My wife and I had a very special evening at Glam this past February. We planned ahead for a unique experience and were not disappointed. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The food and wine pairings were fabulous. The staff friendly and unpretentious - explaining our courses such that we received a real education in what went into preparing a meal like this. We are very appreciative and would happily return.

Perfect in every way
This restaurant surprised us. Not that you can have high expectations at this level. We often do. But Glam had no weaknesses. OK, one small one: we had to ask for a refill of water once. But let's start from the beginning: the reception was confident, perhaps a little distant. The room had six tables and was tastefully decorated. First we were told a little about the evening's schedule before we were served some amuse bouches. All delicious and very nice to look at. When we moved on to the menu, which we had to choose in advance, we were given the menu so we could see what was in store for us. The team was very professional throughout the evening and also thawed out, which rounded off the evening. The dishes were all very strong. The flavors and presentation were excellent and really fun. As the evening went on, we asked ourselves how long it had been since we had a perfect restaurant visit and had to look back a bit. But here we definitely had one that we won't forget anytime soon. What a wonderful experience!
When visiting Venice, we had a wonderful evening at the Glam Restaurant. The dishes presented were each more spectacular than the last. More than 18 gastronomic experiences with details of the region, which made our trip even more beautiful! The extremely attentive service enchanted us. I highly recommend it!

Excellent tasting journey... each course contained the flavours..... raw materials of incredible freshness assembled with skill and wisdom, always meeting balanced and rich flavours. Fabulous and well-trained staff, especially the maitre and sommelier Ottavio is very good with a unique professionalism. Well done, we'll see you again
Journey through the flavors of Veneto.
Immerse yourself in a journey of senses and flavors. This is not just a meal, it is an entire experience of the flavors of the region. There is a reason why this restaurant is so highly rated. Every single point, every single moment, was treated with care courtesy and respect for the ingredients. The staff are courteous, respectful, and professionals, but also friendly. Chef Bartolini guided us through a night we will never forget.
I enjoyed a solo lunch here last week.
The staff is knowledgeable, passionate, and interactive. The setting is that of a fairytale, the preparation of the dishes is that of a master chef. You can't do any better in Venice and, as you might imagine, you can't find anything remotely similar to Glam in the United States. Though this will be a 3+ hour affair, the time could not possibly be better spent.
An excellent restaurant
Absolutely excellent food, plentiful, not elaborate cuisine, but very good. We spent very little. We will definitely return. Professional and friendly staff. English is spoken. At the beginning of the pedestrian area.
wonderful gourmet experience
I booked the Glam with moderate expectations, fresh from several high-level starred experiences, which turned out to be more or less major disappointments. This experience at Glam was one of the most fulfilling in recent years. Given that in 30 years I have been to most of the Italian starred restaurants, I put this lunch in my heart's top ranking! I will not specifically describe the dishes and wines deliciously enjoyed, risking ruining the surprise if you decide to treat yourself to a wonderful experience. I write to you that everything was perfect starting from the welcome, to the maitre d', to the sommelier, to the service, to conclude with the knowledge of the chef. The latter, in addition to being a talent in the kitchen, and having given us a unique sensorial experience, is a wonderful person! The perfect wine pairing with the menu was the other great satisfaction at the end of a fantastic day!
Sophistication, joy and an experience to remember
Restaurant with a few tables, very simple and refined. The staff is extra-courteous and attentive, never intrusive and, indeed, extremely professional with a pleasant note of friendliness and, above all, competence. Dinner is a riot of very pleasant surprises and each dish is a wonderful surprise for the taste and the eyes. Extremely competent sommelier and the suggestions for pairing with the dishes are also surprising. Long live! Wonderful evening, thank you!
Unpleasant experience while there and after
This is my second edited review of this establishment. (Italian law on defamation prevents many criticisms from being written). Suffice it to say ... we had a distasteful experience from the restaurant. Pretty well ruined a week's vacation (in my opinion). Even more distasteful experience with management after posting first review. Was told that they were ready for 'any legal action against' me after 1st review. Would not and could not recommend this establishment to anyone. Wish I could say more. Feel gagged.
A most memorable meal.
Absolutely out of this world! Wen the dishes thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Staff could not have been more welcoming, friendly and attentive, explaining all the elements in each course. Starters were memorable,setting the atmosphere for all following courses. I am not a "fish" person and alternatives were provided for me. It was an early celebration of our Golden Wedding, so the chef provided us with a cake and magnificent petits four

Amazing Experience
This truly is an experience. I visited with my cousin and we had a truly amazing meal that I will always remember. The food was amazing, the service was second to none and the small touches like the heated napkins, meeting the chef and the cork glasses just make the whole meal. Am looking forward to coming back
An unforgettable evening where everything was perfect ...
Even though we have already had many exceptional culinary experiences in many restaurants around the world, rarely has everything been as perfect as here: The particularly friendly service, the quality of the food - both its visual and flavourful preparation, the number of greetings from the kitchen, the many fresh products that came directly from the lagoon and its islands, surprises in between, the wine recommended by the so nice and competent sommelier ... The space initially surprised us with its sober design ... but after a few minutes you began to feel "at home" there too. Thank you to the whole team for this incredible evening in this incredible city ...
Wonderful experience.
Incredible food, friendly staff and warm ambiance. The food was presented beautifully and each dish was an experience. I would recommend this place to anyone traveling to Venice. I sadly don't remember the names of the dishes I ate but I do remember getting a wonderful beet risotto and beef tartare. They also provided a chocolate dessert for my boyfriends birthday free of charge - so sweet!

