RPM Italian Las Vegas Reviews from The Last Year
Tiramisu!
I could not sit next to the kitchen as it was too warm for me. The kindly moved us. The caesar salad was good. The caprese salad was good. The lobster and cheese was fresh. It could have used a few more tomatoes and it needs a bit more flavour. The lobster ravioli was good. My strawberry giggles needed a nit more strawberry so the waiter was accommodating. I enjoyed the tiramisu. The music was a bit loud and some techno music.
Best Italian in Vegas.
Spectacular Italian food. Loved the Octopus, the bucatini pasta, the king crab pasta and the big Bisteca Fiorentino. Such a great meal to share with my coworkers. It’s vibey but easy to talk in the dining room too. Wine list is really impressive if you love Italian wine like I do.
Delicious food and scene!
Great restaurant with delicious trendy Italian food. Was great people watching with lots of gorgeous people dressed to the nines for a night out. The staff felt very professional and refined. THE FOOD IS SO GOOD! Came back a second time for an early dinner with my kids and had another great meal.
Hidden Oasis
RPM Las Vegas truly left an indelible mark on our dining experience after a bustling day at the bar and restaurant show. Nestled in an unexpectedly serene location in the Forum Shops at Caesar’s Palace, the venue itself is a hidden gem, boasting an interior that’s as stunning as it is inviting. The culinary journey was nothing short of spectacular, with each pasta dish outshining the last in a delightful parade of flavors that showcased the chef’s prowess and attention to detail. Even more surprising was the steak – a dish that, in a sea of exceptional pasta, stood tall in its own right, both in flavor and preparation. RPM Las Vegas has not only met but exceeded our expectations, securing its spot as a non-negotiable fixture in our future Las Vegas itineraries.
First, don't let the be fool you.
This place is MUCH more than Italian. We had a large group of 18 and our server handled us impeccably. Shout out to Patrick for his awesome service and awesome personality!! The place has a super cool vibe, which was unexpected given the location. I will note that the restrooms were less than stellar and needed some attention; a restaurant with a $4000 bottle of wine should have clean bathrooms at a minimum. Now... onto the food. It was amazing. Our group opted to share with one another so I was able to try many different items. In short--there are no bad decisions!
Some of the best pasta we have ever tried.
The tortellini was delicious and definitely recommended. Service was top notch.
Italian food so hot it is now Tex-Mex
I just wanted spaghetti that said it was made on sight. It came with sauce that was too thick. It was very spicy hot. I asked and was told they put red peppers in. I told them that I didn't order Mexican but Italian and expected to be able to taste the spaghetti and even garlic, not have my mouth put on fire with hot peppers. I would not recommend this place.
Food was good went there for bday.
Service was good too. Only odd part, they bought us a birthday ice cream cone but charged it to the bill. Should have asked us if we wanted a birthday cone if they were going to charge us. Just wowed that they brought it out without us ordering it, then charged us for it Update- restaurant reached out, said the charge was an oversight. To send over receipt and the charge would be refunded. I sent over the same day as requested, unfortunately no refund was done. Its been a year now, still no refund. Don't reach out if you aren't really going to fix.
Stylish yet tasty place
We found this place by chance. After walking around Cesar palace we decided to have a drink and take a break . Got to RPM Italian and really enjoyed our dinner .we got bottle of Argiolas Vermentino , super tasty meatballs , Caesar salad , lobster ravioli and short rib bolognese pasta . For the dessert we had macchiato, digestive Amarillo liqueur. The service was very attentive but not intrusive. Our server was very pleasant and friendly. We had a great time and enjoyed delicious dinner. We’ll definitely be back

The space is beautiful & the servers are top notch but the food leaves a little to be desired. Wouldn't not go back, but wouldn't be the place I recommend.
The food was fantastic .
.. I can't think of one dish that wasn't well prepared. Service was slow paced, which isn't necessarily a bad thing. The servers were attentive, but allowed ample time to chat and leisurely enjoy the meal. I think this amount of time will make some people uneasy. Clean, upbeat, and roomy. My only complaint was the old fashioned was sub par. Great presentation and a unique twist ... but it seemed watered down. So skip it for a nice glass of wine.
If you're looking for an upscale venue to come and enjoy
If you're looking for an upscale venue to come and enjoy RPM Italian would be a great experience. The food was amazing. My steak was cooked to perfection, and all the items were perfect.
Overall, disappointing.
The garlic bread was very good and the chicken parm was shareable but our waiter seemed annoyed we didn't order alcohol or dessert and didn't check in. His back waiter was far more attentive and friendly. The food was good, but not worth the price. Ambiance was clean and contemporary but nothing spectacular like some other LV spots. Honestly, don't recommend.

Best happy hour in Vegas! It's inside of Caesar palace, convenience if you stay close by. Gorgeous inside. Drinks and food did not disappoint. The service was attentive. I will go there every time when I visit Vegas.
Every time we come here, the service and food is impeccable.
We were in Vegas for Superbowl and so we were staying at Caesars because Caesars was NFL headquarters, and this restaurant is in the Forum Shops. Highly recommend in every way.
Incredible experience!
Exceptional attention from the staff, very friendly, cordial and very respectful. Quick in attention and in serving the dishes. Excellent food, by far the best Italian food we have had in Las Vegas, very well presented and very delicious. For my son who has multiple food allergies, they accommodated his needs very well and suggested multiple options. We were definitely delighted with this restaurant.
Enjoy an elegant meal in a lovely environment.
Located in the Forum Shops at Caesars. Beautiful decor, soft lighting and music, there is a full bar. The server was friendly, helpful and attentive. The menu includes popular Italian dishes, appetizers, salads, bread service, small pizzas, homemade pastas and other entrees, including high end steaks. We had the bread service (truffled garlic bread), shared the RPM Caesar salad. My friends had the Rigatoni alla vodka, Pappardelle Bolognese, Cacio e Pepe, I had the Prosciutto Tortelloni. All of the dishes were the perfect portion sizes, delicious and beautifully presented.
Meh
Great atmosphere but the food wasn't that good. The carbonara was unlike anything I've ever had and it was far from traditional.
Well Done!
Had dinner with my family last night and loved everything. Best steak of the year award goes to the Wagyu NY steak special! Had the steak tartare. Lobster caprese, 3 different specialty breads, arancinj, Italian salad and more. Our server Eric was great. Super attentive but not intrusive. It was our first time there and I highly recommend RPM!

It can be under your name or a name you choose! Some reservation offers already include the AppointmentTrader Transfer Service which will transfer the reservation in to your name. If its not included you can add it on after buying the reservation for a small fee. One thing on that though: As many reservations become available at last minute, taking a reservation in someone else name is quick and great for privacy. Most reservations on AT are listed with a virtual phone number, so all you need to do is present the phone number at the hostess stand and you are good to go!
