All perfect
Very good restaurant with excellent raw materials. Both the starters, gabardine prawns, partridge salad and the main ones, hake, pixin and the impressive venison sirloin, are a delight. Impeccable service. Good wine list and a very good price/quality ratio make La Montería a restaurant to return to.

This restaurant is definitely not vegetarian friendly! The food was ok, but the little square potatoes lacked seasoning. If you love fish then this may be the place for you. The staff were friendly and attentive.

Very good service and exquisite food. Good offer of game dishes. Simply spectacular homemade desserts. I will return with my family without a doubt. Take advantage!

Gambared prawns and half-grilled prawn, very good; excellent venison tartare and venison sirloin; Very good pisco sour and mandarin sorbets. Located in the Ibiza area; Very bustling place at the bar but the room is quiet, very beautiful in Nordic style, simple and uncluttered. Good service and very good quality/price ratio. What else do you want ?

Fantastic must visit restaurant. All dishes are treated with care. In our case boletus with egg, pichin with rice, oxtail, rabbit thighs, red tuna tartar, torrija and millefeuille. All very good but the boletus, the tartare and the two desserts are not to be missed. The waitresses are very friendly and professional. A nice place with two meals (I like that less but the tight prices have to be saved somehow) 4 people 170 euros with tip. To repeat without a doubt.

Excellent experience at La Montería, where we are delighted with its TASTING MENU, made up of 7 courses in addition to dessert and coffees. BY ORDER: Red tuna with sweet and spicy wasabi red shrimp in coat Half-grilled prawn Tuna belly with black garlic aioli Corvina, boletus, tomato confit, and rosemary oil. Marked deer tartar Puff pastry stuffed with partridge Torrija brioche and passion fruit ice cream Coffee Wine: Lopez Cristobal La Linde 2021. €50 per person, wine apart. Excellent quality/price ratio, with good service and atmosphere.

This was my third visit in four years. I sat solo at the bar on the first two visits and very much enjoyed the food and the scene. As I was with the family on the most recent visit, we sat in the restaurant. The staff was very attentive and had very good recommendations for food and wine. Every dish we had was well-prepared and excellent.

Very common place for my dinners, both with friends and business, highly recommended, very good quality and very professional waiters,
Be the first to ReplyHighly recommended as always
I have known La Montería since it was a tapas bar. But the good ones. Nothing remains of that except very good cuisine. A select menu and a good selection of wines to complement. The perfect service: attentive and pleasant. A highly recommended experience.

The place I'd planned to return to wasn't open any more in the evening (!) so I consulted the Michelin Guide and found La Monteria in more or less the same neighbourhood. I just hoped it wouldn't be trendy and pretentious. I turned out ot be, for me, perfect. It was comfortable and modern but with no attempts at fancy decor, spacious enough - I was meeting an old friend and we had no near neighbours and could chat to our hearts' content, and with quick, efficient service. To save time dithering over language issues and choosing, reassured by the delicious fried shrimps (two kinds) brought while we settled in, we went for the fanciest tasting menu and it turned out to be quite a long succession of delicious things. The place doesn't have a star (it's a Bib Gourmand), but nobody would be surprised if it did. With wine, water and coffee, we paid 126 euros. As I was just back from LA, where one noisy, trendy, restaurant I dined in had steaks at $220, this seemed incredible value. I loved the place and will go back.

Wonderful food and service. One minus - menu only in Spanish. They offer fried shrimps as starter. Good price and delicious sangria!

Went there today in a group of 6 for late lunch. The place was full but the owner went out of his way to try to fit us in. When he finally gave up trying to find a space, he tried - and managed - to get us a table at a neighbouring bar, which was great. So wonderful to find someone who really cares so much about customers.
