🤮 1/5 - Overpriced awful food

Would someone please call the food police because my family was robbed of $218 last night at this restaurant which served us one for top 10 worst meals of our life and I would like my money back.
I have wanted to try Teleferic Barcelona since pre-pandemic and was able to snag a reservation for March 6th at 4:45 pm. All the reviews I read were hopeful and my wife and I have traveled to Spain many times, so we are familiar with Tapas and Spanish food.
We arrived with our adult son right on time and the host seated us immediately. I was struck by how full the dining room was for such an early hour on a Sunday which made me hopeful our meals were going to be special.
As is typical for a Tapas restaurant the menu was filled with a variety of small plates and we picked 3, Crab Croquetas, Chicken Empanadas and Calamares. The Empanadas arrived first. Presentation was unusual, 4 tiny pockets of chicken each on a wooden skewer standing vertical on a wood base. Accompanied by a spicy aioli, these were warm, and tasty. Next the Calamares arrived, also stacked on 1 large wooden skewer with perhaps 8 pcs of calamari. These sad to say were not good at all. The breading was overly thick, burnt, and heavy with seasoning. Paired with a tasteless squid ink aioli, this dish was inedible. The last Tapas was the Crab Croquetas, three nicely presented pockets topped with a slice of thinly cut raw tuna. When I bit into the croquette it was a gooey creamy interior of what I could not identify. Absolutely no hint of crab, but an overwhelming mouthful of cream cheese? Just a mess of a dish.
For our main course, my wife ordered the Prime Wellington wrapped in a brioche and my son and I decided to split the Maine Lobster Paella. The menu describes this dish as a Maine lobster in shell with shrimp. I asked our server about this, and she said due to supply issues they changed the dish to a lobster tail deshelled. Well, what we received was a disaster. I have had Paella all over the world. Typically, it is served in a large shallow pan filled with fluffy rice, fragment with seafood and sausage, which is not what we got. We received a pan with a shallow fill of rice and when I say shallow it was 1 rice kernel deep. There were three limp whole shrimp and a very limp, anemic looking, small lobster tail. Now if I had not asked before ordering about the lobster I would of expected the whole lobster in the shell. The rice was disgusting, burnt in places and without any of the expected variety of seafood. The shrimp and lobster tail was tasteless.
I have traveled the world, eaten a more than 100 Michelin rated restaurants from France to Hong Kong to Italy to San Jose and beyond. I have had bad meals at some. I have also had tremendous meals from street carts in Singapore and crepe vendors on the sidewalks of Paris. There is a difference between individual taste and degree of quality. I do know tasty food from bad food and this entire meal was unbelievably bad.
Why anyone would write a positive review is beyond me. My goal in writing this review is to inform and warn other dinners. If you plan to spend $100, $200 or more on a meal there are literally 100’s of better places in the Bay Area to eat and support.
