The food was not horrible, but with all the hype this place gets, the experience was disappointing. We got the Dosa Onion Rings, Nihari Lamb & Shells, Northern Makhini Tikka Chicken Pizza, Chutney Pijja Pizza w/ Pineapple Chutney , and we tried both their soft serves, Cookies and Cardamom and Malted Chai. All the items were just very average. For example the pasta (Nihari Lamb & Shells), the actual pasta was cooked fine but you could tell it was not fresh pasta and the sauce had a mild curry flavor, but no flavor stood out. The lamb was tender. Then there's the pizzas, they had a texture that reminded me of frozen pizzas or the pizzas from school lunches in the 90s. The dough was chewy and the cheese felt dry. Flavor was ok, but I thought there would be more topping on them. The best thing we had was probably the dosa onion rings. They were very well fried, very crispy and came with a good sauce. The soft serve was ok. You can probably skip it. Overall, this place is not great if you want good Italian food or Indian food. I think Indian Italian fusion has great potential, but it was not executed well here. This place is not worth the hype they get.
