Whole Branzino, Greek Salad, and Feta Fries (enough for two people, the Branzino was the chef's special for the day. A+ on preparation & taste) the entire restaurant is BEAUTIFUL! Right in the water.
Be the first to ReplyI am giving this restaurant 2 stars because the food
I am giving this restaurant 2 stars because the food deserves 5 stars but the service less than 1 star. I don't even know where to start because I have been here twice and both times I was unimpressed with the service. The first time the server added $50 to his tip. I reached out to the restaurant and never heard back so I wound up reporting it as a fraud charge to American Express and got my money back that way. To be honest, I forgot all about it after that point. And clearly I was not burned enough the first time because I went back to the restaurant this past Sunday. This time the service was atrocious. Our drinks never came out even close to each other, even though we put our orders in all the same time. And they were only five people in our party. I could understand if we were ordering something very complicated, but the one drink that never seemed to come out in a timely manner was just a simple glass of red wine. Then about 20 minutes into our meal one of the food runners was goofing off and dropped an entire tray of food, which went everywhere, including all over patrons. (There was also a constant smell of weed coming from that area although that could've been a guest but that didn't help my opinion of the situation). This was Si Si's white party so everybody was pretty dressed up and needless to say no one was wearing dark clothes that could cover up food stains. My cousin and his friend got food all over their clothes and we didn't get so much as an apology from the restaurant. Then when we asked to move tables, they gave us a hard time about it. And because I'm a glutton for punishment, I decided it would be a good idea to stay and hang out at the bar after dinner. That was an equally bad idea because the bartender was a complete jerk. I first ordered a Bacardi soda and he tried to give me dark rum. He seemed put out that I told him I wanted white rum, and then he wound up filling the drink with Coke instead of with soda water like I had asked. I was nice about it and told him that I wanted soda and he looked at me and said " you said you wanted Coke" and I responded " No, I said I wanted soda." And he repeated in a pissed off tone that I said I wanted Coke. I was flabbergasted because he rolled his eyes at me like I was the idiot who messed up. For three drinks my bill was $100 so you would think the bartender would be less douchy. I understand that this is a really expensive restaurant and perhaps sometimes the staff gets treated poorly. But my husband and I are very middle class and we don't even live in New York. We save our money so that we can have nice meals when we go visit my cousin in the Hamptons every year. And I'm not trying to rationalize that it's OK to treat rich people crappy. I'm just saying that not everyone who goes these restaurants is is loaded. So when you make a lot of sacrifices to spend money on a nice dinner and then have such terrible service, it's incredibly disappointing. I will not be back to Si Si's.

I have no idea why people go to this place!!! Let's start with the food... not good AND overpriced ... the fish i had.. i have had better at food halls!!! The pasta was cold.. then service.. horrible... not because of the waiter.. he was working his butt off to please everyone but he had to take care of the entire upstairs.. the hosts' attitude was... we are making you a favor to seat you!!! And can someone from the management explain me why when all the inside tables upstairs are empty all night but they keep seating people outside to have them freeze because they do not bother to put at least one .. yes one.. of the tens of heaters they have downstairs where the wind is much much less? So if you want to have a bad night go there...

My first time here, but a longtime diner at many other Hamptons restaurants. The four of us agreed that the food was good - Halibut, 2 x Striped Bass, and scallops - but not exceptional. The setting is a beautiful waterfront on 3 Mile Harbor. The server - Michelle S. - after taking our cocktail order, disappeared for 30 minutes when we weren't quite ready to order ( "I'll be right back"), never checked on us once we were served, charged us for an extra drink we didn't order, charged us for pita bread that was never served, and although he adjusted the bill, was not one bit apologetic, and instead almost angry that I asked about the incorrect check. Not a place I would recommend.
Be the first to ReplyFood was bland.
Got the lobster which was chewy and not fresh. Pasta tasted like it was cooked yesterday and re heated. Place was loud, tacky, and overpriced for what it was. Very disappointing and won't return or recommend. Service was lackluster as well.

