The service was great and the food selection was good. We arrived 20 mins early, but wasnโt seated until 5 mins before our time. There is free parking but getting a close spot is hard because itโs in the corner of the plaza.

First off all it's very expensive for the quality of food you get then a 12% service charge wtf is this never ever will i go here.
Be the first to ReplyGood for first timers
I have not been in chako for years and decided to visit it it again for lunch for 2, I believe the price was #34.99 for lunch -correct me If I am wrong. First I would like to say that the food is good. If you are a meat person, this is the place to go. I am a meat person and I love bbq so this was a plus. But, there is just so much meat you can put inside your body to the point where you get sick of it and of course you want it to worth the money you paid for. It doesnt help that in there menu it states that the food you dont eat you will get charge extra. I notice they added a 12% gratuity on their bill which I was not fond off but did not argue however the gentlemen came up to me and said "the tip on this bill is for the rest of the workers not me" and waited for me to process the payment/tip. I did complete another 3% to make it an even 15%. After I was thinking maybe he should bring this issue up with his manager/owner. yes the food is good, if you are a heavy eater and I mean heavy (3-4 sessions of order) - go visit this place. if you are not, it is not worth the $34.99 + 12% gratuity. There are plenty of other new dishes out there to experience.
Be the first to Replylove korean bbq all you can eat
wonderful food all you can eat, price is fair if you can eat that amount of meat and fish, shrimp . the bad side of it is that you have to cook it your self but it really tasty. There is other things other than meat also miso soup and vegetables to bbq.the service was great fast service getting the food the atmosphere was good lots of space.

Great service turns this place from yet another all-you-can-eat Korean BBQ to a best-in-class. The meat is fresh and high quality, the table grills are well maintained, and the cubicle seating provides for privacy and coziness. The spot halogen lighting is harsh, and spoils what otherwise would be a perfect romantic setting. Prices are higher than you can find elsewhere, but you get value for your money. Parking is ample, with a handicapped spot right by the door, and easy wheelchair access.
Be the first to ReplyGood Food, Nice Atmosphere
Four of us came here on a Tuesday evening. We were seated right away. Our server was pleasant and efficient. The food kept coming and it was fun to cook at your table. The quality of the food is very good. The restaurant is clean and open. We will be back.

We came here for dinner on a Wednesday night, no reservation needed. We were seated at a table with two grills. The price was $22.99 for dinner Monday to Thursday. We ordered chicken, shrimp, short ribs, pork, calamari, mussels, miso soup, steamed rice, California rolls, short ribs, zucchini, red and yellow peppers, pineapple, green tea and mango ice cream. They come in these little dishes and you can order as many times as you like. Itโs all you can eat. The server was so friendly and she kept coming back and bringing us all the stuff, we kept her busy. They also went around refilling our water and putting water in the grill. It was fun cooking your our own food. I only wish that there was more choices for vegetables. I would definitely recommend this place and I can see myself going back again.

First time there. Will go back again for sure! Portion sizes were pretty good too. Maybe it was the cook? LOL

Be the first to ReplyWonderful food, but a huge scam
I went for the lunch special ($14.99) on a Thursday afternoon not long ago, on December 13th 2018. At the door, I was greeted and seated, and told that the lunch special would have it's last call at 3:30pm. I ate, I enjoyed, and then was presented with a bill of $60. Confused at this steep bill, I inquired why the price was so high- to which my response was "It's normal price. Today is holiday pricing. Cash or Card?". Mind you the waiter was watching my like a hawk for the entirety of my meal, and had basically rushed me out the door. My response was in frustration, as it was NOT a holiday, and their website made NO mention of this pricing adjustment. I payed, asked for a receipt, and asked to speak to a manager about the issue (which was a total waste of time, as the lady said the exact same thing and proceeded to rush me out the door because of the dinner preparation). I feel ripped off, and even speaking to a higher up in the company did no good. Being polite and grateful for my meal, I did not want to refuse payment for what I owed- but they gave me no option to leave without payment. I'm disappointed because this was one of my favorite establishments- and now I'll have to report them for misrepresentation of pricing, and theft. While I'm here, I'll also mention that on this particular day- the floors were slathered in some kind of oil or grease, making it near impossible to walk around the restaurant without the risk of slipping a little too easily.
