After a farandole of extraordinary appetizers, we continue among the herbs or flowers picked around, with confusing aromas due to their impressive similarity with their generic ones (notably lovage, with the perfect celery taste), which we introduce you to in particular fresh served alone, or the first mushrooms, sumptuously prepared and, again, magnified predominantly or as an accompaniment, or the fish and meat, tasty, whose garnishes blend splendidly with their perfect cooking, and even the desserts and delicacies, we remain amazed, from start to finish, by the pleasure felt when eating such offerings. And we better understand such mastery, in the execution, when we see the chef enjoying serving himself in the dining room, and after having been kindly invited to visit the kitchens, where we are amazed by the passion and seriousness of the many artists who work there. My parents and my 5 year old son were lucky enough to have lunch at Régis & Jacques Marcon. It was a delicious moment. First of all, we are welcomed like Kings! The staff but especially the Chefs are there to greet us and take care of us. Which is very rare even for “Michelin” restaurants. My son was lucky enough to have a dish specially prepared by Chef Régis, a privilege and of unparalleled flavor. Everything we were able to taste was exquisite, with an indescribable flavor. We also had the chance to visit the kitchens and my son was able to choose his dessert directly with Chef Jacques who took him to the kitchen. Refinement in its purest form. A cuisine with healthy, local, seasonal products that we rediscover. They knew how to combine gastronomy, luxury and simplicity. The 3 stars are very well deserved. Nestled in the heart of a small village which has regained color, this restaurant brings it back to life. Time stops in the middle of nature, a green landscape while tasting succulent dishes from our Auvergne chefs.

We had the pleasure of eating and sleeping in this magical place. The meal was exceptional, surprising flavors, a nod to the mushroom throughout the meal. Mr. Marcon visits all the tables, takes the time to chat with you, and also visits the kitchens. The rooms are superb, the lunch is also very good. The Spa after the meal is a continuation to relax. We forgot to book in the village bistro restaurant for the evening, too bad because we had an aperitif and the place was very nice. The only point to review is the lunch room which for me is not up to par with the establishment. We will return with great pleasure to this magical place
Great but...
I have dined “at Marcon” several times. Everything was perfect: welcome, setting, cuisine. I would like to go back and so I have been logging in for months on the 1st of each month to try to reserve a table; it's always full for the month which has just opened with the possibility of reservation. My analysis is that the evening tables are all reserved for people who also take a hotel room. Living a few kilometers from Saint Bonnet, I am not a candidate to sleep there. It's too bad.

One of the best meals of my life, everything was perfect with impeccable service and an impressive choice of wine. However, do not choose the first price wines because they are just ordinary for €100 a bottle.

Exceptional An incredible welcome from Jacques and Regis with a tour of the kitchens. Everything is delicious from the aperitif to the coffee with a meal and blind wine tasting with an outstanding sommelier.

We had dinner with friends at 6 the truly succulent mushroom tasting menu! No complaints The butler is very friendly, the pace of the dishes is very good… nice wine list… on the other hand the restaurant room is cold, the air conditioning on the shoulders not really pleasant for dinner… But above all, hugely disappointed with the end of the hasty meal to close the establishment! The waiter told us “we’re closing, we still have to sleep”! whereas 5 minutes before they agreed to sell us cigars and digestives! (no time to consume…) We found ourselves outside smoking cigars and no excuses! Really not worthy of a 3 Michelin star establishment… really a shame!
The forest on your plate
Magnificent place with a view of the Vivarais which is just as beautiful. Covered parking with direct access to the restaurant. Veranda restaurant where different woods are featured. Autumn tasting menu where of course mushrooms are featured accompanied by wild or aromatic plants. Obviously everything is excellent. We are more interested in subtle cuisine with a forest atmosphere rather than “pep”. The father and son chefs regularly come to the table with kindness and a smile. The good idea to come and offer you a tour of the kitchens. Impeccable service without being stuffy (classic service outfits and perhaps a little austere). Another note: the room is rather poorly soundproofed, which hampers conversations or announcements of dishes. Village of Saint bonnet, very commercial and where you can find restaurant products (bakery, grocery store, etc.) Great time

The place is perfect for recharging your batteries, both in terms of the hotel, the SPA and the gastronomy or even the discovery walk with a person rich in knowledge who teaches you to discover nature and its landscapes.

What an unforgettable moment in this house. Yes, a house because throughout the meal we are accompanied by Régis and one of his sons Jacques, they participate in the service to be able to chat with each of the guests. Yes, we feel like guests at their table, in their world, in this land. We discovered that another son (the last) was also in the kitchen and another managed the SPA. A beautiful family story that we share over a meal. In this friendly atmosphere, in front of a magical panorama, we have the chance to take the large menu and enjoy ourselves: balanced, delicious, strong sensation. Outstanding service. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

Hey @EvocativeFold67, welcome to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.
What happens if my bid expires unanswered? |
Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
Any seller support?
Has anyone found a way to get a question answered? From what I can tell there is no way to get in touch with anyone that works at/for AT. Other than the occasional admin posting a consultation offer here and there they are non existent. A lot of people have the same issue I have where we cannot cash out earnings. I cannot get my warning medal removed even though I am under the threshold. Sad to say but seems like AT is holding up everyone’s funds currently. Very scary and makes me wonder….Please reply if you read this admins and can help. Tried every way possible to get in touch

I accepted a bid for a popular restaurant in Los Angeles only to receive a phone call shortly thereafter informing me that the reservation had been canceled due to it being listed on AT. I of course need to subsequently cancel the reservation on AT but get this warning that my status will be negatively affected for doing so. I have a prepaid reservation, but I'm allowed to transfer that reservation to others for a price that I set (up to the total price I paid).
For selling POSTPAID reservations, do I charge the buyer the full amount of the reservation when transferring? And then the buyer pays something on top of that (which is what is listed in the AppointmentTrader listing?)
Major Issue for Seller
My money is being held hostage! Can you please remove my refund medal as I am below the 11% threshold and should be able to withdraw my full daily amount now? I have been teying for a long time to get a reply on this. Major issue for people looking to do good/right like you ask and make positive sales. Being able to access earned revenue is critical and not getting any reply is very concerning for your sellers. Lot of other people having the same issue. Once below the threshold you should auto remove the warning medals.

Just wanted to put this out there as I find it quite weird. AT will hold money if your sell through rate is to low. I find this strange as you would think that sell through rate should reflect more on AT not marketing their site well enough to generate sales. It seems weird to punish sellers for listings not selling.

Banned from Resy for selling reservations- Do we have a rat on our hands???
I am new to this app and started off by selling a polo bar reservation and then quickly sold one more reservation. Not long after I received emails from Resy saying all my reservations are cancelled and I am being banned from Resy for life. I tried purchasing the reservation at $55 but it failed. Then I purchased it for $30 and it succeeded. However the $55 charge still went through on my card and posted
