't knock our socks off. The drinks were all great though- if I hadn't been curious about the Cafe Gabi (which was everything I hope for but rarely get in a coffee drink- plenty of alcohol without being cold as a result and not being drowned in whipped topping- aka hydrogenated oil) I definitely would have had a second Old Fashioned. If we ever find ourselves in Vegas again a meal at Mon Ami Gabi would be a must for both of us!
Good ambiance, ok food, great location
Sat outside with a nice view of the fountains. Had salmon. Good but pricey. Onion soup which was mediocre, broth was too thick and too bold a taste. Not good. Salad fresh and good. Waitress was very nice and helpful. Would not necessarily recommend if not for the great view of the fountains and convenience.
Enjoyed the food and view.
I felt like I was in Paris. Highly recommend, whether social or romantic. Service was excellent.

Great dinner amazing service our waitress Sharron was so hospitable and kind! The chef came out after a mini mix up and made sure the rest of our meal went smoothly! Highly recommend!
A little piece of Heaven in Vegas
Mon Ami Gabi, what a lovely restaurant. My Husband and I visited here after watching vlogs and reading peoples recommendations. It did not disappoint. I had booked and asked for Patio if available as it was my Husbands Birthday and felt it be a nice touch. It was rather busy when we arrived but they did accommodate us on the patio. The service we reserved was outstanding. Water glasses always topped up. I had spicy sausage eggs benedict and my Husband had the 3 eggs (poached) with maple glazed bacon and sourdough toast. Both meals where amazing. To drink we had a Bloody Mary (highly recommend) Strawberry Mamosa, Latte and cappuccino. Everything tasted 5star. To finish which was a lovely touch the waitress brought my Husband a giant profiterole with a candle lit on it. It was a lovely special touch. All in all our visit was outstanding and I would recommend to everybody to go but book do you wont be disappointed.
Rude and arrogant staff
Rude Host and unfortunately manager was not much better,We have eaten there dozens of times and understand the seating policy. When I requested any table NOT in a corner,I was led to a corner table.I thought maybe it was a misunderstanding. (I requested another table).Young man said he could not change it.There were plenty of empty tables. With no other option,we agreed to the corner,When he pulled out my chair,he notice some liquid in it and grabbed the napkin from the table and wiped it up.He momentarily placed napkin back on table. After telling me he would get another napkin,I refused to sit there since I was unsure of what the liquid was and he had set the napkin back on the table. We asked to speak to manager and she told us to wait. After sitting three other parties and not us We left

Food: my friends and I all got the egg Benedict because they didn't really have much on their brunch menu because they stopped serving breakfast at 11:30 which unfortunately my friend couldn't get the crêpe even though our reservation was at 11:30. We just couldn't find parking. It was rather simple and tasted pretty good. The mimosas were OK maybe a bit too much champagne not enough flavor. Service: the server was well attentive. Ambiance: it does provide some kind or Americanize France aesthetics especially since it's right next to the Eiffel Tower. Indoors is rather find dining style while outside is very much like a café. Location accommodation: since it's by the strip you definitely want to find parking in the garage, you are not guaranteed to have outdoor seating despite having reservation. At 11:30 and it would another 30 minute wait for us to eat so we decided to stay inside.
I love it a lot.
The food is so scrumptious and makes me want to eat loads of the confìt.
Food was fresh and tasty.
Wine was good, prices are fair. Service was phenomenal, I believe Oscar is the name of our server, very knowledgeable young man. Ambiance was fun, we had a great view of the Bellagio fountain and a lot is people watching
A Great Recommendation
During a recent birthday trip to Las Vegas and on the recommendation of friends, my wife and I reserved a table for two at Mon Ami Gabi. This is one bustling little bistro, split into three or four different dining areas, each luxuriously appointed. But this spot is popular, can be crowded and can be noisy! If you are looking for a candle-lit romantic dinner, this is probably not your spot! The customer service was over the top! Many times when I make a restaurant reservation for a special occasion, the occasion gets overlooked. Not here! I was wished happy birthday by the hostesses, our waitress, and one of the floor managers. These folks really know how to make you feel welcome. The food was excellent. We split a foie gras appetizer, then my wife dined on Trout Almondine and I had one of the Steak Frites (steak and fries) with Béarnaise sauce, which was appropriately served on the side. The presentation was wonderful and the taste of our meal matched the presentation! We complimented our meal with a bottle of Louis Latour Pinot Noir, which was perfect. A word about Steak frites. The steaks are cooked to your specifications, but are pounded thin to about a quarter inch. If you are looking for a thicker steak, ask your waiter or waitress for recommendations. Despite it's thin presentation, however, these steaks are still very tender and flavorful, without an ounce of gristle. I was gifted an ice cream croissant for my birthday, which was a plus. The entire bill, for what we experienced, was extremely reasonable. We are certain to be returning to Mon Ami Gabi at some point in the future. I highly recommend this dining experience.

