This place still open? Just what you need in the morning.
A steaming hot cup of politics. To wash down that sawdust dry muffin they insist on serving

Charming outdoor seating area.
The frittata was huge and delicious. I would not opt for the grits again, they were pretty bland. But they make their own jam and hot sauce which were both outstanding! Service was a bit lax, but it's a slow, relaxed kind of vibe here.

While a bit pricy for breakfast and philly food, it's worth it. You can tell it's all made from scratch (including the sauces) and even the simple food is amazing. We decided to go with the basic breakfast of pancakes, biscuit and eggs
Excellent atmosphere and delicious food.
Love supporting local business, who clearly cares about its employees and our community. We'll be back.
We came to Philly for the weekend for a show.
We were looking for a good breakfast and honestly the political jokes on the menu were what drew us to this place. I got the berry French toast. They make their whipped cream and cream cheese in house. It was some of the best French toast I have ever
Food is good but not $14.
00 for 2 eggs/bacon platter , $4.50 for small glass of orange juice plus $1.50 tax good. This isn't NY or DC.
Food is delicious.
Waitstaff is efficient and friendly. Menu is fun to read. Great for breakfast or lunch
Love this place - great atmosphere, little gem.
You could tell there were new people and regulars. The staff was fantastic; on top of things, personable, knew half the patrons. Super attentive. Food was great and reasonably priced; just know it's cash only but they have an ATM. Highly recomme
Breakfast is not to be missed.

Peaceful breakfast!
Such a wonderful neighborhood find! Service very welcoming and it was a beautiful day to sit on the patio for breakfast. I ordered a ‘plain Jane’ eggs and sausage as I’m not a big fan of breakfast. They offered a fruit bowl which was exceptiona
Great brunch spot
This was our morning spot for delicious brunch. We tried several dishes on the menu and everything was delicious. A great neighbourhood brunch place to visit
Banana Bread French Toast!
The special was Maria’s Banana Bread French Toast. If they have it… get it. Best breakfast I have had in years. Everyone loved their breakfasts, but the special French toast was through the roof. Super friendly (and on top of it) staff.
Very political
Food was average. Atmosphere was hostile with political signs in window. Very obvious you are not welcome if you don't share their views. They seem to think that all persons not aligned with their values have no values. Pretty sure they won'

Let's say Peter has a great morning and decides to take his three friends to Morning Glory Diner Philadelphia at 6 PM the same day.
He checks the restaurant's website and sees that no reservations are available. He then looks at the Morning Glory Diner Philadelphia page on AppointmentTrader, but finds that there are no user postings either.
That's where the community-driven bid process comes in.
Peter can place a bid on AppointmentTrader, which serves as a reward for any community member who chooses to work on securing the reservation. AT then notifies experienced users who may be able to help.
Step-by-Step Process
1.) Setting a Reward (Bid)
* AppointmentTrader uses historical data to recommend a reasonable reward amount for securing a reservation - let's say $100.
* Peter really wants to go, so he increases the bid (or reward) to $200.
* At this stage, the reservation does not exist yet.
2.) A Community User Picks Up the Bid
* EternalAnt36, an experienced AT user, has a strong track record of successfully securing reservations and low refund requests, they receive a notification about Peter's bid.
* EternalAnt36 picks up the bid, meaning they will now work on securing the reservation.
* Peter can now talk to EternalAnt36 for any questions Peter may have as EternalAnt36 user fills the bid.
3.) Finding the Reservation
* EternalAnt36 now uses their connections at Morning Glory Diner Philadelphia to secure the table.
* If they successfully get the 6 PM table for four, Peter receives a confirmation that the reservation has been secured.
* If EternalAnt36 fails to secure the reservation, the bid is returned to the pool so another user can try.
4.) Payment & Protection
* Once the reservation is secured, EternalAnt36 receives the $200 reward which is credited to EternalAnt36's AT balance, where users manage their own funds and can withdraw via available payout options such as bank transfer, PayPal, or Zelle.
* Peter can now enjoy the dinner with his friends at Morning Glory Diner Philadelphia!
* As with all transactions on AT, disputes and no-show fees are handled through the platform's community-driven resolution system. Users with a strong track record are incentivized to fulfill bids successfully, and community members can report issues to maintain trust in the marketplace.
