Bonsoir tout le monde !Let me start by saying this place was rather interesting, it had a lot of flavor but more natural and not spice induced. They had so many different things on the menu, we had the smoked trout which I 1000% recommend, we also had the sweet potatoes (my least favorite, as I don't like sweet potatoes, so I would not get them if you hate sweet potatoes and btw they have some kick to them), we also had the elk sandwich which dope, the bread was to die for (not literally, so don't actually die), the fried corn (my favorite) the corn was amazing I eat a pretty heavy vegan diet so this was amazing, and the way they got the corn to crunch like they was was phenomenal, absolutely crunchtastic! Then we had the venison tacos, and I'm not sure how they prepare their venison but if you eat venison theirs does NOT have they gamey taste, it's unreal! Their service was great, they have most indigenous servers, which awesome to see! Oh, btw if you like beer their wild rice beer was WILDY amazing! Even my wife whom hates beer, actually said it was great! Now, their pricing was more on the spendy side, you have to buy like multiple dishes (the food is sold to be shared by the table) so, for the two of us we got like six things and we had to bring home the potatoes ( yes I know how to count, I just forgot to take a picture of one of the meals). We ended up having a $155 meal, but pretty worth it (that was for the lunch menu btw). Their location was pretty nice, right off the Mississippi, insanely huge windows to take in the view, but not a lot of seating. Do keep in mind that you need reservations, and they book like 2 - 3 months out! Long story short, if you have the money and patience this is worth a shot. If not, I'd suggest going to therapy and taking out a loan, it's that good! XDÀ la prochaine !
