Ruth's Chris was awesome!! This was my 2nd time at a Ruth's Chris, but it was my mom's 1st time, and she enjoyed every last bit of it. We first had the stuffed mushrooms and the crab cakes, they were both good, but those crab cakes were amazing. My mother had steak and shrimp and I had the steak Oscar and again everything was wonderful. To top it off our server Rodney was great, he did not miss a beat. I suggest you go to Ruth's Chris you will not be disappointed!!

We are locals and have always had a great experience at this location. We chose it for a special holiday dinner with our large family for that reason. It started out great-our server was friendly and knowledgeable, as was the man she informed us was working with her. Drinks,appetizers and entrees came within a reasonable amount of time and in all fairness were as good as we expected. That is when it went downhill. We literally sat for one hour before anyone came to our table again. It was as if a huge table of people suddenly became invisible. At first we were talking and enjoying the atmosphere and it wasn't a big deal-thirty minutes later it became ridiculous. We finally stopped someone and asked if we could get some leftovers packed up. The young man took the food and never brought it back. We finally stopped someone else who apologized for the wait and offered dessert which several members of our group had looked forward to.We ordered dessert,asked for our check and inquired about the missing leftovers at the same time because by this time the evening was ruined and we just wanted to go home.That was another lengthy wait. We all know what to expect here and this was not it.We are not a rude or demanding group.Two members of the group did speak with the manager on the way out. He was dismissive and said he would "speak to the staff." I am not one to write a negative review but this was unacceptable.

Ruth Chris Savannah - first class service in the heart of the city! Context: we were looking for a nice spot to celebrate a special occasion Parking: street parking is hard but there is a lot attached to the building that offers ample parking. Easy! Drinks: they have a great selection of custom cocktails. The drink menu is on an iPad which is fun! Food: the food is all amazing. They have some local dishes like the seafood gumbo. It was delicious!!! We also got the New York Strip, Chilean sea bass, Brussel sprouts, asparagus, potatoes au gratin and beef ravioli. The beef ravioli was probably our fave! Service: top notch. They greet you by your last name. The restaurant is fairly exclusive. You must make a reservation. If you don't have one you can only sit in the bar area - no walk ins allowed. Our server was new - literally his first night. He was good. Asked questions when he didn't know the answer. Atmosphere/vibe: we went for a birthday celebration and there were quite a few others doing the same. The place is fancy. Dress code is strictly enforced. The decor is gorgeous and upscale. Age group: mainly adults 30 and over. Did not see any children. Bathroom: actually didn't experience it at this spot! Return: yes, when next in Savannah!

Food was delicious, ambiance was beautiful and the service by Sasha, Malik, and Steph was fantastic. I sat on the bar side and without being overbearing, they made me feel at home and taken care of. Picture is the Ribeye with a side of Au Gratin which came out sizzling and smelling delicious. I definitely recommend eating here, especially if you are celebrating an event.

We always leave happy. Mary , Josh & Maddy top notch servers and will always make you feel like every occasion or date night is perfect! Highly recommend it's our go to for date nights all special occasions and just to even grab a desert. You won't be disappointed.

Everything about this restaurant was wonderful. The seating was comfortable, our waitress Mary Alexis was a true professional, but most of all it was the best steak I have had in years! Unbelievably perfect!

service was slow . 3 hrs total. soup arrived cold. steak was not rare. brought out the french fries when coffee was served. out of some desserts but never told us. total disaster. We went to Ruth's Chris last evening after trying to get into Belfords. Belfords closed almost an hour early because they were not busy. My pet peeve with any professional restaurant. Don't usually choose the chains, but RC rarely disappoints. We love the restaurant scene in Savannah and enjoy our visits...usually. Last night we arrived at approx 8:40pm and sat at the bar. We ordered a glass of wine and a split wedge and lobster bisque. Shortly thereafter, a young server brought the food on a tray and attempted to sit the tray about 2 feet from us when he lost control, and the entire contents of the tray hit the floor! We had glass, food, bisque all under our feet, and some on our pant legs, which we wiped off. We felt terrible for the young man. When he asked if we were ok, we expressed concern and embarrassment for him and assured him we were fine. We did have to get up and move our chairs back so he could sweep underneath our feet. Lots of glass and food! They then delivered the salad again but brought gumbo instead of bisque, which they quickly replaced. We noticed the wedge had no tomatoes, so we ordered a side of diced tomatoes and were told they were out of tomatoes! The steak was cooked correctly, but nothing special. I finished about a third of it. My good friend opened this Ruth's Chris many years ago when he worked for the company. He would be mortified by the Mgr who witnessed the entire episode and said nothing to us. My wife and I wondered if they would adjust the bill at all. When they brought the bill, no adjustment and no apology from anyone.

