We we’re so excited to try PRESS. To say we are disappointed would be an extreme understatement. Spending $850 yet having numerous people literally not finish a plate is beyond unacceptable. To start our evening we were served a warm $100 bottle of sparkling wine. When we mentioned the temperature to our server they simply gave us a lesser wine while ours was chilled. The only notable dish was a soft pretzel which again for a fine dining restaurant is alarming. Save your money. Go to Cook. Go to Model Bakery and have a huge lunch. Go literally anywhere because the lackluster meal you are about to be served and then charged $77 for a chewy, raw steak is 100% not worth it. And then they, to add insult to injury, will tell you to add a side that could basically be hash browns from McDonald’s to your entree. I wish I could leave negative stars. I would.