Decided to take a ride out east from NYC to enjoy the weather and what we anticipated to be good meal for brunch. The ride with the top down was awesome. the valet guys were great. the doorman was also great at his job. The first thing that hit us in the face, was the insanely loud club music blaring throughout the place. We literally could not hear each other speak. The waiter said we have to yell, that they won't turn the volume down. To add insult to injury, an amateur saxophone player tried to accompany the early 2000's club music. Pitiful attempt and only made our hearing worse for the effort. Ordered two lemonades. Instead of saying that they don't have lemonade, they made us a 2 sglasses of water with concentrated lemon juice in it. Ordered a dozen oysters; they were dry, as if pre-shucked to save time. The saving grace was a decent bagel plate. Excellent lox. I'm not typically a complainer and would normally let this go but I would prefer to alert others to this experience to save them the trip. Brunch is not club time.

This restaurant is in such a beautiful location ! We had an 8 PM reservation as the sunset on a Sunday night in the Hamptons. We were seated at 8:01 and at 8:35 PM had only been given water and had not met our server yet. At that point, we ordered a bottle of wine for the table and Mocktail and my friend ordered a white Negroni. The bottle of wine came 10 minutes later and then he stuffed away and when he came back, he said what else do you need and we said what we would like to order but also we would like our drinks so he left and then he came back and said that, even though they have a full bar, they could not make a white Negroni then he stepped away, then came back with a mock tail, then took our order. We were missing cutlery we had to get up to actually get our server a couple of times. our wine was for some reason kept in a bucket two tables down, and we sat with empty glasses for long enough that we got up and went and found our bottle and brought it back. The food was great! The service was horrible, he was entirely "over it". as we were wrapping up our dinner at 10 PM(a party of five with two bottles of wine some drinks entrées for everybody , we spent some $$) As we were finishing up, we had to contend with literally chairs being dragged and stacked all around us. Every table around us was broken down candles, removed, and chairs were being stacked right next to our table. We would never go back here, which is such a shame because the ambience was right and the food was great.
Be the first to ReplyI really want to like SiSi.
The location is great, the food is delicious, but the service and overall operation was questionable. The atmosphere: was great being right on the water. Sitting outside at sunset is a must. The music, on the other hand, had a party vibe, which didn't quite fit the style I would expect. The staff: were friendly but the service was not good. For my party, we didn't have issues, but multiple tables around us did. For a restaurant that charges a high price, it is expected that everything is available on the menu. Typically, specials will sell out, but on the night I went 4-5 main dishes sold out, leaving some tables questioning why they came. I understand selling out of one or two dishes, but certainly not what seemed like half the menu. The food: was delicious. The meze appetizer was really good, but $49 for a cold plate of dips is a steep price. The chicken was tasty, but the short ribs really were the highlight of the meal. The tenderness of the beef and the amazing sauce were a great combo. Like I said, I wanted to like this place, but the service and wait times were a bit too ridiculous.

BEAUTIFUL sunset views for dinner! Food was absolutely delicious. Great DJ! Only three stars because they completely rush you through your dinner reservation. If you're looking for a dinner here with cocktails, appetizers, wine, main, dessert, and more cocktails, you're not getting that here. You've got those views and that table for 90 minutes baby then it's to the bar you go! Enjoy it!!

