A shame, yes, a shame that we didn't dine in the large room, the first one which is magnificent and superbly decorated with a very special atmosphere. Yes, it’s a shame, because we enjoyed a succulent meal firstly for the pleasure of the eyes, because the plating is magnificent, and then for the taste buds because it was very good, well done to the chef! We chose the tasting menu. With food and wine pairing it was very good. Perfect personal service, smiling and available, top-notch communication. Moderate price €300 for two with aperitif/coffee be careful, parking is impossible, you have to park far from where you can come without a car In this opinion the small room costs 1 point otherwise it was 5 instead of 4

Service to be reviewed. In fact we are asked to give our arrival time and in reality we wait more than thirty minutes for the last guests to be in their seats to start serving. No favorites. So many sauces!! Too many sauces kill the flavor of the noble product. Portions TOO CONGRUE for the asking price. Service during the meal is correct but nothing more sometimes in French which is difficult to understand. WE WILL NOT RETURN we leave our place to those who find this restaurant fantastic.

So, what to say? There were 4 of us there on February 3, 2024 and respectfully responded to the site's satisfaction survey. In summary: "Beautiful cuisine, excellent sommelier and very good service. However, we were all "unwell" during the night and the next day except our daughter, who was pregnant (cooked dishes and without alcohol)..." However, it is February 19, 2024 and no words or little sentences of apology.... At €600 for a menu for 4, it seems to us that... It's a shame to have to go to Trip Advisor, it's not is not what we wanted...
Wow, huge surprise...
Wow, what a surprise, having lived in Toulouse for several years and disappointed with the city's 2 stars, I looked for an alternative (you said GG alternative... whoever wants will understand...) and I haven't come back yet: Clément Convard offered us its 6-course menu, full of flavors, full of tastes, from the very beginning with the 3 appetizers (closing your eyes you would have thought you were at the old inn at GG…), until the end with its bubble of kiwi and Meyer lemon, including langoustines, lobster, shellfish, scallops, cans, all very good products perfectly cooked with their tasty accompaniments and all with tasty sauces poured at the time of serving, this delicious meal is worthy of a 2 Michelin star, without counting on the very beautiful restaurant room hosted by the hotel de la cour des consuls and above all also without counting on the young team in the dining room who are starting to feel very comfortable with the customers (when you take the time to listen to people, you understand what they say, even if this delicious person is from the Philippines…), I hope you discover this Chef and his entire team, I had a wonderful time evening, thank you all Post scriptum: for the management of the Hôtel des Consuls: could you not give the Cénacle restaurant a setting worthy of a second Michelin star by dressing the 2nd room behind the fireplace with canvases stretched on the walls to create a mirror effect with the 1st room? A canvas with the photo of the fireplace on the wall behind the fireplace and a canvas with a reproduction of the painting by Caravaggio on the wall opposite, that would upgrade the 2nd room for the satisfaction of customers who are not lucky enough to be in the 1st room..., and this without any work (but if one day you can do very, very large work, the ideal would be to drill the wall just behind the hearth of the fireplace to make it a through hearth and to break the wall right side of the fireplace identical to the left side to make a central fireplace for the 2 rooms, transforming everything into a unique room as beautiful and classy in front of and behind the fireplace... we can dream but it would be a great setting for Restaurant …
Perfection
Magnificent room with a huge 16th century fireplace. Very sophisticated, innovative and above all delicious meal from start to finish. The staff is really very competent and very pleasant. We have to go !!!

great time. EXELENT value for money. The dishes were very tasty and appetizing. The staff was very attentive and friendly, which is not the case everywhere.
Not quite star level
The food was mediocre - on Michelin one star level. We did not like too much beetroot and goat cheese as a starter, the taste was not as good as it could have been... Pig and carrots was well-made, but not amazing. Service was routine and not quite unfriendly, and there was some small problems.
Beautiful establishment
Magical establishment in this 5-star hotel. Excellent and smiling staff. Magnificent room with a giant fireplace. We had the lunch menu for 45€. 3 excellent appetizers around carrots and onions. Starter: perfect egg, mushroom and crusty bread served warm and cold (we could have specified that). Very very small portion. Whole stewed leek dish served by the maître d’hôtel. Recipe requiring a lot of work, with mussels and shells. It was really very good but lukewarm, too bad. I reported it. This is the design of the dish. Very light portion in the end. My colleague took a pork belly composed of 60% fat, too bad. Which made it a small portion. Exceptional and beautiful chocolate caramel tart dessert. Then to finish 3 perfect sweet treats. In the end we ate a lot of bread, also excellent, which allowed us to fill our stomachs. My conclusion is that even if a lunch menu for €45 in a Michelin-starred restaurant is an attractive price, the whole thing must be plentiful enough so as not to be hungry 3 hours later. Congratulations again to the room staff.

Magnificent restaurant very beautiful cellar the cocktails are very good the menu from appetizer to dessert was perfect lots of flavor the dishes are prepared with finesse and precision a joy from start to finish the 3 visits were always a culinary pleasure !!! service up to par!!!!

If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.
What happens if my bid expires unanswered? |
Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
Restaurant Bought/Canceled Their Own Reservation
I accepted a bid for a popular restaurant in Los Angeles only to receive a phone call shortly thereafter informing me that the reservation had been canceled due to it being listed on AT. I of course need to subsequently cancel the reservation on AT but get this warning that my status will be negatively affected for doing so. I've reached out to customer support about this several times with no response, not sure what to do in this station. Hoping someone can advise.

Anyone can help with payouts, support hasn’t been helpful at all. My funds cleared and I can only retrieve $50 usd a day with a $5 fee and a % per transaction. It would take so long and so much in fees. Thanks!

I am having a tough time contacting and elucidating a response from AT Support. I had a listing at 6pm, which was a mistake as the actual listing reservation was at 11pm. This got somehow approved by AT, and a customer bought this from me for 6pm. I want to cancel this listing and refund customer , but there is no way of doing this ! Banned from Resy for selling reservations- Do we have a rat on our hands???
I am new to this app and started off by selling a polo bar reservation and then quickly sold one more reservation. Not long after I received emails from Resy saying all my reservations are cancelled and I am being banned from Resy for life. How could this have possibly happened without a rat telling Resy that I sold the reservation. I need some advice on this situation and let’s catch the rat!

You can only deposit $50 at a time until you earn the “Sales and Low Refund Medal” I believe. Im new to this as well but the ability to deposit more money at once and increase your amount of listings comes with that medal.
