We went for our friends birthday beautiful place amazing ascetics but service was poor. 1. We all ordered our starters and an additional starter was brought to our table claiming we ordered the £90 crab leg as well we sent that straight back there was also a confusion with our wagu tacos where one did not come out. Eventually after everyone else finished our starters two came out when we ordered only one we was told to take the extra one as it was already made and it was on the house this was then also added onto the bill which we had to take off when the bill came. 2. The cocktails are horrid we ordered lychee martini that tasted like lemon we asked for it to be sweetened and was given lychee juice to make it ourselves. Then we ordered a sex on the beach and again it was horrid we sent this one back and ordered a coke instead not to risk another bad cocktail and again that horrid cocktail was added to the bill with and additional charge of almost £20 for a grey goose shot. 3. We went for my best friends birthday who was wearing a birthday girl sash with bags and balloons next to her and when we eventually got the birthday celebration dessert they put it down infront of the wrong person and sang happy birthday even though through the whole song we were saying it was the wrong person and we physically had to move the dessert to the birthday girl. 4. I had to ask for soy sauce for 10 minutes asking 3 different people until it was finally delivered. 5. All the mains came out lukewarm. 6. We did not have one waiter we had at least 4 different people come to the table which just added to the confusion. 7. Also be aware that they allow vaping inside of the restaurant we had people leaning on our table vaping while we were eating. 8. We took pictures of everything that came to our table just for normal social media lucky we did as we used that as evidence of what we ordered compared to what was on the bill. In the end we could not justify paying a 300+ service charge for such a disappointing “high class” experience. It was busy so I am not sure if that was also a factor relating to this situation not to mention we over paid by £20 as the person collecting payment was not helpful either. I would not suggest this for a special occasion.