We came here for dinner the night we got engaged and the service was amazing from start to finish!! We were offered champagne to celebrate and the manager offered to take sunset pics for us which were beautiful! They truly made us feel so special all evening. The food is Mediterranean and we enjoyed every item! Beautiful place that holds such a sweet memory for us!
Be the first to ReplyBread still in flight with the baby formula.
...both have no chance of coming!!!!!!!! When you pick a time you'd like to be seated, make sure to make a reservation an hour earlier that your desired time. You're guaranteed at least a 20 minute wait, but it's most likely going to be 45mins to an hour. The menu is pricey across the board, and it's clear you're paying handsomely for the view. However, If you consider how ABSURDLY LONG you need to wait for your food it's reasonable.....The service is a joke, they will offer you bread and claim "it's in the oven and will be out in a minute" only for you to be breadless 45 mins later after asking twice politely.Additionally, prior to coming here I was under the impression that ordering an appetizer meant getting food before the mains and within 60 minutes. When the food eventually comes, it's cold. The hilarious part is the paella comes in a giant skillet that's ICE COLD! It looked nice, but it was $200 for a thin layer of rice and a lot of beautiful EMPTY SHELLS. They said it's "a lot of seafood" but that is a myth. Our fries came cold, when we askI guess the extra they charge you for every item is monetized over hours of waiting....This place is not worth a reservation, just come for a drink at the bar and enjoy the view unless you want to get TREATED LIKE DIRT.
Be the first to ReplyHad a really great dining experience here this summer.
Beautiful view of the harbor and really great food. The entrance to the restaurant is quite nice as well. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice sunset dinner in The Hamptons.

A gem on the water in east Hampton! This place is a hike and in the middle of nowhere - I'm talking back roads and no service (typical) so make sure to load your GPS before heading over. The parking lot is a mess but the valet makes it easy. We were seated right away, but had to wait a bit and talk to quite a few servers before ordered food and drinks. The drinks are extremely overpriced ($25 for a cocktail?) but it comes with the territory. What this restaurant lacks, it makes up for with the views and the food. Truly stunning atmosphere and amazing sunsets. Get the hummus to start - amazing (and super filling)!
Be the first to ReplyGorgeous restaurant and views, service is a tad slow.
The food and drinks were really good and the staff was friendly. Would def return! Wish I had been there for one of the party brunches last year.

First time , last time , never againWe entered in time for sunset but were not allowed to sit at the table as our table was not completeI ordered a glass of Prosecco which was tasteless ; I was not offered another glass of sparkling at the same price An old fashioned came in a small portion compared to the other old fashioned The wine that we ordered was warm and could not be poured ; it was taken away to be made cold; not returned for quite some time When we ordered we were told we had to order appetizers and our mains at the same time rather than start with appetizers and order mains a few minutes later We were disappointed with the the level of service . Our wait person was good but clearly the restaurant understaffed and she could not pay attention to us as one would expect at a fine dining experience . To pay nearly $800 for dinner one would expect more . The food was good not great; disappointing for such a high end meal. Clearly we expected more; very disappointing
Be the first to ReplyHad a really positive experience here.
They seated us even though it was relatively close to closing time. The wait staff seemed friendly and accommodating, although we did wait a noticeably long time for a server to initially come to our table. The food was great, everything tasted fresh and the ambience of the place was lovely. The scallops were cooked perfectly and the the tuna tartare had amazing flavor. Appreciated that the waiter asked for our dessert order early so it could be put in before the kitchen closed for the night!

Our first visit, which was highly recommended by my long time friend "Hector Romero" . My wife and I celebrated our wedding anniversary. We live 2 hours away and we enjoyed every minute from arrival to our departure. We were greeted by two wonderful hostesses. We arrived before our reservation, we hung out in the bar area which was a beautiful setting. The bar tenders where very professional and nice. We were seated on time outside watching the beautiful sunset. Our waiter "Sergio" treated us both like family, he explained everything from cocktails to our dessert. He kept checking up on us frequently during a packed house of guests. We both had a glass of Terlato, Pinot Grigio. We started with charred octopus with burnt eggplant , yogurt, crispy artichoke, and paprika vinaigrette , it was perfectly prepared and every bite was heaven, we also had the baby lamb chops , with chermoula, pickled vegetables, cold moroccan couscous, also over the top choice. For our main my wife ordered the spaghetti vongole with manila clams, preserved lemon and parsley and garlic breadcrumbs and I went with the 14 oz dry aged ny strip , bonemarrow maître d butter and panzanella, we both were fighting over each of our dishes, every dish was fresh and delicious with mouth watering flavors. For our dessert we ordered the orange cheesecake with caramel sauce, cookie crumb and passion fruit sorbet , all I can say is "heaven" , especially the dish displayed "Happy Anniversary" on a piece of chocolate. We definitely found a great place and can't wait to return. All of the seating faces west on the water overlooking a marina and especially the breathtaking sunset. We highly recommend Si Si