BACKGROUND: At least once a year, I do my own version of a Las Vegas Half Marathon by walking from Fremont Street in DTLV to the Bellagio Conservatory & Botanical Garden via the Arts District (Main Street) and Las Vegas Boulevard. After touring the garden, I walk across the street for lunch or dinner at the Paris Las Vegas Hotel & Casino. Then, I walk back downtown on the opposite side of Las Vegas Boulevard. The walk itself is about 10 miles roundtrip, and I log an additional 3-4 miles from walking around exploring the nooks and crannies of Las Vegas. I did my 2024 "Las Vegas Half Marathon" on Friday, May 10th! REVIEW: I'm a huge fan of Mon Ami Gabi! I love that their menu is loaded with whole foods--six entree salads, a vegetarian entree option, salmon, trout, etc.--and the views and people watching from their patio are top notch. During my most recent dining experience, I saw the Fountains of Bellagio show 3-4 times; it's directly across the street. There was also a street performer nearby and a steady stream of pedestrians and vehicles passing by that provided additional entertainment for the evening. For my meal, I order the Little Gem salad with grilled chicken. It was scrumptious and had many elements of one of my favorite salads (Apple Walnut Cranberry Salad) minus the apples. In my experience, the salads here are always a home-run! The service was also superb. Everyone I encountered was professional yet personable, and their entire team did a great job of anticipating my needs. My server also informed me that Mon Ami Gabi is part of the Lettuce Entertain You restaurant group, and you can download their app to collect dining points, which was great to know since I have been eating at their restaurants for years.
Very popular so recommend booking in advance.
We had seen great reviews for this restaurant and as we were staying at the Paris hotel we decided to book. The location is great for viewing the Bellagio fountain show as it's directly opposite the restaurant. We were celebrating a birthday so wanted something a little more special. The portion sizes are good and everything we ordered was delicious. Our table was in the conservatory area. Unfortunately due to the over zealous aircon, our food went cold very quickly. I mentioned this to the wait staff and was informed that management were already trying to deal with the issue and they apologised for the inconvenience.
Wonderful dinner here with a great view of the strip.
We were seated in the atrium just inside from the patio. We enjoyed steak frites and wine on our last night of the trip. The weight staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and took their time to make sure we were taken care of but not rushed. Our steaks were cooked perfectly, and the cheesecake desert was excellent. Vegas has become incredibly expensive, and I would still elect to come back here if I stay in Paris again.
We came just as the menu changed to lunch.
Our server was so nice and made us a new pot of coffee after they just got rid of everything to switch to the lunch menu. I loved the way the inside looked and the atmosphere. The food was soooo delicious! Even the fries were amazing! The coffee was delicious and very much needed.

Another great visit to this finest establishment! We got the warm prawns, trout almondine, roasted artichokes, a petite green salad and of course a baguette. Dessert was an apple tart and chocolate mousse. Everything was excellent and well prepared. Service was fantastic, as always. Although we are local, we do like going to this restaurant. It's one of our "little treats." We sat out on the patio with a perfect view of the Bellagio fountains and got to see three performances of the water fountains while we were there. Everything about this place is really nice, upscale and worth every penny. They have earned my coveted "Empty Plate" award! We'll be back!
Lovely dinner
As a dinner option you can’t go wrong. Huge portions and lots of taste to everything we ordered. I went for the fillet steak and frites which was very nice. Lovely venue. If waiting, the queues loves fairly quick, just jump on the slots while you wait!
Best restaurant view in Vegas!
This is my second visit to Mon Ami Gabi. I love sitting on the outdoor patio watching the Bellagio waters. The food is wonderful. I highly recommend the goat cheese and sauce appetizer ( on the hidden menu they say :)). One of the best view restaurants in Vegas!
Great french restaurant in the middle of Las Vegas!
We had an outside table with great views of Las Vegas Boulevard and the Bellagio fountains. The meal and service were impeccable and all at a reasonable price given the standards here. The menu was varied and interesting too. I would highly recommend this restaurant and we will be back!
Wonderful food in a great location
My family and I frequent here for breakfast during every Vegas trip. We always get the French onion soup as an appetizer—it’s a must, even for breakfast! Entrees come with plenty of food and we’ve never been disappointed with what we ordered. Service is consistently great. Definitely recommend to visit at least once a trip!
Mon Ami Gabi - C'est Tres Bon
When in Las Vegas this week I remembered someone who raved about Mon Ami Gabi and how it was his and his g/f's favourite place to eat. Although we first tried to go to Vanderpump Paris, we gave up after almost four hours of waiting for a table (yes, four hours!) and went here. As it turns out, it was the best thing that could have happened. It was amazing! I had the trout with mashed potatoes and the bread before the meal with the butter/veggie accompaniment and it was definitely the best meal I had while there and maybe, dare I say, of all time. I will definitely be going back and am looking forward to it already.
