This was my second time here and it was just was good as the first time. There was a mix up in our reservation time that I booked on open table and they still got us in right away. However, our table was right next to the kitchen so it loud and we had to talk really loud to have a conversation. We did get TJ as our server and he was wonderful. I will be asking for him when we go back. He made great recommendations and was very attentive. We started with the ricotta stuffed zucchini blossoms which had a very nice breading but the stuffing tasted more of roasted red pepper then ricotta or lemon. I had the halibut and tomato broth, the broth was light but extremely flavorful. The halibut was seared nicely but was dry so having the broth was definitely needed.

After appreciating the styling, I immediately felt bad for the staff walking on the faux stone flooring. The bread basket appetizer is a carb lover's dream. The stuffed zucchini flowers had a bit of a zing. The 1/2 chicken & scallops with rissoto were delicious. The macaroni and cheese and raspberry tea weren't to the caliber of the rest of the meal. We were too full for dessert. Excellent wait staff. Definitely on a future return list.
Be the first to ReplyHere's a glowing Yelp review for Martha Stewart Bedford
Here's a glowing Yelp review for Martha Stewart Bedford restaurant: --- I am proud to say that Martha Stewart surely created a gem in the Bedford. The interior design mirrors her upstate New York estate, setting the stage for an exquisite dining experience. From the delightful table settings to the impeccable service, every detail was meticulously attended to. The cocktail selection was as impressive as Martha's own hosting skills. From classic old fashions to inventive Martharitas, each drink was expertly crafted, thanks to a skilled bartender who clearly knows their craft. The appetizers, including the pierogies and bread basket, set a high standard that was consistently met throughout the meal. The entrees, from the perfectly seasoned whole chicken to the expertly grilled pork chop and fresh salmon, showcased the kitchen's talent for preparing top-notch dishes. Sides like the asparagus with hollandaise cheese sauce and smashed potatoes were the perfect accompaniments, adding depth and flavor to the meal. And dessert? Don't even get me started. The crème brûlée was heavenly, while the chocolate cake could feed a small army. The only disappointment was the upside-down lemon meringue, but when everything else was so exceptional, it's a minor quibble. Yes, the bill may be on the higher end, but for a special occasion like Mother's Day, it's worth every penny. Martha Stewart Bedford restaurant exceeded all expectations and left us longing for our next visit. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates fine dining with a touch of Martha's signature style. --- Hope you like it!
Be the first to ReplyBryce was everything that went well! Not gonna lie this
Bryce was everything that went well! Not gonna lie this place is ridiculously pricey. But, it was my birthday and we had a very large party and some of the guests were a little on the tipsy side (being Vegas and all). Bryce held it all together and answered every question, was very kind to every person (including the obnoxious), and made my night lovely with his kind words and jokes. Several thousands of dollars later I still walked away very happy with the results of a long awaited visit. Martha needs to make sure this man stays happy because he is one of the main reasons I would return. Thank you Bryce (Or grandpa according to one guest).
Be the first to ReplyI was recently at The Bedford, Martha Stewart's restaurant
I was recently at The Bedford, Martha Stewart's restaurant at Paris on the strip. I just went in for appetizers and a drink. The restaurant is classically pretty on the inside. I ate at the bar for this time. I had a glass of their French champagne which was dry and crisp, the way I like it. I ordered the giant crab cake and the four cheese Mac & Cheese. I'm not really a crab cake person, but I wanted to eat something that had protein that wasn't red meat or cheese. This was one of the best crab cakes I've ever had. Warm, moist, huge, it smelled great (not fishy) and was very tasty. Not pictured is the Mac & Cheese. It was another huge portion. I ordered too much, thank goodness for a room with a fridge! The texture was nice, piping hot, but it was just too bland for me. I had full dinner there when it first opened. The bread basket is to die for! The food is good and very good quality. They style of cooking is just a big bland for me over all. The bartender who served me, Joe was very nice and charming.
Be the first to ReplyWe loved our visit to the Bedford on my birthday last March.
Our server Bryce was excellent and made it a very special night. We can't wait to go back!
Be the first to ReplyFound the atmosphere stuffy.
Apparently walking into this restaurant requires you allow "the chef" to become your dictator and instruct you on what you can and cannot eat. I've never had a chef tell me what plates and entrees I can and cannot eat from. My lady and I share a lot of plates. We order what we want and we've never run into a situation where a chef tells us that we cannot share plates. Except for some sushi places, but that's usually the all you can eat places and sharing with others who didn't order the AYCE. Imagine if you will, a sushi server acting all boujee and getting uppity with you about sharing rolls, and you kind of get the vibe here. Our server Ishmael got on hind legs when we asked it we could share the PRIX FIXE Menu. It's not okay to share. If my lady was to order it they would not give us an extra plate if we requested it. Apparently the chef ain't down with that. I mistakenly thought I was in the land of the free the home of the brave, but I must have crossed over some hidden border into wonderland where up is down and reality is some sort of dystopian shadow of its former self. Ishmael as a server, needs work on his bedside manner. So what perplexed me the most was that you couldn't share a meal without ordering another entrée. I would have needed to spend another $60 in order to be able to nibble off of my lady's plate? I actually have a brain so we decided on the salmon and the crabcake. Both were very fishy not that fresh wholesome type of way, think more stinky pinky. I'm guessing, what it smells like when a beached whale explodes. The salmon wasn't too bad, but the crab was like a girl who cuts the string on tampon and forgets it there after a drunk night, just putrid. So I'm kind of glad I didn't shell out for the second entree if it was going to be a smell fest. Overall for the Strip, I must confess there's much better places for far less. If you're trying to impress her, and she knows nothing about quality, the prices here will probably make her think your a big shot and get you the kind of dessert those girls reserve for sugar daddies. So skip it if you don't have to. Thank me later
Be the first to ReplyFourth time here.
Never disappointed. Service terrific thanks to Bryce and the rest of the staff. Worth your time when you visit Las Vegas. My wire recommends the minestrone soup and bread basket, (yes, it is awesome), and I recommend the chicken. A little New York cheesecake, plus the red tea, and your food experience is complete. We were here for our anniversary, the ambiance was perfect.
Be the first to ReplyNot really sure why the ratings are high.
Although the restaurant is cozy, the service was great, the food was very basic American Food. Nothing in the menu would wow you for the price they are charging. I am not a fan of Martha Stewart, so maybe the reviews here are from her fans from out of town that have minimal dining options where they live, and they rated this restaurant for the experience of dining at her restaurant. With over 4,000 restaurants in Las Vegas, I would say take your hard earned money elsewhere where you will at least have an exceptional tasting meal.