We were full of anticipation and ordered the wine and the food and then stayed there quietly. We waited over an hour and when the service came again the wine was a vintage 2020 instead of a 2018 as we had ordered. So we wanted the real thing or a glass of wine instead. The food came in with ice-cold sauce, and when the waiter was alerted and came back with cold sauce once again, the first 3 times hot sauce came. And when we were about to finish, the red wine finally arrived. So when you have 650 dollars for 4 steaks and 4 glasses of red wine, I expect top service and it was so far from
Everything about our dinner tonight was great.
The interior is beautiful. The stuffed mushrooms, shrimp cocktail for appetizers and bread for the table, delicious. Steaks cooked perfectly. Cheesecake was outstanding! Best of all is the service. Outstanding in every way.

OMG!!! What an amazing place this is! The food is absolutely phenomenal! Best steak and king crab legs I've ever had! our server Kate is so amazing! She's very attentive and very punctual. Their staff from the food runner to the host to the chef are top tier! We can't thank the staff enough for making our honey dinner more perfect than it was! Great Dining Experience!
Our server, Laura, was amazing!! She was very attentive and overall very professional. We ordered the Grilled Shrimp and Tomahawk Ribeye Steak with a side of Grilled Asparagus and Creamed Spinach with and it was absolutely delicious!! It was our first visit to Ruth’s Chris in Savannah and it won’t be our last. Thank you for the experience Laura! See you soon.

If you are wanting a classically good steak dinner, look no further than Ruth's Chris. They have steak down to a science - and it was delicious. The meats are a la carte and then you can pick your sides, which are large enough for 2-3 people to share. They also have a selection of "classic" dinners which include soup or salad, entree with 1 side, and dessert at set price. The meat comes out on 500 degree plates sizzling and sitting in the yummiest browned butter. The steaks were cooked perfectly to our liking as you would expect in a place like this. They were also well seasoned with no additional sauces or seasoning needed. The waitstaff was perfectly attentive. Our server, Deon, was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful as we perused the menu. Drinks were refilled quickly, and I swear one time she arrived with a new soda for my husband just as he was finishing one where she took the empty and set down the new one without skipping a beat. One tip- we looked online at reservations and it was showing no seating until 8:15. We walked over at 7 to see if we could find bar seating and the place was nearly empty! Not sure why the reservation system would show like this, but if you want seating, either call or stop in and likely could be accommodated.

Good was amazing and service was overall pretty good. Not fine dining, but better than Longhorn. The blonde older lady (manager? Not sure bc she didn’t have on a name tag) who checked us in was incredibly rude. We almost did not stay because she was unpleasant to everyone she spoke to including us. Not a great first impression.

If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

Hey @EvocativeFold67, welcome to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.
What happens if my bid expires unanswered? |
Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.

Has anyone found a way to get a question answered? From what I can tell there is no way to get in touch with anyone that works at/for AT. Other than the occasional admin posting a consultation offer here and there they are non existent. A lot of people have the same issue I have where we cannot cash out earnings. I cannot get my warning medal removed even though I am under the threshold. Sad to say but seems like AT is holding up everyone’s funds currently. Very scary and makes me wonder….Please reply if you read this admins and can help. Tried every way possible to get in touch

I accepted a bid for a popular restaurant in Los Angeles only to receive a phone call shortly thereafter informing me that the reservation had been canceled due to it being listed on AT. I of course need to subsequently cancel the reservation on AT but get this warning that my status will be negatively affected for doing so. I've reached out to customer support about this several times with no response, not sure what to do in this station. Hoping someone can advise.

I have a prepaid reservation, but I'm allowed to transfer that reservation to others for a price that I set (up to the total price I paid).
For selling POSTPAID reservations, do I charge the buyer the full amount of the reservation when transferring? And then the buyer pays something on top of that (which is what is listed in the AppointmentTrader listing?)
Major Issue for Seller
My money is being held hostage! Can you please remove my refund medal as I am below the 11% threshold and should be able to withdraw my full daily amount now? I have been teying for a long time to get a reply on this. Major issue for people looking to do good/right like you ask and make positive sales. Being able to access earned revenue is critical and not getting any reply is very concerning for your sellers. Lot of other people having the same issue. Once below the threshold you should auto remove the warning medals.

Just wanted to put this out there as I find it quite weird. AT will hold money if your sell through rate is to low. I find this strange as you would think that sell through rate should reflect more on AT not marketing their site well enough to generate sales. It seems weird to punish sellers for listings not selling.

Banned from Resy for selling reservations- Do we have a rat on our hands???
I am new to this app and started off by selling a polo bar reservation and then quickly sold one more reservation. Not long after I received emails from Resy saying all my reservations are cancelled and I am being banned from Resy for life. How could this have possibly happened without a rat telling Resy that I sold the reservation. I need some advice on this situation and let’s catch the rat!