Ristorante Glam - world-class mastery of flavor and culinary artistry Recently (28/6/2023), my wife and I with two other couples dined at Chef Patron Enrico Bartolini's Ristorante Glam, located in the elegant Palazzo Venart. The ambience exudes elegance (stunning glass artwork by Massimo Lunardon) and intimacy, limited to 8 tables. The dining area overlooks a serene and lush Venetian Garden, in stark contrast to the bustle and din of Venice. We savored the eight-course tasting menu. Highlights included an eclectic collection of cicchetti entitled "a game of tastes and consistencies" (a tasty, chawanmushi-like savory custard served in a truncated eggshell cup; fragrant and tasty black truffle; raw cuttlefish with caviar, gilded with edible gold leaf; fresh mussels, peeled broad bean pods, accented with delicate white flowers in a custard froth; fried cuttlefish bones with even more caviar; and sliced, pesce crudo in a tiny bun draped with a ribbon of dried seaweed); fried Aquadelle (sand smelt) each with a dab of assorted sauces, adorned with brilliantly colored flowers, and arranged like a school of smelt swimming across the plate, a zenith of culinary creativity; delicious, fresh cuttlefish smoked with myrtle, which lent a spicy, citrusy, and slightly bitter flavor; hearty spaghetti with shrimps in cuttlefish ink and sesame; and tender breast of squab in a rich brown demi-glace. Kudos to restaurant manager Davide Bravetti, sommelier par excellence Ottavio Venditto, and Chef Donato Ascani, who graciously visited our table. With his creative artistry, mastery of flavor and cooking technique, Ristorante Glam truly deserves its Michelin 2-star distinction. We look forward to our next visit.

My wife and I had lunch with our son and his girlfriend to celebrate his birthday at Ristorante Glam. The restaurant is a modern space with a wall of windows overlooking the courtyard of the Palazzo Venart. We were fortunate to enjoy a beautiful, sunlit day and the best meal that we've ever had. We chose the "Glam's classics" tasting menu: A game of tastes and consistencies Acquadelle fish with sauces Green beans, pecorino and mint Lamb tongue, sea snails and green sauce Cuttlefish chargrilled Lukewarm spaghetti, shrimps and sesame Juniper risotto, rabbit kidney and chicory water Pigeon, laurel and shallot Predessert Birthday cake As expected, every dish prepared by Chef Donato Ascani was beautifully presented, extremely creative and absolutely delicious. He clearly enjoys creating food that is fun to look at and fun to eat. Each and every dish truly represented Venice. It was also our great pleasure to meet sommelier Ottavio Venditto, who served as our host for most of our meal and directed the excellent, personable staff. He proposed that we begin our meal with a spumante, Le Colture Rive di Santo Stefano-Gerardo Valdobbiadene D.O.C.G. Extra Brut, which was delicious. He left me with the wine list, but when he returned, I told him that we wanted to drink only local wines and especially wanted to try the only truly Venetian wine, which is made from the Dorona grape. Thankfully, the restaurant had it and we got to enjoy a bottle of golden-hued 2015 Venissa Bianco. After we finished it, Ottavio recommended an orange-hued 2014 Gravner Venezia Giulia, which is made from another native Italian grape, Ribolla Gialla. Finally, we enjoyed our dessert with golden 2019 Petrussa Pensiero Venezia Giulia, which is made from yet another native Italian grape, Verduzzo Friulano. At the end of our meal, Ottavio said, "Thank you for trusting me with the wines." Believe me when I say that our trust was very well rewarded. If you have the good fortune to enjoy a meal at Ristorante Glam, I highly recommend that you, too, place your trust in Ottavio.

Like most places of this calibre, this was planned some time ago and with allot of assistance. I don't think I would've found this without assistance.Overall ambiance was beautiful, their timing of their service is impeccable and our server is just so charming.The pour of the wine was very generous, and their food presentation is exquisite.I would love to return next time I'm in Italy.

This restaurant deserves the Michelin stars. Both the food and the wine selection were amazing. The service was from professional waiters we had to do nothing. Everything was on the table, the right time.

2.) A Community User Picks Up the Bid
* MaternalRecord73, an experienced AT user, has a strong track record of successfully securing reservations and low refund requests, they receive a notification about Peter's bid.
* MaternalRecord73 picks up the bid, meaning they will now work on securing the reservation.
* Peter can now talk to MaternalRecord73 for any questions Peter may have as MaternalRecord73 user fills the bid.
3.) Finding the Reservation
* MaternalRecord73 now uses their connections at Ristorante Glam Venezia to secure the table.
* If they successfully get the 6 PM table for four, Peter receives a confirmation that the reservation has been secured.
* If MaternalRecord73 fails to secure the reservation, the bid is returned to the pool so another user can try.
4.) Payment & Protection