Absolutely delicious!! My husband and I dined here for lunch this past Saturday. The restaurant is absolutely beautiful with a perfect view of the water.I ordered the spicy rigatoni while my husband ordered the steak and eggs. Both dishes were delicious. The Calabrian sauce on my penne was something I have not tasted before but highly recommend guests to try. My husband's steak and eggs came with a few sides that really filled us up.Say yes and dine at Sí Sí!
Be the first to ReplyA rather unfortunate experience at Si Si.
Made a reservation for sunset and arrived on time on a Sunday evening but was given only an indoor table. When we requested for an outdoor table since there were many free ones we were told they had reservations to which our argument was that we had a reservation too, whats the difference between the rest of them and us. Then we were told wait for 30 mins and you'll be given an outdoor table, not sure what was going to change in 30 mins but we settled at our table and ordered our first round of drinks. Wait staff constantly came by for dinner orders and their tune changed when asked for an outdoor table citing very busy Sunday, no tables available for the next one hour when we were told we'll be given an outdoor table in 30 mins earlier when we were seated indoors. Never mind I understand plans change, so we informed them that we'll not be having dinner since we came to sit outside and enjoy dinner with a view but if they cannot accommodate no worries, we'll take our business elsewhere. Hold and behold in about 5 mins the hostess who sat us (been 40 mins now and sun is down, same hostess who sat us indoor but refused twice before to seat us outside) comes saying our outdoor table is ready! I like how the minute we said sorry we aren't ordering food indoor, our outdoor table magically arrives :) We move outside and enjoy a nice dinner. Food leaves lot of be desired, spicy rigatoni pasta has no calibrian chili in it at all and the lamb burger has no flavour. One thing to note here, we arent white. Only saving grace were the drinks and the view. Food and the attitude of the wait staff and hostess were terrible. Makes me think they want to cater to an audience of a certain ethnicity, which is fine, but might as well deny the rest of us at reservation stage itself saving all of us an unpleasant experience

Pretty much the dictionary definition of a cool Hamptons spot. Food is as pricey as you'd expect, but it's all very good and the view is fantastic. Scallops were the highlight. Really fresh and cooked perfectly.

Great service and terrific food!Everyone are very professional and friendly. Love this place.
Be the first to ReplyThe only thing good about this restaurant is the view.
Service terrible, waiter comes by 30 minutes after being seated, drinks taste like they were a store bought premixed and the food extremely mediocre (at best). The prices are ridiculous for airport quality food and service that is non existent. Would avoid this.
Be the first to ReplyLovely restaurant on the water.
The food was good but I wanted a little more of it. :) We were there for Brunch. So our options were somewhat limited. We started with the cauliflower. Yummy but I was wishing for more sauce. I had the salmon board for two. There was really only enough salmon for one. Since I was sharing, I was disaapointed by the skimpy portion. My husband had the steak and eggs. I will say the steak was the star and very delicious, cooked perfectly. The chimichurri sauce was spot on. The eggs though! So dry and the menu does not say the eggs are scrambled. So I'm not sure if it was my husband's fault for not asking how the eggs would be prepared (he assumed fried) or our waiter should have asked how he wanted his eggs. Nevertheless, they were overlooked and that took away from an otherwise perfect dish. The service was excellent and I would still recommend.
Be the first to ReplyThe Managment is awful.
The manager will lie to your face about your reservation time and tell you that the open table you booked for sunset is taken when there is clearly no one waiting "at the bar." ( we got to watch the open table site empty for 30 min and miss the sunset while the mysterious party who came after us and sat before us) Sadly I was foolish enough to book online w a credit card (i had given a 300 deposit) for awful treatment.Avoid this place if you value being treat with any class.
