I took my husband for Valentine's Day and paid extra for hearth seating. This ended up being bar seating with the stools touching, very cramped. Get a table is my recommendation. The food was delicious but the service was mediocre. We prepaid for the drink pairing and the truffle explosion. Our waiter had no idea, so when I told her about the drink pairing, I also reminded her about the additional add on and she says "oh yes, truffles, you'll get them." I guess she meant in the truffle risotto on the menu. At the end of the meal, I brought it up to the manager and he simply apologized and offered to take it off the bill, so I'm hopeful to see a refund from tock. The waiter and manager never came back. It was ok but overall quite dissatisfying. I have no plans to go back and what I thought would be a nice dinner was incredibly lackluster. The pairings weren't worth the money and overall, why add a truffle experience to a menu with an already very heavy truffle risotto dish?