Veronica, Bryce, and George absolutely made our first night in Vegas the best night of the trip! the food is amazing (obviously) but the service is OUTSTANDING across the board
Be the first to ReplyIf you are staying at the Paris or Horseshoe you have
If you are staying at the Paris or Horseshoe you have access to The Bedford. Not that you wouldn't if you didn't stay here, but it is easier to get here if you are staying nearby. I recently saw a TikTok that was expressing that no matter what time of day, this place is never busy. That was not my experience. We made a reservation prior to showing up and good thing we did, because it was packed. But they did nail another thing in that TikTok, the pricing. If you are expecting to have a great meal at a decent price...go elsewhere. We showed up at our reservation time and were taken to our seats. It's homey in here. You actually feel like you are sitting at a home in the countryside. If you are lucky enough to be in the room that has a fireplace, this is more obvious. Once we arrived to our table we saw a reserved sign on it and were seated. Our server approached and asked if we wanted anything to drink, making it a point to show us the drink menu. I'm not a big drinker, but the list was extensive. We asked our server what was good on the menu and he pointed out a few things that were very tempting. However, I wasn't as hungry as my colleagues. Good thing too, I wasn't looking to spend that much on a single meal. I mean, I would have if necessary, but not at that. But, and I really mean this, if you get an appetizer, the size of one of those is like a typical meal elsewhere. By the time that our server came back, I couldn't make my mind up on most anything. I also had questions, they don't really state how much of an item you might get, just a generalized description of the items. I did end up going with Big Martha's Pierogies and the side of broccoli with cheese. This, for me, was more than enough for a meal. You get six pierogies that are supposedly Martha's mother's recipe. Potato filling in a brown butter. That butter was amazing. The broccoli was amazing as well. That cheese sauce mixture had me going back again and again. We also got the House-made Bread Basket which come with an array of breads. Great for snacking until you food shows up. Towards the end our our meal our server returned to see if we needed anything else. I've never really seen someone be so professionally disappointed in a table. After all the hassle we had for choosing our options, the table next to us (which were more colleagues) picked up our tab. Very nice, but his face and it felt like I was on a sitcom where the middle class family goes to a restaurant considered high end. I have been to those places and if you want to exude that, maybe have a restaurant that is a bit more secluded than this. He did end up telling us that when Martha visits this establishment she sits at the table we were at. Or maybe that's a line they give everyone here.
Be the first to ReplyWow!!!! This place is amazing.
The food and service was . Loved the intimate environment for my wife's birthday dinner. Our server Edgar was great checking on us. The scallops and halibut were on point. This is is a must if you're at the Paris hotel

