This location was near our hotel which was in a touristy area so we weren't surprised that it was very busy. We waited about 20 minutes for a table and then probably another 10 to have a waitress come over and another 15-20 to get our food. I ordered shepherd's pie which was really good. Rather than the typical chopped meat, they used nice pieces of beef. My husband ordered an omelet with potatoes and a bagel. He said the bagel seemed stale and was very chewy. That was our only complaint about the food. We did not order dessert but stopped by another night and got 2 really delicious pieces of cheese cake!

Ambiance not good. Too crowded and noisy; couldn't even talk to my friend due to noise level.

And she was exceptional, she had a great sense of humor and apleasure to deal with. I got the occasion salmon with the mashed potatoes and buttered corn and my sister got the Jamaican Pepper shrimp. Both were fantastic. I forgot how good to cheesecake factory is.
Food was mediocre and overpriced.
Service is horrid. They do not have enough umbrellas for outdoor dinning area so I requested if we can move to a different table. While having my family and my 70 y/o mother waiting in the sun! The waitress told the coordinator/escort to look for another table. The coordinator circle around us for 30 mins without saying a single word. At one point she even brought a drink to another table. Our waitress came back to asked us if we would like to wait inside. Zero apologies from anyone. I expressed my frustration but all I got was the rude waitress telling me how busy she was. All I wanted was an apology and acknowledged they were not being attentive. Horrible communication skills and terrible service recovery. Not coming back.

Manager only removed drinks from bill and left it at I'm sorry it must have been on the mint leaf I wouldn't have posted if the manager would have skipped the billing part but to think $75 after that experience was worth my returned business ! Me and my family went here and the food was amazing.
The Mac&Chesse balls were my favorite part. While I was the Spaghetti and Meatballs had more sauce it was overall good. Our server "Alfredo" was nice and attentive. He was checking in constantly, refilling our drinks right before they ran out, etc. Super nice and charming individual!

.. Linden was the BEST WAITER EVER, but unfortunately the kitchen staff was way below par. My disabled Vietnam veteran husband got his food last... When my food came there was a nasty ass black hair in it They took the steaks off the table, but sadly I won't be returning here any time soon.

Not the best CCF I have been to before
I actually ate at this restaurant 3 different times while in SD for a convention. It was right across the street from my hotel. I love the Baja tacos at my CCF in Texas but this location gave me like the ends of the chicken and it was the worst I have ever seen. The next night I had the bean nachos and they were pretty good and the next time the Sheilas chicken and avocado salad and you literally had to look through the lettuce to find any chicken. I don't understand how this location doesn't follow the standards I am used to at a CCF when we go to our local ones in TX. Very disappointing and felt like I wasted my money. Service was good but food was lacking.

It's just perfect for a nice lunch or just a quick snack and dessert. Our service was the best . Amazing Ambiance for a quiet meal.

I come to this location with friends for appetizers and drinks from time to time and love the food. However, the most recent time I visited the host very rude, when my party walked up to the front of the restaurant they said absolutely nothing and stared at us up and down. When we mentioned we had a reservation she still didn't speak to us and had someone else walk us to our table, no greetings or exchange of words at all. When we sat our server was very short, unfriendly, and felt like she forgot about us despite being in the middle of their section with other guests. I totally understand how hard food service can be, however, to be rude right off the bat before getting to know your patrons is extremely off putting. The only thing this location should approve upon is customer service and the friendliness of their staff. I don't even mean go above and beyond, just to be anything other than rude.
The manager Ben is phenomenal.
The food is all great, I recommend looking at the menu before hand, but the honey truffle chicken is phenomenal. If you hit the bar, try the Georgia peach, you won't regret it, even the most macho of men will wind up moving that thing.
Service and management oversight are lacking
The service at this location leaves a lot to be desired. First, my pick up order was given to someone else because a trainee did not confirm the order before handing it to the customer. Ok training issue, mistakes happen. My order for the Mexicali Salad was resubmitted and came out with no jicama, no onions, no white beans, no cotija cheese, no pepitas, and no Chili lime vinaigrette. I received greens on top of a tostada with black beans, chicken, sour cream, avocado and tomatoes - no dressing. The meal was comped so nothing to be done about the completely botched reorder.
Supervise the cooks.
Sent steak back because I asked for medium rare and received well done. Second steak was covered with enough salt to make someone sick.
Great menu.
Always consistent. My wife and I ate twice here on our San Diego visit. All our meals were very good. The orange chicken, fish and chips, chicken salad sandwich and Shepard pie were huge portions. Many of their items are offered in two sizes.
Poor service
I’d rate it 0 stars. 25 mins without any help after we were seated. We had to walk out. Poor service even with a reservation.
First Dinner in San Diego
The restaurant was really nice and fancy, went in for dinner and seated well. They have good crowd but service time was just enough. Food was great although took some time to serve. I like the setting and the waiter was kind enough to serve us. We tried the cheesecake choices after dinner, it was one of the best. Recommended.