Food was good French toast was probably the better option
Food was good French toast was probably the better option they had. The steak and eggs tasted more like backyard fajitas back home not worth the price. Service was great and very lively.
Make reservations! Enjoy a wonderful dining experience.
Always a wonderful dining experience. We always have eggs Benedict for breakfast here. The food is served hot and the service is impeccable. Ask for outside or patio seating. Overlooking the street and across from the Bellagio fountains. We dined here for breakfast as always and also had dinner here for the first time. The Steak Frites Classique was so good. Spiced just right for the flavor. Good, tender and tasty. A big Thank You to Sarah K for dinner & Richard G for breakfast. Both were amazing servers. So attentive
Service was great and efficient! Will come back and will
Service was great and efficient! Will come back and will highly recommend especially if they want a panoramic view of bellagio fountain in the evening.
Whenever I'm in Vegas I have to stop by Mon Ami Gabi.
The food and service is great, and I love the ambiance.
The server was very sweet.
I was excited to actually be able to eat here. The food came out ridiculously fast, which I thought was strange, but I didn't consider it to be a very authentic French place. I would go there again, just to people watch and sit outside. No pictures to be taken, like I said, I felt it was very basic.
We were lucky.
Zero wait time! Waiter was fabulous, as were all the other staff, filling waters, asking if everything was ok. Food? AMA-ZING! Meat was fall off the bone and super tender. Get the fresh bread appetiser. I know bread sounds boring but it comes out Ho t with creamy butter and it's fabulous to dip in the sauces with your main meal. Great experience!
Well located
Good surprise and nice French break, at least for the atmosphere and brasserie decoration. Good food and service. Fair prices.
BREAKFAST PERFECTION
My all time favorite place for breakfast in Vegas. It never gets old. Food amazing each and every time...thank you, Chef! The host staff has what they do down to science - please make sure you make a reservation and arrive 10 min beforehand. Service is top notch - - you will always be well taken care of. Can't wait to go back!
Awful
I’ve been in the past and it was lovely but not today. It was my Birthday dinner. We were packed onto the deck, the food took forever, beer was horrible, burgers were raw. Waiter never asked how the food was. We were so hungry by the time the food arrived they ate the outside of the burgers. Very disappointed. Burgers were better at Denny’s and the service too.
Best Breakfast we had in Vegas on our 4 day stay
While not inexpensive this was the best breakfast experience we had on our recent trip to Vegas. I only note that because we also had some low quality breakfast experiences that were just as costly but second rate. Good service too.
Friday evening, around 6pm.
No reservation. Walked up to the hostess, no tables outside (1hr wait) but seated inside right away. Thats a win. The vibe is very Parisian, as one should expect. Service is slow to be honest. We sat for a while waiting for drinks. I asked for a sparkling water, and it was brought out warm. Had to send it back. The food was alright. Started with the baguette. - though good, I've had much much better elsewhere. - 3/5 Tartar - the waffle chips were oily. And both the tartar and chips lacked salt. Also, for the portion of chips and meat, they gave maybe a teaspoon of the sauce which I believe was an aioli. - 3/5 Deviled eggs with white fish - though the flavor was good, the texture was not. The egg whites were literally frozen. I don't know if the eggs are made ahead of time and frozen or if the cooler was just too cold. But it was odd to bite into and egg and get that icy crunch. 2/5 Hanger steak - it was cooked perfectly. I didn't realize it had sauce on it. But regardless - the sauce was way too salty. 2/5
Impeccable service and great food.
Fabulous food, great atmosphere and our waitress went above and beyond to make sure we were well looked after during our whole dining experience. Would definitely go back and recommend.
Mon Ami Gabi is the brunch beacon of Las Vegas, luring us
Mon Ami Gabi is the brunch beacon of Las Vegas, luring us in every visit like a siren of eggs Benedict and omelette perfection. Nestled in the heart of the strip, its location deserves its own star on the walk of fame. The service? Quicker than a blackjack dealer on a winning streak. And the food? Well, let's just say their eggs Benedict and omelette are like culinary magicians, disappearing faster than our resolve to stick to one mimosa. Mon Ami Gabi, where brunch dreams come true, and waistbands mysteriously expand.
The restaurant is located in front of the Paris hotel.
Everything was good. I had the hanger steak, but another member of the party had the regular sirloin and it actually was very good too. It wasn't as fancy as some of the other restaurants we visited, but it had great service and pretty reasonable prices.
