Scottsdale Fashion Square Scottsdale Reviews from The Last Year
Shopping time
In the heart of Downtown Scottsdale, this is a gem of shopping that offers shoppers an amazing experience of unmatched indoor shopping, dining and entertainment experience. Here, you can find some of the world-famous fashion designers and hautecouture. Top brands found at every turn such as Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, and Macy’s. I myself enjoyed shopping here browsing at Macy’s, Nordstrom and Sephora. The food court is at the lower level offers shoppers a break to fuel up before resuming shopping. This is a real shopping haven.
I visited this mall as a an out of towner not a local.
I thoroughly enjoyed how upscale and clean it is. The selection of stores was great. There are plenty of food options, as well as boba. Lululemon and Anthropologie were the highlights for me, but overall it's a great mall. There are high end stores as well as more reasonably priced options. It is worth going to if in Scottsdale. It would definitely provide air conditioned refuge from the 95-110 degree heat that plagues the summer in Phoenix/Scottsdale.
Good mix of high end and regular shopping.
Not a bad mall. The SAs at the Louis Vuitton, D&G, Bottega Veneta, and Jimmy Choo were VERY nice and super attentive. The SA's at the Chanel in Neiman Marcus were terrible and very snotty and rude. There was a good mix of high end designers but also plenty of more affordable shopping options as well. We were able to spend a good 4 hours here and still only go to about 1/3 of the stores in the mall. You can check your luggage with concierge if needed.
Awesome shopping experience!! Upscale shopping at its best.
I am a bit disappointed that Crate & Barrel and Sur la Table left though
This mall has everything you could possibly want! It's
This mall has everything you could possibly want! It's massive with a fantastic food court, although finding a seat can be a bit tricky... It felt like a challenge just to secure a table. Additionally, there are plenty of upscale stores to explore. You can easily lose track of time wandering around this place.
Visited here winter 2023.
The last time I was at this mall was with my mom in spring of '92. This tim, '23, I brought my husband as we were holidaying in Scottsdale. The mall is larger now, and we didn't get quite thru it, due to time restraints. What we saw was a lovely, bright, spacious mall. A mix of high-end stores, and less expensive ones. I was in one of the cheaper stores, that was having a sale, and the line-up was so long, that I decided not to buy anything and left. Hope to make it back here again some year.
Lovely Inside Mall With Tons of Classy Stores
This is a huge mall with many name brand and classy stores and restaurants. They even have valet parking, if you want it. We were only there a short time, but it was pretty awesome!
Beware of Truffoire skin care kiosk & seller - 3rd party
If a man pops out of a black walled kiosk & tells you about skincare, beware! The problem is that this is a third party seller. NO RETURNS! He behaves like an intense used car dealer! Prices will not be discussed. "Jack" will not take no for an answer. I thought I was getting 2 lower priced creams. I told him straight out I can NOT AFFORD $$$ the $1,350.00 syringe under eye solution. He said he will take care of it & "between you and me, I will give you a special deal." When I got back to the place I was staying, I almost fell over & called customer service through Truffoire.com. They told me it is a third party seller - Scottsdale Beauty & they can't help me. I wanted to return the under eye syringe, but I am stuck because they don't accept returns. I felt like I was taken advantage of & humiliated, spineless. My fault & terrible financial learning lesson. Fashion Square Mall should NOT allow them to take advantage of their customers any longer!
Nice shopping mall, all the fancy schmancy designers! We
Nice shopping mall, all the fancy schmancy designers! We had lunch in the food court. A lot of choices, good experience
The best time to go here to shop is during the week.
There's hardly any one here and parking is easily accessible! I brung my out of town guests here to shop! Fun times! The mall shopping has changed since Covid in my opinion, because so many companies discontinued products. I've also noticed that, some of the lower end stores(meaning not as pricey) have moved here, giving those on lighter budgets, the ability to shop. I hope that these businesses all succeed! I recommend shopping here as well as, eating here since Kona grill is our go to spot. I'm loving the diversity here! There's something for everyone! I only wish that the parking ramps were well lit! It's $20- $25 to Valet Park here which explains why no one hardly ever does it which honestly.... since the parking ramp is so darn dark, might be worth it! No judgements here because I'd use the service during the Holidays or, if I had small Children. YOLO You will definitely get excessive exercise walking in here! Happy shopping humans!