My wife and I went a few weeks back and the food and service were awesome. The only thing we didn't enjoy were the artichokes. They were do dry for our liking. The beef tartare was really good. We really enjoyed the squash blossoms. The Lemon risotto with scallops was so good I wanted a second serving. Finally the upside down lemon merengue pies was like nothing I had ever had before, it was delicious. The ambience is really nice and relaxing. I would definitely come back for a meal.

Martha's restaurant is amazing! Everything seems to have her personal touch! The past 2 times we visited Vegas, we ate here every day! The service is outstanding! They make you feel right at home and as if you've known them for a very long time! Rochelle & Jeanette are amazing servers! They are very detailed and are always making sure everything is perfect! That's another reason we keep coming back! The bread basket is amazing, you have to try it! There's nothing like it! The crab cake is the best I've ever had and the lemon drop is my favorite drink! There is a new chopped salad on the menu and it was delicious! Everything is prepared fresh and the detail that is put into each meal is just amazing! The steak was also amazing and prepared perfectly as well as the smash potato! Everything is delicious! We'll be back in May!
Be the first to ReplyHad the opportunity to eat lunch at The Bedford by Martha
Had the opportunity to eat lunch at The Bedford by Martha Stewart while in Las Vegas for a conference. It's only open for lunch and dinner on certain days. Which is really a shame. It's a beautiful venue and could be used/open for other occasions. I was here for lunch, had the halibut with tomato broth. It was deliciously prepared. Had the creme brule, which was perfect and was paired with champagne. The place was not busy on a Sunday afternoon. Thus place would benefit from having other service/meal opportunities, ie, a formal "Tea Service", an elegant tea with small pastries, scones, etc., that might/would attract a different crowd than casino patrons. The venue is beautiful enough to support this. And would certainly bolster the restaurant. I would go to "tea" at Martha Stewart's anytime! BTW, Joe at the bar was excellent, drink wise, service wise and conversation wise.
Be the first to ReplySo good.
.. But you have to have a big appetite.. I had the squash stuffed florets.. So good.. Then lemon meringue Upside Down Pie was the best so worth it. I'll be back
Be the first to ReplyWe really enjoyed our dinner at the Bedford.
It was one of the best meals we had while staying in Las Vegas. It is located inside of the Paris Hotel. We opted for the "experience" and got to dine at Martha's personal tables. You get to dine in the famous Brown Room, which is a replica of a room in Martha Stewarts personal home in Bedford, New York. It was $25 extra per person and worth it. We sat in extremely comfortable winged back chairs at a beautiful table in the Brown Room. It is tucked in the back of the restaurant and gives you a more private and quite atmosphere where you are given the best service. The room is gorgeous. We started off with still water and a cocktail. My husband tried Martha's Manhattan and thought it was amazing. We then ordered the rest of our meal that was delivered to us in courses. It was well spaced out for us to enjoy and not feel rushed. First and foremost, we had the famous house made bread basket. This was one of my favorite parts of the meal. The basket included the JuneBug's garden flatbreads, sour cherry-rosemary focaccia and warm Parker House rolls. My favorite was the flatbread. It was huge and colorful with all the decorative veggies on it. It tasted delicious. My husband loved the cherry-rosemary focaccia. It was warm, fresh and indulging. Our next course was Big Martha's Pierogis. You get a total of 5 Peirogis filled with potato and brown butter. These were rich and delicious. Very comforting and just the right amount for sharing with two people. We split a Caesar Salad. It was cold, crisp and refreshing. For our main dishes we tried the lemon risotto with sea scallops and the 10 oz. prime filet. The risotto was creamy and lemony and the scallops were cooked perfectly and had such wonderful sweetness. The filet was cooker a perfect medium rare and served with a side of Béarnaise sauce, which was decadent and perfect. To complete are amazing meal we tried the upside down lemon meringue pie. It was light, sweet and tart and the meringue had a nice crunch that mimicked a pie crust. Overall an amazing experience with one of the best dinner experiences I have ever had. I'd like to thank Ischmael, our server. He was amazing and made our experience unforgettable.
Be the first to ReplyExcellent food, outstanding service.
We came looking for an experience, left with a full pallets and a quality dining environment for a family memory. Well done Bedford~
Be the first to ReplyOur first visit was great.
Our second visit had some room for improvement. Our third visit confirmed that we will return again. We requested and had Caresse as our server again. She is Fantastic. In order to make sure we had room for everything, my husband and I split the frisée salad. I had a Malbec and he a white wine.We also had the bread basket. Their focaccia is so, so good. I could just eat that.I opted for the filet, at the recommendation of Caresse and it was so well seasoned & cooked. My husband had the risotto & scallops. He admitted to Caresse that he normally never orders risotto at a restaurant and was pleasantly surprised how good it was.We were too full for dessert just then, so ordered some of their butter sugar cookies to go, which was too bad because their dessert offerings are so great if you can sit and enjoy them.