I really don't enjoy making bad reviews but I felt the need
I really don't enjoy making bad reviews but I felt the need to share my experience. My friends and colleagues had spoken highly of this restaurant so when I came to visit Vegas for my vacation this was on the top of my list of places I wanted to try. I walk in without a reservation and the hostesses were very friendly and I was promptly seated. I was offered (by I guess a table greeter or server's assistant) warmed baguette which I said yes. Note: There is a charge of about $5 for a whole warm baguette, butter and an amuse buche (it was marinated shredded carrots that day and was actually very tasty. I didn't mind paying the $5 but for those who don't like surprise charges be wary of that.) Anyway my actual waiter finally comes by to take my order. I immediately ordered the French onion soup and asked for a glass of rose. I exaggerate not; took my soup 15 minutes to get to me then an additional 10 whole minutes for me to get my glass of wine AFTER already getting my soup. I get it if it's busy but its a glass of wine. It shouldn't take 25 minutes to get from order to the table. Then the waiter asked me, "You ready to order?" Exactly like that. I said I was but had a question about the seafood specials or seafood selections on the board. He turns around and says we don't have half of them. Then I go okay, I'll get the and before I say duck leg confit he directs his attention to the table next to me. I kid you not. Literally, mid sentence starts talking to the table next to me about desserts, takes their order and then leaves. He comes back in about 5 minutes or so and asks again if I was ready to order. I simply asked for my check and left. On my receipt the server's name was Ron S. I don't know if the server saw that I was of Asian descent and just assumed I was another non tipping tourist so I wasn't worth his time or if he just sucked but either way I was very disappointed in my experience and hope no one in the future receives the treatment I had. Also note, for those who do want to try their French onion soup the cheese and bread part was very good but the broth was just way too sweet for my taste.
Still a great place for brunch
Had a late brunch here when in town for a work conference. It was also my wife's birthday and they took a same day reservation and gave us a nice table in the solarium. We've eaten here before and never been disappointed. Food was quite good, and service was great. My only real complaint was the density of the bread under the crab cake Benedict.
BEST VIEW OF THE FOUNTAINS OF BELLAGIO!!!! This restaurant
BEST VIEW OF THE FOUNTAINS OF BELLAGIO!!!! This restaurant is one of our must go to spots when in vegas. The food is superb and the wait staff is amazing. We were in town to watch U2 & the Sphere. Try to ask for an outside table. You will be seated right above the strip with a perfect view of everything. Must see when in Vegas..YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!
Spontaneous dinner on the strip
We happen to pass this place as we were walking the day prior and thought we would check it out for dinner . We walked right in through the Paris Casino and looked at menu typical French cuisine . Prices were not $$$$ like most places in the casino and we happen to show up around 5pm and were seated right away. We asked for a table near windows in AC and were placed just next to the terrace inside . Excellent location to view the fountain show from the Bellagio and it wasn’t busy, until the end of our meal. So it was nice and calm even though we were on the strip . Raul F was our waiter and he was exceptional with a smile on his face and came back many times to check on us. He definitely made sure our dinner was perfect and that we didn’t need anything. Definitely a 5 for Raul. The food was great. We ordered the special 12 oz steak topped with crab and asparagus with Hollandaise sauce, delicious. My husband had escargot for appetizer was great. No wine tonight but decided to have pear spritzers and they were very refreshing . Finished off dinner with crème brûlée cream was delicious but sugar was a bit burnt. But overall a great dinner out on the strip with causal dinning across from the Bellagio . Go visit and ask for Raul !!!
Fantastic
We were recommended to come to the restaurant from friends so decided to give it a try. Firstly we went for breakfast to check it out, I got the eggs Benedict, which were delicious, my wife got a signature dish of smoked salmon and toast with chopped up separate egg whites and yolks & capers and a kind of spread, i would have been disappointed if I ordered it but she said it was ok, a few days later we went for our meal after we got married, it was really great, the food was delicious, great service, the waiters were very polite and friendly we decided to wait and sit outside to take in the atmosphere, we didn’t wait long maybe 5-10 mins, then were seated outside, it’s a great view of the strip and the fountains, street performers can hinder the experience slightly but overall a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend it
Bad service, ordinary food
The server was bad. He was never able to make 2 separate invoices among other things. He loaded both couples on the same card but with separate additions. We waited 30 minutes before receiving the bill. The waiter didn't even look at us when he spoke to us. The steak fries were not very good. Dessert good, starter OK.

It can be under your name or a name you choose! Some reservation offers already include the AppointmentTrader Transfer Service which will transfer the reservation in to your name. If its not included you can add it on after buying the reservation for a small fee. One thing on that though: As many reservations become available at last minute, taking a reservation in someone else name is quick and great for privacy. Most reservations on AT are listed with a virtual phone number, so all you need to do is present the phone number at the hostess stand and you are good to go!
