My first time in a native American (and gluten free) restaurant. Came on a Wednesday night for an early dinner and was able to be seated right away. Note that they don't take reservations. I guess we're lucky to be able to come on a slower night. There is a dining time limit (90 mins I believe) so keep that in mind- cabernet sauvignon (ulta violet) - really great wine! Goes great with the meat dishes.- tartar - this dish was my favorite of the night. Texture of the meat was good (not chewy at all, super tender) and pairs well with the blueberries & greens that came in the dish. Excellent!- whitefish/bean spread - I thought this was just okay.- bison tacos - Love the tortilla that came with it. The corn flavor comes through. The bison tasted really similar to pulled pork. However, I felt like it could use more sauce/flavor.- Elk sandwich - Good but there was a tiny piece of bone (?) inside the ground meat.Overall a cool experience and concept!
