Roland Restaurant Singapore Reviews from The Last Year
Good food great service!
The food at this place is generally good, although we did find the chili crab to be a bit too starchy. Unfortunately, one of the desserts we ordered seemed to have turned bad and had a sour taste. On the bright side, the service was good and the staff were attentive. The ambience, however, was a bit noisy, making it more suitable for big groups and large celebrations.
Give this a try!
Came here for lunch with friends. Randomly the restaurant is above the car park in Marine Parade but honestly - it is worth the visit! It's VERY old school Singapore Chinese food and their signature dish is chilli crab. We are not crab fans so we have never had this dish but there are plenty of other great dishes. The pomfret both ways is both delicious and so impress to look at. Also try the sweet potato leaves, pork ribs, cereal prawns and crispy squid. Try it out - it's worth the treat (but forget the dimsum dishes - stick to the a la carte dishes).
Good value chilli crab
We were recommended this restaurant out of the main area and on the top of a car park. Busy and a little noisy with Singaporeans rather than tourists. A great menu. Chilli crab steamed vegetables and fried rice filled us up beautifully. We took our own wine $15 corkage. A delicious meal. We were offered plastic gloves for our chilli crab. Very much needed but no bib was offered. Apparently you have to ask for one!!?!? Apart from a messy shirt on my husband we thoroughly enjoyed our meal.
Tasty but expensive
We had been hankering for chilli crab since our last visit to Singapore and thought we would try this place which was near our hotel. Being located within a carpark it was a little tricky to find, but worth the search. We made a booking but as the place was only about 5 percent full we didn't need to. We ordered one serve of chilli crab and one serve of pepper crab. Although there wasn't all that much crab in either of our 2 one kilogram crabs, the sauce was delicious. The cost of our meal, including a total of 4 local beers, was a little over $300 Singapore. Not all that great a value, but a very tasty meal indeed.

The site doesn't have resources to properly execute a reservation transfer. Some places allow it however the best bet is to open a chat on the listing from the seller and communicate there

Transferring reservations is not supported in AT. Why not just use the name in the AT screenshot?
