Perfect lunch place
Reasonable prices for a three course lunch. Everything tasted very good and was nicely presented. The restaurant also sells cheesecake, ham etc.

Everything was excellent! Vitello with tuna sauce cooked at low temperature and the agnolotti del plin melted in your mouth! The bunet was also delicious
Be the first to ReplyAn excellent neighbourhood restaurant
Scannabue lies in a lovely Square, the building and the interior are Piemontese Art Deco. The food is more than excellent, beautifully cooked like a work of art. I loved the anchiovy antipasto; the vitello tonnato is also a MUST as an antipasto. Pasta and meat dishes are delicious. The vibes are also nice with a mixed clientele of young and less young.

On a weekend in Turin, a visit to this restaurant can no longer be missed! Super satisfied with our first time. We took the traditional menu and it was all very good and tasty. Nice location and very attentive waiters. To have places like this…

High quality Italian restaurant. Friendly and efficient service. Exceptional value for money. I recommend the traditional menu at 35 euros which will offer you a range of flavors from Piedmont. An opportunity to taste the famous wines of Piedmont, Barolo, Barbera, Brunello di Montalcino and the Arneis grape variety for white lovers. Finally, the Largo Saluzzo offers all the charms of an Italian piazza in the summer.
Be the first to ReplyGood Turin cuisine
Good Piedmontese cuisine (with not very large portions); there were 7 of us so we tasted different dishes The veal with tuna sauce, the plin and also the braised cheek are very good. The colurjones are very good, a Sardinian dish in reality, but very well cooked. A slightly negative note is that the place is always very crowded so it's definitely cramped inside
Be the first to ReplyA nice surprise 😊
We had dinner in this restaurant recommended to us by a friend and we were pleasantly surprised: the dishes were perfect, balanced, the right quantity, excellent quality (in particular the braised cheek, you almost didn't need to chew!). Price in line with the quality of the products. Attentive and courteous staff, in particular a note of merit for Flavio, a professional, helpful and friendly waiter! Overall we can define ourselves as fully satisfied! We will definitely return and will happily recommend it.
Be the first to ReplyPerfect for tasting a bit of tradition
All in the midst of Turin tradition and all delicious. Actually too much, eaten as if there was no tomorrow, but it's difficult to give up desserts too. The rib was butter... the service was also excellent

Wonderful journey into the Piedmontese culinary tradition. All excellent, with a special mention for the vitello with tuna sauce, unparalleled goodness.
Be the first to ReplyExcellent food, pleasant setting, surprisingly inexpensive
I had dinner there a couple of days ago, while on a business trip. I selected Scannabue based on the Michelin guide's review, coupled with a location convenient to me and the possibility of dining outside. I could not have chosen better for that evening. The food that my companion and I had was excellent, and we both left impressed. We had vitello tonnato, rabbit preserve & salad, venison & grilled eggplant, and ravioli with plin, plus desserts. At 76 euros in total, including water and two glasses of wine, I am more than impressed: I am astounded. Well worth it.

Really lovely set menu meal which the whole family thoroughly enjoyed. Great food, well presented with friendly service to match. And very good value for what we had. Would definitely repeat.

Great food, attentive service, a lovely atmosphere... What more could you want? The prices are reasonable, not cheap by any means. The food, though... Superb!

I would say this restaurant offers a very good value. The food is of a good standard for low prices. The staff were accommodating despite the fact that we were late to our reservation which was the final slot. They were open and down-to-earth which is always appreciated over pretentiousness. The only thing I would say is if you are sensitive to heat in the summer ask for a table in the innermost part of the indoors area if possible.

Extremely unfriendly waitress. Mediocre food. It’s very busy, I have no idea why. Also, the area is a bit doggie. Go somewhere else.

Had a reservation in this very nice restaurant. The agnolotti was delicious as was all the food. Very nice wine also. Friendly staff and could speak English which was good for us.

We ordered the Degustation Menu. All 4 dishes have been delicious! We paired with a recommended Nebbiolo. Service was very friendly.