Very accommodating and the food and drinks were great! We had a time limit and they were so helpful getting us in and out on time! The lemon risotto and scallops are a top tier choice! Highly recommend the espresso martini as well!
Be the first to ReplyMy expectations were high - after all, it's Martha Stewart.
The space (replica of her 1925 farmhouse), the ambience, the service - all great. However the food, French-inspired cuisine... was disappointing. RICOTTA STUFFED ZUCCHINI BLOSSOMS -$22.95Served with herbed crème fraîche ... tasted good but presentation was not impressive at all. BOUILLABAISSE - $59.95Lobster, halibut, snapper, mussels and rouille ... I always love a seafood stew ... however this broth was so bland; therefore the seafood had no flavor either. The sauce on the toast was the only thing that tasted good. We noticed the guests next to us ordered the same - we asked what they thought and they also said the dish was bland. Shame on us for not expressing our honest opinion to the server - I was mad myself the rest of the evening and for paying that much for something I didn't enjoy.HONEY MUSTARD GLAZED SALMON - $46.95With wilted spinach and confIt shallots ... my boss loved her salmon though. The restaurant is just 7 months old, and our server said Martha has visited three times. Hopefully the restaurant reads our feedback and makes improvements - I definitely want them to succeed.

If I could give this restaurant a million stars I would, we had the most amazing experiences 3 nights in a row during our trip to the Paris Las Vegas! We sat at the bar every night with George and Rosie who were the sweetest, and made us all kinds of delicious drinks. All the food we had was amazing too specifically the the bread basket, crab cakes and lemon meringue dessert. It was a little oasis for us from all the Vegas noice and crowds, a must go to for anyone!
Be the first to ReplyOutstanding food and service.
Went twice in two weeks and we were very impressed. Bread basket is a must! The shrimp cocktail was great (best cocktail sauce I've tasted), the zuccini blooms were outstanding, and the endive salad was very tasty. We ordered the steak for two along with mac and cheese and shashito peppers. Everything was flavorful.

My wife, me, and our two college age sons ate dinner on 3/15/2023. We had not been out to a fancy restaurant this trip so we decided to give their restaurant a shot. Me and the boys each ordered steaks; ranging in price from $84.99-$89.95 each. My wife ordered the Truffle Fettuccine Alfredo($65.99-ish). We ordered the Bread Basket as our appetizer. Our sides were Ceasar Salad, Matchstick Fries, Mac&Cheese, and a smashed baked potato. The Bread Masket is awesome and we highly recommend. You get 3-4 types of bread and they are all amazing. The Ceasar Salad was great, the matchstick fries were average, Mac&Cheese was very good. The Smashed Baked Potato is made table side which was cool. The steaks were good but not great especially for that price. My youngest son's steak was ordered medium and had to be sent back twice. I know, you are thinking, oh, you are one of those people. We really aren't. But the steak was brought out practically rare. When they brought it back it was pretty much the same. We were all pretty much done and were ordering desert by the time the steak was brought back the third time. By this time, it has been cut apart and there were parts that were done and yet the largest remaining part of the steak was still bloody. Probably medium rare. But at this point, he ate it as we didn't have all nite. And why they didn't drop a new steak is beyond. We did not ask nor did they offer to take it off our bill. The crème brûlée was amazing. I could have eaten a couple more. Over all, if you are looking to drop $500 on a meal I would imagine there are much better places to do so. We will not be back when we come back next year.