We arrived in San Diego for a conference at the Grand Hyatt, just across the street. Tired from the flight the 3 of us made it easy and just went across the street for dinner on Wednesday, November 15, 2023. We arrived at the restaurant about 7 PM and it was not very busy at all. We were seated after about 15 minutes. I should point out that this is a very large restaurant, so they should have adequate staffing to serve potentially large crowds of people. Yet, the service here is extremely slow. It took about 20 minutes just to get our drinks. After ordering our food, it took another 45 minutes to get them. After about 30 minutes the server came over and said, "we are really backed up" as I looked around at the 50 or 60 tables and booths with only10% of them filled. What happens when the place is busy... a 2-3 hour wait for food? I had a Whisky & Ginger cocktail. I thought it would have ginger in the drink, but no it had ginger crystals on a toothpick, not the same. For my entree, I had the Bang-Bang Chicken and Shrimp. "Bang-Bang" translates to spicy which I like. The description even says, "A spicy Thai dish..." however, it was very bland tasting with very little heat to it at all. The portion was rather small for the price charged. I counted 4 shrimp and the chicken was hard to discern since the pieces were very tiny when I could find any. This place is showy with fancy decor and lighting. I guess this is supposed to make you think the food and service is good as well. I don't recommend dining at this large chain restaurant.
Huge portions - reservations really help as it gets busy
My wife and I went here because past experiences at other locations were good. It was a short walk from where we stayed along the Marina. The staff was friendly but I forgot how big the portions are. If we had it to do again we would have split a plate between us because at the hotel we had no way to warm up leftovers and had to leave food on our plate. Overall however, the food here is consistantly fresh.

Don't bother with a to-go order, you will be disappointed!
Used to be one of my fave spots when visiting downtown San Diego and staying at the Embassy Suites across the street. Maybe still ok if you dine in, but don't bother with a take out order, they make no effort to make it correctly. First night, ordered pickup. Ordered the Southwest Buger, got back to my room to realize that they did not put any of the crispy onions on it. Night 2, didn't feel like going out so I ordered on DoorDash, order the Tomato Basil Penne, paid delivery fee and tipped my Dasher $5 to bring across the street to me. Opened my order and there was no Mozzarella on it at all. Had to go back to the restaurant, where I waited half an hour for them to remake it. And after all of that, it didn't even taste good, no flavor at all. You would think if someone is ordering to go you would send them with salt and pepper packets, and if its a pasta dish, packets of parmesan cheese, there was literally nothing, fork and spoon and napkin is all. They give you some bread, a 4" piece of the sourdough and 4" piece of the wheat, all of which they give you 2 little butters for it, cheap as hell.

If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.
What happens if my bid expires unanswered? |
Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
Payout Limit weekly and monthly the same??
I see with my user status I can only cashout $1,500 a week. However is my monthly linit also that same $1,500? That doesnt make sense. Why even have caps, the sales went thru and its 2 days after by the time you release the hold to me. The monthly cap of $1500 (if thats what it is) really limits your good sellers profit potential as of that $1500 only a fraction is profit as the reservations cost a lot to reserve anyways at Carbone and Torissi.
Hoping the weekly is $1500 and the monthly is a glitch you can fix for me.

Forget trying to snipe reservations online by waking up early and booking top restaurants at Carbone or Tatiana or Cote or 4Charles. After 2.5 months of booking reservations by setting up alarms, waking up early to sell appointments. It’s very hard to cash out on this app. During cash out, you have to pay $5 fee +3% transactions fee and max payout per day is $150.
Advice to new users:
- do not mass book reservations
- fill bids only
- don’t try to book reservations online, you need connections and call the restaurant
After putting in about 40 hours of work, I’ve made about $750 sale on this platform but gotten paid $0. Take this with a grain of salt.

Has anyone found a way to get a question answered? From what I can tell there is no way to get in touch with anyone that works at/for AT. Other than the occasional admin posting a consultation offer here and there they are non existent. A lot of people have the same issue I have where we cannot cash out earnings. I cannot get my warning medal removed even though I am under the threshold. Sad to say but seems like AT is holding up everyone’s funds currently. Very scary and makes me wonder….Please reply if you read this admins and can help. Tried every way possible to get in touch
