Olive & June Austin Reviews
It's a cozy retro interior.
There's outdoor seating available too. Food was fresh and flavorful. Perfect portions and you can tell it's house made. Pistachio semifreddo was interesting - it's like a solid ice cream. Server was friendly. I would come back!
Had a reservation for 8 on a Thursday night.
Arrived on time. Took about 5 minutes for the server to bring water and introduce herself. Bread was brought to the table. Another 15 minutes pass and we have to try and grab her attention as she passes by serving other tables to order. Another 40

While the restaurant does have a good happy hour, the food is mediocre and the atmosphere bland. I had the pistachio mint pesto, blue lump crab, crab fingers, and lemon. There were 2 small crab fingers in my pasta and I could not find any lump cra

Atmosphere OK, Food lackluster, Service good.
The restaurant istels was different with a 50's sort of vibe. Happy hour 1/2 price wine on certain less expensive wines. I had the cappellini. Pesto mint with lump crab and crab fingers. The pasta was over cooked, and there was no lump crab

I was shocked by how much money so little food could cost at Olive & June. For $26, you can buy yourself six entire pieces of ravioli--yes, that's all I got. As you can see in the photo below, the portion was unbelievably small. I actually f
Everything from entry, drinks, food, and even the bartender
Everything from entry, drinks, food, and even the bartender Gwen was awesome! Sitting upstairs looking around, we noticed it needs a cosmetic update. It's equally as important to have an environment that matches the prices on the menu, and the s
New Wednesday special is amazing.
Oysters and champagne! Great price. Wonderful service
Excellent dinner, well worth it for special occasions.
We had dinner here for the first time for our 20th Anniversary. It's a nice little place, right off Mopac with "complimentary" valet parking. There aren't a lot of things on the menu but it's obvious everything is very well
Average
The food was good but not exceptional. Our bruschetta was burnt and my pasta had a tsp of sauce. Waitstaff was nice but attire does not reflect the atmosphere or prices. Frumpy sweatshirts and tie dye jeans gives off a way too casual if not dirty
Not at all good
I wanted this experience to be better. It is supposed to be a top rated restaurant here in Austin, but sadly it was not tonight. The ravioli was so under par- was wishing for Chef Boyardee. The 14 oz strip sirloin was not flavorful, not cooked well,
Phenomenal!!!!
We loved our dining experience at Olive & June. The food was out of this world and the service was wonderful as well. It was cold the night we were there, but would love to return and sit outside - upper level in the "treehouse". Wha