Not what I expect from Neiman Marcus
We stopped by the Neiman Marcus in Scottdale Fashion Plaza. I needed a new suit for a Ribbon Cutting and wanted to high end stress free experience. Well that didn't happen. It started out fine. We started looking at suits and were helped by an employee. I settled to try on a Giorgio Armani suit. We asked if the suit would be able to be altered in 2 days as we were flying out. We asked this before looking for other accessories, Shirts, shoes, belt. The salesperson came back and said he had checked with the tailor and that wouldn't be a problem. So we picked out the rest of the accessories. I went to the dressing room and tried on the clothes. Then the tailor measured everything and I changed and paid for everything. Over $6000! Then then tailor says I'm taking tomorrow off and I can't have the suit ready be Thursday. It was Tuesday. STRANGE since the salesperson had supposedly checked just a little while before and it was no problem. He then said just a minute. He made a call. He then said it won't be a problem as I'm taking you to Express Tailoring just next to the store and everything is setup for you. They will do the altering for you. So we arrive following him. I then get measured and they tell us we will have it done before the close of business. Great or so I thought. Then it is time to pick up the suit and IT WASN'T ALL TAKEN CARE OF!!I was billed $265. Is this outrageous for minor alterations. YES because we wouldn't have shopped further at Neiman Macus if we had been told that the tailor wouldn't have to suit ready for us before we flew out. When he said everything was taken care of and most normal alterations at Neiman Marcus are free or a slight charge, I shouldn't have to pay $265 because the salesperson lied about the tailor. NOT what you expect from Neiman Marcus..
great mall, Ryan at the desk was cool, he real.
Bathrooms are wild, just as lawless as Detriot
haven't been to a mall since my divorce in 98', but my kids
haven't been to a mall since my divorce in 98', but my kids told me I need to get out more and I hate going outside due to my knee condition. any activity with impact causes swelling. People watching real good, thing have changed since back in the day HAHA. Lots of the youths loitering about, but thats what the young people do. Security guards are older then me, I guess I have hope for a second career
This is the high-end mall in the Scottsdale area.
I came by here during my travels. There is a huge parking lot outside so entering was easy. There are several floors of high-end stores to choose from. It was very large and spread out. It would have been easy to get lost in a random area. There is a large movie theater upstairs which we took advantage of to avoid the heat outside. There are several high-end stores here such as LV, Cartier, Bottega, etc. If you want high end dining there is a Nobu and Toca Madera. If you want less expensive options there is a Shake Shack which is always busy as well as a food court. Great place to do some casual shopping in Scottsdale.
It's got a good range in price points for all shoppers.
There the Nice high end stores if you're into those things and then theres stores for the rest of the population. The best part, indoor with A/C! The mall is also huge so lots of walking. Plenty of parking.
As I said on my last review this is a problem.
Building construction is important. But what a lot of people that visit the Mall do not understand how difficult and unsafe it can be behind the scenes. Management needs to step up and set rules so construction projects do not cause hazardous conditions. This is not a parking spot. This is a vital dock for many of your favorite stores. Do you see any trucks at those docks?? Ironically, their is a parking garage above this underground dock.
Deserted
The last time that I was in Scottsdale, I stopped into Fashion Square and was amazed at both the upscale stores and crowds. So on this trip I returned since I had the better part of a day to explore. The upscale stores were still present, but the crowds were like a ghost mall. I guess people are predisposed to shop online.

That's what AT sponsorships are for - and you are only paying 25% in the first year and then less in year two and three.
I beliebe @EternalAnt36 was sponsored by @PerceptiveWash44 and is now doing $25k/mo.
You can write on the top sellers profiles (type 'Top 10' in the searchbar) and then tap request sponsorship button after you found the guy or gal like to work with!
